Top 10 Ways to Start a Buzz About Animal Rights (and a FUN Video!) August 20, 2008

We've all been in that situation. You look around and see hundreds of people walking by you in the school hallway. You remember that out of 100 of them, the majority are probably meat-eaters, many of whom are completely ignorant about what animals face when killed for food, clothing, or other industries. What a downer!

Well, it's time to change things! Why not make it so that EVERYWHERE students look around the school or college campus, they get "hit" by animal rights messages! A "Boycott KFC" stencil on your binder (pow!). An "I'm Not a Nugget" t-shirt in math class (bam!). A "Vegetarian Starter Kit" in the library (zing!). All those small "hits" add up, so even just walking between classes, people will immediately think "Wow, a lot of people here must be vegetarians. I wonder why somebody would want to stop eating meat?" That's the first step. :)
