i met him when he came to my city.. we were wearing the same shirt and had the same guitar strap. it seems unreal that he's gone. but he's in a better place now.. we'll never forget him and the difference he made for animals.
I heard about this on Saturday and I begam sobbing. HH was my all time favorite band a few years back. I met Casey before and he is so sweet and sincere. I miss him dearly. R.I.P. Casey Calvert!

I hate that Caseys gone. I heard about it the next day through myspace. I still can't believe it. He was one of the reasons I became a vegetarian. even tho I only got to talk to him once for a short time, I feel like I really knew him. It was so crazy, right after a show last October we went backstage to meet Hawthorne Heights, Casey had changed into pjs with monkeys, he had taken his rings out of his ears and lip, just thinking about it makes me smile. He will be missed greatly and never forgotten. Casey's death has brought back many memories, mostly of Beatz...
All I can listen to is Hawthorne Heights and Bayside.
We will all miss Casey Calvert, I know I will. All the animals he has saved....The animals thank him, and I thank him. Thank you Casey, and God rest your soul. I will never forget your voice, Hawthorne Heights will never be the same without you =[
Even though i didnt really like Hawthorne Heights it still depresses me that Casey Calvert Has Died Recently. He died November 24th 2007 He was olny 26. He Died in his sleep and no he was not taking any drugs. This really makes me think about how much i truly love everyone thats in my life.

He's inspired so many people to become vegetarian or play the guitar. He's in a better place, which is what he deserves. I'll definetly miss him.

um how can i say this, i dont think words can describe enough how everyone is feeling.i guess all i can say is that he was amazing at screaming and playing the guitar.he was way to young to die.

When I watched the video tribute to Casey, I started crying.
When I first saw Hawthorne Heights live, I didn't know who Casey was, and I fell in love seeing him on stage and was excited to learn he was active in PETA.
RIP Casey.
There's nothing more sad than this. I give my sympathy to the boys of Hawthorne Heights and his family anf friends. I listened to the band for awhile, but than I sort of drifted away, but I still never really forgot them. Casey seemed like a very sweet and loving guy, it's hard to lose someone like that. His poor wife, my heart goes out to her, but most of all the band. Casey and the guys were best friends, it has to be so hard to lose your friend. I couldn't do it, but I'm glad that the boys are staying strong. I still can't believe that he's gone, but it was his time. We miss you dearly Casey! R.I.P.!!

hawthorne heights has been my favorite band since they came out on 2004. it hasn't changed. casey, im so depressed that your gone, and i will never get to see you again, but i'm glad i saw you at the 13th warped tour in 2007. i promise that i'll do everthing i can for these poor animals. i love you and miss you!
they played at a bar my dad wouldnt take me in becuase i was 10 at the time and he didnt think it was safe so and you could hear him and i saw him after and i hugged him and talked to him one of the nice guys when i found out he died i started crying
