I can't believe it's the end of another year already. It seems like only yesterday we were sweating to death on Warped Tour. But since 2009 is drawing to a close it's time to honor the best it had to offer and we at peta2 like to do that with a little thing we call the Libby Awards.

The Libbys, short for liberation, is our way of recognizing the best animal-friendly companies, bands and labels, celebs, athletes, the yummiest of vegan foods, and more. Of course we can't do this without your input so let us know what your favorites are, then check back in January to see the full list of nominees ... and vote!

What companies and products do you want to nominate for the following categories?

Best Animal-Friendly Clothing Company (Glamour Kills was last year's winner)
Best Men's Vegan Sneaker (Nike Alkaline Trio's The Heart and Sole Air Zoom Cush was last year's winner)
Best Cruelty-Free Cosmetic Company (Urban Decay Cosmetics was last year's winner)
Best Women's Vegan Shoe (My very favorite category! Women's Xhilaration® Sharon Peep-Toe Pumps - Claret Snake was last year's winner)
