Leave a Lasting Message in Your Friends' Yearbooks May 19, 2009

We all love looking through our yearbooks to see what our friends have to say to us. It's funny looking back at some of my yearbooks and seeing the inside jokes my friends and I had—and having no idea what some of them were about. You look back at your yearbook as a reminder of what life was like in high school—sports, prom, your BFFs, whatever. Since animal rights is such an important part of your life, shouldn't your friends look back at what you wrote in their yearbooks and remember how much you care about animals, too?
We've got an easy way for you to do just that. Check it out:
- Grab some peta2 stickers (we know you have some lurking around your room!)
- When you sign one of your friend's yearbooks, be sure to include a cute peta2 sticker (or a drawing—if you're fancy like that!)
Who wouldn't want cuteness like this in their yearbook?

And just think—by including a cute sticker, maybe your friends will be more likely to forget your horrendous class picture where you sneezed right as the photo was taken.
P.S. If you don't have stickers and don't have enough time for us to send you some, be creative and include an animal rights slogan!
Your Yearbook Photo Can Help Animals August 12, 2008
Posted by Marta at August 12, 2008 10:37 AM | Permalink | Comments ( 92 ) | TrackBackIf you're anything like me and the majority of people I grew up with, you've obsessed about what to wear on yearbook picture day. It's the photo that will live on in the pages of your yearbook forever. So why not incorporate animal rights into that picture? Think about it: Your message that animals should be treated better will be there for people to see over and over. What could be better than that?
Here's all you gotta do:
1) Grab an animal rights shirt, sticker, or button.
2) Wear one of the previously mentioned items on school picture day.
3) Smile! After all, you're an extremely pleasant person right?
4) E-mail StreetTeam@peta2.com letting us know how you spread the animal rights message in your school picture.
Once you e-mail us, we'll:
1) Give you 1,000 Street Team points.
2) Smile. It makes us happy when you help animals.
Don't have an animal rights shirt? Get a little inspiration and make your own!
I wish I were in high school again, just so I could do this!
