one of my FAV. tofu is Nasoya Baked Spinach Ravioli. i had it at one of my best vegan friends house who makes a lot of interesting veg. foods and i have to say i am a picky eater and was very nervous but when i had this i instantly fell in love. i always want it and so this year for thanksgiving my grangmother is giving up one of her meat dishes for this!!! i am so happy.
I love grilling tofu with hot sauce and then putting it in a sandwich with tomatos, soy chese, lettuce and mustard, for making a stir fry with tofu, red and yellow peppers, pea pods, noodles, spices and sometimes bok choy.
Take 1lb Tofu...Press tofu to remove as much water as you can. Mash it with a fork. Add egg replacer(about 1/2 a cup). add jalapeños, onion, green onion and whatever else you might like in it! Form into patties and fry in a pan
My favorite would have to be this THAI twist on a burrito:
Organic brown rice, Steamed asian veggies* (like bok choy, carrots, snow peas, nappa cabbage, and broccoli), canned bamboo shoots, curry peanut sauce, and PAN FRIED TOFU... I like a little mango fruit salsa with it as well!
Roll it all together in your favorite vegan tortilla and you can hit the road with some yummy Thai food. If you get too carried away with portions, save the stir fry and roll it up tomorrow :)
*Asian veg mixes are often available prepackaged together with the frozen veggies at the grocery store.
Tofu smoothie

Kadie's Famous Tofu Lettuce Wraps! (:
Ingredients:
* SERVES: 4 as an appetizer, 2 as the main course
* 1 head fresh (and REALLY COLD) iceberg lettuce
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 red chilli, de-seeded and finely sliced
* 2 shallots, sliced finely
* 1/2 cup firm tofu, cut into "matchsticks"
* 1 carrot, grated or cut into thin strips
* 4-5 shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
* 1/2 cup shredded cabbage (red is very good, but any type will work)
* 3 spring onions, sliced lengthwise into matchstick-like pieces
* approx. 2 cups bean sprouts
* 2 Tbsp. lime juice
* 2+1/2 Tbsp. regular soy sauce
* 1 Tbsp. vegetarian oyster sauce
Preparation:
1. Drizzle 2 Tbsp. oil into a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic, chili, and shallots. Stir-fry one minute, or until fragrant. Stir-frying tip: add a Tbsp. water whenever the wok/pan gets too dry instead of more oil.
2. Add tofu, carrot, shiitake mushrooms, cabbage, and spring onions. As you stir-fry, add the lime juice, soy sauce, and vegetarian oyster sauce. Stir-fry about 1 minute.
4. Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry briefly to mix. Remove from heat and do a taste test for salt, adding 1 Tbsp more soy sauce if not salty enough.
5. Cut off the stem part of the iceburg lettuce so it's easier to separate the leaves. Now place the lettuce, sir-fried filling, and the toppings on your table in separate bowls/plates, allowing family or guests to make their own wraps.
6. To assemble, take a whole lettuce leaf and place 1-2 heaping tablespoons of filling in the center, then wrap up and eat! (For those who like it extra spicy, Thai chilli sauce can be added as another topping.) ENJOY!
i love garam masala tofu scramble! my mom makes it and she got the recipe from 101cookbooks.com. it combines our beloved tofu with garam masala spices, fennel, dried cranberries, and pistachios. it's both sweet and savory, and of course, delicious!
The first time I had tofu was the best - it was a grilled tofu sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and guacamole...it was delicious, and a great first taste of tofu!
Easy Vegan Greek Tofu Salad
1 lb firm tofu
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup wine vinegar
1 tablespoon basil
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
2 small tomatoes
1 cucumber
1/4 red onion
1 cup black olives
Cut 1 block tofu into small chunks the size of dice. Press the chunks gently with towels or cloths to absorb any excess water. Steam raw tofu for 5 minutes to kill food pathogens if you're not going to bake it
Whisk remaining ingredients together in a bowl
Pour this marinade over the tofu and let sit for at least an hour, or up to overnight
Meanwhile, chop veggies, stir them into the tofu mixture and toss. Or bake the tofu as below
SV Suggestion: Or fry the marinated tofu in a little oil), and slice into strips before adding to the salad
Optional: For Greek Tofu Bake, cut the tofu into thin slabs instead of cubes. Prepare the marinade as directed above. Lay the slabs on a baking tray, cover with marinade, and bake at 350° for 25 minutes, flipping once. Cut into strips and serve over salad or in whole wheat tortillas
Serve on top of a bed of fresh spinach leaves or other greens
I like to shape my Tofu..ie: mushrooms, bits of look alike beef etc; then a nice dark sauce & some rice and sprouts, mixed veg like Broccoli & Cauli, seasonings and all done in a nice big Wok and you have dinner for the family!! Even my best friend (dog) loves it, and he's definitely not a vegetarian by choice (Husky mix) LOL!!
it's a recipe i took from « Vegan with a vengeance ».
It's yummy, tasty and full of color and flavor.
You have to marinate over night in a marinade with mango, ginger, garlic and jalapenos and then put in the oven with some mango slices and red peppers.
it makes a lot, so it's perfect for any vegan potluck or just put the extra tofu the next day in a pita with crisp lettuce, fresh tomato and red onions.... miam
Thai green curry with tofu, eggplant, broccoli, celery, baby bok choi, onion, green bean, yellow and red peppers (for colour!) served over a helping of wild rice!!! Sooooo yummy! = )
But in all honesty, this dish is nothing without the tofu added. It's my favorite part!!
Take an oriental ramen package, put the water, seasoning and noodles to boil. Then take the noodles out, put it in a pan with vegetables, tofu, and extra seasoning if you wish, and stir fry it. Very very delicious!
take a package of tofu, broccoli, edimame, carrots, peppers, red onions, mmushrooms ( diced) and any other vegetable you feel... a bit of coconut oil for flavoring, soy sauce. stirfry till warm... but the veggies still have to be crisp ( i recomend cooking the tofu in a seperat e pan and adding it in right before any sauces) Served on brown rice, tortillas, or even by itself
Tofu scramble with soy bacon, melted vegan mozzarella cheese and soy garden on a whole grain bagel. Just like a traditional Jersey pork roll sandwich, except better!

Marinate in bbq sauce for a few hours, throw it into the oven. Add some veggies and potatoes, then your good to go! Marinate early in the day, and it's fast to make, and don't forget delish! Mmm, my mouth is watering just thinking about it =D!
My favorite thing to do with tofu, is to cut it into strips, marinate them overnight with lemon juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, chili powder, and then put them into sushi with avacado, asparagus, cukes, carrots, and shitake shrooms. ooooh so good.

I love tofu-it has the potential to make humans stop feeling the only way to taste meat is by eating dead animal. We live in a time when tofu options are available. STOP KILLING ANIMALS!
I heart tofu! My favorite recipe is actually one that my mom used to always make (she wasn't even a vegan...but a korean haha) so anyway..its korean tofu & vege stirfry. I still love to make this dish and have made it for a couple of friends who have never had tofu!
cut one container of FIRM style sofu in cubes
3 minced cloves of garlic
Place in frying pan w/seasme oil (let tofu and garlic get a little brown/toasted)
Then add:
1 chopped green onion (scallion)
1-2 tsp of seasme seeds

Sprinkle of red crushed peppers
1 small can of chopped water chestnuts

I love tofu-it has the potential to make humans stop feeling the only way to taste meat is by eating dead animal. We live in a time when tofu options are available. STOP KILLING ANIMALS!

other seasonings to taste, i prefer oregano, basil and rosemary

Silken tofu+
vegan dark chocolate, finely choped, mixed with just enough hot watter to melt it
(you can add sugar to taste if its to bitter-the taste can vary depending on the brands of tofu and chocolate)
mix in food processor
This makes chocolate mouse.
You can add a packet of instont coffe to make it chocolate mocha flavored =)
Thats petty bbasic, if you want to go a step farther, put it in a grahm craker pie crust, spread a layer of (non-dairy) whipped cream on top, then take some more of your vegan dark chocolate, and use a vegetable peeler to make chocolate "shavings" for extra flavor and a gorgeous presentation.
I like tofu in just about anything. Its magnificent in miso soup. Adds some awesome protein to fruit smoothies. I frequently marinade tofu in soy sauce and garlic. Then I pan fry it and serve it over a plethora of veggies and whole wheat couscous.
Every friday night football game, i take with me a "Fried Tofu Samwich", that my loving non-vegetarian mother makes. (She's so nice).
It is a slice or two of two fried in a little canola oil on wheat bread with ketchup, veggie vegan cheese, and either spinach or romain lettuce (depending if i'm in a crunching-leafy mood or not).
Simple Chinese home-cooking style - tofu lightly steamed with some scallions and some of soy sauce (light or seafood) poured on top. It maintains the soft texture, and the soy sauce complements the tofu perfectly.
My boyfriend is half cuban and we love making a vegan version of the cuban dish Picadillo, it's delicious.
We crumble up tofu and use it in place of ground beef. You pan fry it with tomato sauce, cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper, raisins, black olives, and then you add cooked peas on top when it's done. It sounds a little weird with the raisins and all....but it's amazing! And such a neat way to recreate a Cuban dish but made vegan!! Yum Yum!!!
I love love love tofu in smoothies! It's a really easy way to get protein, and fruit too! It's especially good with a banana/blueberry blend, and maybe some vegan ice cream too! :P
Coat slices of tofu with extra virgin olive oil & cumin then roast in the oven at five hundred degrees for approx twenty minutes or until the exterior is crispy. Allow to cool & make a sandwich on whole wheat bread with hummus. Divine.
Tofu fried rice! I squeeze out the excess water in a package of firm tofu and cube it. After marinating it for 10 minutes in tamari sauce I saute it in a little olive oil so that it's a little fried. Then I transfer the tofu to a bowl and in the same pan I saute ginger, garlic and scallions for a delicious asian flavor. I add in rice (I use the bagged frozed veggie fried rice from Trader Joes but any rice will do), add back in the tofu, add vegan beef strips, mushrooms and mix in a little chili oil. It's soooo yummy! Sometimes I add in a little quinoa for more nutrition.
Ive come to absolutly love tofu lemon baked.
It consist of 2 blocks of firm tofu. 2 tbsp of soy sauce. 2 tbsp of olive oil. 2 tbsp of mustard. 1 tsp of sugar, basil, and thyme. and added salt or pepper if wanted. & whisk it all together
cutt the pressed tofu into half inch strips.
put it all into a pan and add the tofu. make sure its coated and let sit for about an hour. heat oven 375. put it on a pan and bake for 20-25 mins. turning. add extra coating if needed.
Hmmm. Well spicy chipotle tofu burgers are great and tofu fruit smoothies are delicious too but I think that my choice would have to be tofu cheesecake with vegan caramel sauce. Yum ^_^
my mom helps me make this amazing dessert.
i forgot what it's called, but it's basically just tofu but u pour it over with some brown sugar with water that has been boiled with tapioca in it.
its by far one of the most delicious desserts i have ever tasted.
easy to make, and hard to resist.
my favorite tofu is buffalo tofu. you fry peices of tofu, life 2 inches long and 1 inch thick until its sort of chewy/firm on the outside, then you douse it in a mixture of half hot sauce half melted earth balance. YUM. i've never had bufallo chicken before, but i honestly can't imagine why anyone would want to after eating this cruelty free and amazingly awesome tofu!
ok this might sound gross but this is the best vegatarian dessert first get tofu then drain the juice the put in blender then mix favorite ice cream or flavoring then mix. mix for about 3 min. after that drink up it might sound nasty but its chalk full of protien and taste delicous.
Tofu is like a staple in my fridge, so it's often included in whatever I cook :D
I often think of tofu when I have the time to cook a meal, and this is often what I make: stir fried rice and tofu (and veggies)~
I cut howvever much tofu I want, usually about half a cube-shaped package, and cut into bite sized pieces. I cut up onions, carrots, and celery, then I sautee everything together with veggy oil. Next goes the soysauce, about 2 cloves of garlic that has been cut into really tiny pieces, and hot pepper paste. After that is simply however much rice I want and I stir cook until it's done. Sesame seeds sprinkled on top is a nice addition. Even better is when you put sesame seed oil on top of it all.
my favorite tofu dish is.. Vegan Key Lime Cheesecake Recipe and also Pasta,Tofu,And Steamed Veggies it's simple and delicous (:
i just couldnt choose one (:
Oh, Tofu is so good. I have had deep-fried with a ranch sauce, but my favorite would be tofu stir-fry. Loaded with sauteed tofu, rice, and many vegetables like: peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, zuchinni, carrots, and more..plus, a delicious stir fry sauce on top. :)
Mcdonalds and every other fast food burger place could substitute tofu instead of meat:

3 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed (plain)
1/2 an onion chopped,

MASHED up Tofu and stuffed into GIANT pasta shells with spinach, garlic, and mushrooms. Top with your favorite Marinara sauce. Sneaking Tofu protein into your pasta is yummy AND good for you!!!
A stir fry of tofu--marinated in a lemon grass, cumin, and ginger sauce--with celery, shiitake mushrooms jalapeno peppers, exotic Asian spices, sweet onions, and served with jasmine rice. :)
We used to have a sushi restaurant around here that served this KILLER tofu steak, with some type of ginger sauce and diced scallions. Omg, I miss it so much!!!

My hands-down favorite tofu dish is tofu, whole-wheat pasta and various vegetables topped with peanut sauce. Very simple, but also very delicious - hopefully you all agree, because I absolutely adore those t-shirts. I can give you the recipe, if you'd like! ;)
Tofu "salad!" Tofu, broccoli, mushrooms, pineapple bits, grape tomatoes and romaine lettuce, and whatever oil or dressing we happen to have at the time :p
This may sound disgusting at first, but it's really not all that bad.
I use that faux-egg mixture and add in some vegan cheese, onions, garlic, peppers, and then with it add in the tofu without initially frying it, so it melts only a bit before wrapping it in a tortilla almost like an omelette (though the dexterity is not the same), and then eating it. Great for on the go when wrapped in foil, or a nice sit-down knife-and-fork breakfast.
Tofu Cashew
One Pkg firm or extra firm tofu diced into large chunks(squeeze out excess water and dry)
Corn meal-dip tofu into corn meal

I love to whip up some Tofu Spinach Pesto Pasta! It's a delicious blend of tofu, soy cheese, soy milk, basil, oregano, parsley, spinach, garlic, salt and pepper : ) It's my favorite meal.
Vegetarian Enchiladas!
Use tofu that has been frozen, thawed, and crumbled! It's very hearty(pun intended).
Mix into an enchilada filling of shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend), cream cheese, satued bell peppers (yellow, orange, or red, not green), and salsa or salsa verde. I prefer salsa verde, it gives a much smoother mixture.
Fill tortillas with 2 or so scoops of the mix, roll up, and put into a baking pan.
Top with more salsa and cheese, bake until tortillas begin to brown on edges.
Tofurkey sausages : cut sausages in slices and tofu in squares
cook tofu first(until it gets yellowish) then put sliced sausages and cook for about 3min and then just add steamed veggies:)
(You can also make kabobs out of this)
My friend made me this really good tofu and pasta dinner.
She got tofu pieces and cut them in little, thin squares. then, she got this really good grain pasta that's good for you. she cooked the tofu and boiled and did whatever to the pasta. then, she put spices and salt on it. it was really, really good. she had a salad with carrots and lettuce. it was really good. I would suggest trying it.
Chocolate Lava Pudding Cake made with Silken Tofu. Probably the best vegan dessert I've ever made, very possibly the best cake ever! My completely anti-tofu boyfriend thought it was amazing, and you'd never guess it was vegan!

tablespoons salt.

Stuffed peppers with crispy tofu, mixed sauteed vegetables (eg zuccini, onion, tomato, peppers, garlic and mushrooms), with rice or cous cous, and a bread crumb topping!

she froze the tofu, then crumbled it, put a ton of spices, tomatoe paste, and who can forget the cilantro, and homemade taco shells! It was so delicious I had four helpings!

I take a package of Firm tofu and grate it with a grater and then fry it with a packet of taco seasoning and have it in tacos. It is pretty much the same texture as beef, tastes even better then meat did as you don't have all that fat ruining the taste and it's animal friendly and healthier ! It's also great to add onto a layer of taco chips, covered in black beans, mozzerella and/or cheddar cheese with chopped tomatoes and green onions. That's great with sour cream and guacamole on the side for dipping :)
Scrambled tofu..my way...
with fried onions, diced potatoes, green peppers, with basil, thyme, oregano, fresh garlic, with just tsp of salsa. And when im on the go..or just to lazy to use a fork..i toss it in a wrap..and maybe fry that up till crisp
Ooh, spicy tofu scramble. I always make enough for the family, but could quite easily eat the whole thing myself! Firm tofu (scrambled, of course), lots of diced veggies, some cumin and cayenne pepper - mmm :)

Where would we be without our little soya beans!!?
I love tofu - surely it is the most versatile ingredient ever. I love it from appetizer to main course to dessert!
One of my favourite tofu dishes is Tofu Scramble. I love it over vegan toasted bread - especially on a cold rainy Sunday morning! I scramble it with onion, pepper, garlic, tomatoes, nutritional yeast, turmeric & some fresh herbs - like chives! YUMMY!
I make delish tofu scramble! drain 1 package of x-tra firm, sautee some onion and garlic in olive oil, crumble tofu in a pan with some soy sauce, chili powder, paprika, and any other red and spicy things you like. I like to serve it with a side of refried beans and sauteed spinach and top with guacamole and soy sour cream. It's extra fun to scoop up with tortilla chips. Sooo good, i make it for me and my hubby at least once a week!
I discovered the best tofu recipe a few months ago ! It's tofu stuffed pasta shells. I make them with whatever is on hand at the moment but I usually use oregano, basil, spinach, tomato sauce, onions, and mushrooms. Mmmm. :]
i live in indiana where you cant find alot of resteraunts that sell tofu but there is a chinese place that makes fried tofu in a bed of white rice with pan fried veggies all over it, im hungry just thinking about it. its the best! (all fried in vegetable oil, i always check!)
My favorite tofu recipe is called spicy tofu matar. Dry-fry tofu in a cast iron pot, and set it aside. Then sautee onions, garlic, fresh ginger, yellow squash, tomatoes, lime juice and siracha for the vegetable mix and sauce. Pour over warm tofu, and serve. Delicious!
My favorite tofu dish is vegan tofu based chocolate mousse. I got the recipe from PETA, actually. I put a little chocolate powder as well as chocolate chips with silken tofu, to add richness. Blend in a blender and voila!
take tofu, cut it up into many little cubes, put in bowl and let suck in the flavours of your favourite barbacue sauce, lemons, and a little bit of chipotle sauce.
pan fry, then add into anything you desire, my fav is adding it into pita wraps with lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers mmm.
I make Chinese Tofu Soup!
All you have to do is put vegetable broth, dry sherry, soy sauce, water chestnuts, snow peas, sliced mushrooms and tofu in a large pot and heat it up! but make sure you give ample amount of time for the tofu to soak up all of those delicious flavors, about 30 minutes should do!
It's one of my favorites, enjoy!
so my favorite dish to make is always silken tofu ice cream. though it hard to decide whether i like the apple cinnamon, or chocolate pear best. they're both so good. and really pretty easy to make if you have an ice cream maker.
My favourite tofu dish has got to be CHOCOLATE MOUSSE! It simply can't be beaten!
Just shove one block of silken tofu, 2 tablespoons of icing sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence and a bar of melted (vegan) chocolate in a blender, whizz it up then refrigerate for as long as you can resist it!!
My favorite is the lettuce wraps at Pei Wei. They're originally chicken, but if you ask nicely (or impolitely...) they'll
make them with tofu for you! They're not as crunchy as the original, but they're amazing, and completely vegan/vegetarian friendly!!!

Every year my family and I make the BEST tofu turkey dinner for thanksgiving. its a simple, but yummy yummy dinner. Of course we chow down with a colorful salad, mashed potatoes, and other sides. mmm Im hungry just thinking about it! I HIGHLY recommend this recipe for the family! :) enjoyy!
Ingredients
2 (1 pound) loaves multigrain bread
2 tablespoons margarine
2 carrots, minced
2 large stalks celery, minced
1 onion, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon crumbled dried sage
ground black pepper to taste
5 1/2 teaspoons egg replacer (dry)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable broth
2 (16 ounce) packages chicken-style seitan, cut horizontally into 1 inch thick strips
1 cup garbanzo bean gravy
1 (17.5 ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
Directions
Tear bread into 1-inch cubes and place into a large bowl. Let bread dry in the bowl, uncovered, at least 8 hours.
Melt margarine in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in carrots, celery, and onion. Cook and stir until the onion has softened and turned golden brown, about 10 minutes. Scrape onion mixture into the bowl with the dried bread; season with parsley, sage, and pepper. Whisk egg replacer, water, and vegetable broth in a small bowl until smooth. Pour over bread cubes and gently fold until evenly mixed. Let stand 30 minutes to allow bread to absorb the liquid.
Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with nonstick cooking spray.
Brush seitan with gravy on both sides; arrange overlapping slices on foil in a row, mounding in the center. Press stuffing mixture around seitan to cover. Wet hands lightly and press into a neat oval. Roll pastry sheets out to 1/16-inch thickness; arrange, overlapping slightly, to make a large rectangle. Seal edges with dabs of cold water. Drape pastry over mound; trim excess away from bottom. Use scraps to cut out decorative shapes (leaves, apples, etc). Attached with dabs of cold water.
Bake until the pastry in deep golden brown, 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Cover the pastry with aluminum foil if it begins to brown too much.
I love tofu in lasagna!
If you put the meat there, replace it with tofu!
Lots of veggies, too, of course. :)
It's so delicious, you'll never want to go back. :) lol
I don't really cook, but my favorite tofu dishes are the eggplant tofu from panda express, and theres a vegan breakfast burrito that i always get, it has black beans, salsa, tofu, and potatoes, and those 2 meals are oh-so-delicious! :)
I love putting tofu in a chocolate shake (great way to add extra protein to your day), but my favorite way to eat it is with broccoli and green pepper and just a little bit of teriyaki sauce. It's a great way to add contrasting texture to a tofu dish!
4 carrots
2 zucchinis
4 green onions
2 stalks celery
1 cup of soy sauce
2 tsp. arrowroot powder
Safflower oil
Garlic powder
Ground ginger
1 pkg. firm tofu (cut into 1/2" cubes)
2 c. cooked brown rice
1 pkg. chow mein noodles
Wash zucchini, celery and onions, then dry them thoroughly. Peel carrots and cut them into very thin strips (3 inch long x 1/8 inch). Cut celery 1/4 inch thick pieces. Cut zucchini into half lengthwise, then into 1/8 inch slices. Slice green onions 1/4 inch thick.
In a large wok or skillet heat 2 teaspoons oil until very hot but not smoking. Add carrots and celery; stir fry with wooden spatulas for 3 minutes. Add zucchini and onions. Cover pan, lower heat to medium-high, cook 1 minute. Uncover, stir a little, cover and cook 1 1/2 minutes more. Remove from heat.
In small saucepan pour in soy sauce. Sprinkle in arrowroot powder and about 1/8 teaspoon each garlic and ginger. With wire whisk, stir to dissolve. Thicken over medium heat. When slightly thick, add the cubed tofu. Stir gently to continue thickening and heating through the tofu. Combine with the vegetables. Serve over chow mein noodles and cooked brown rice.
I got this recipe from cooks.com when I first became a vegetarian! I love it and so does my family and they're not even vegetarian!
My favorite TOFU dish just happens to be my ALLTIME favorite dish :)
It's a thai dish with all sorts of veggies (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, sprouts, green beans and zucchini) with fried tofu strips in a spicy peanut sauce served with garlic fried rice!
My favorite is in a curry
you can just buy a korma to mix in. My favorite is by VH it has a nice sweetness because it has a little coconut juice. In the curry you use an apple, onions, zucchini, and also spinach if you like. I like a firm organic tofu to go with it =) you want to cook the apple and zucchini long enough that they're not super crunchy but add a nice texture to the mix. =) once you've cooked all your veggies and tofu add the korma sauce and mix it in. When it's warm enough for you it's nice on top of a plate of rice . super easy and delicious!!
Enjoy =)
This is ultimately the best tofu ive ever had!
The Best Marinated and Baked Tofu Recipe EVER!
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
1 package extra firm tofu
1 cup mustard dressing
1/4 cup tamari
1 teaspoon hickory smoke flavoring
1 clove garlic minced finely
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
freshly ground pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice tofu to your liking. Mix all ingredients well. Dip tofu into the marinade. You can let it marinate for a little while if you like but its not necessary. Lay the tofu slices on a sprayed cookie sheet and grind pepper over the top of them. Bake for about 20 minutes turning about halfway through and baste with excess marinade. Tofu will bubble and brown when it is finished. This tofu is great on sandwiches and has a very egg-like taste. Enjoy!
My daughter invented this. It works with slices of extra firm tofu but extra good with tofu breakfast sausages.
Sautee red peppers and your tofu choice in a mix of peanut oil, roasted onions, soya sauce and some Herbamare. (must like salty flavors)
one block of tofu
soy sauce
onion powder
garlic powder
basil
mash tofu up and put it in a non-stick frying pan. pour soy sauce and onion, garlic, and basil in. doesnt matter how much, just taste it while its cooking. wait until tofu has a yellowish color, and your good to go! you can add it with rice if you want or just eat it plain. either way it is AMAZING!
i love sesame peanut tofu with rice and stir fried veggies. It smells amazing when you are cooking it and tastes even better. My trick is to add steamed edamame to the veggies at the very end.
My fav dish is tofu stuffed shells! It's those big pasta shells stuffed full of tofu, spinach, and black olives, covered in a tomato sauce with a little bit of Vegan Gourmet cheese melted on top. Add garlic ciabatta bread...meal complete!
my fav is tofu and veggie stir fry
the ingredients are:
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves minced garlic
1 block of firm tofu
1 bell pepper sliced
1/2 diced onion
1 chopped zucchini
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp freash ginger
1 jalapeno minced
1 1/2c of mint leaves
pre-cooked rice
diced pineapples
then sautte all until the veggies are done.
oooo...so many...it's very hard to choose only one but since i have to...hmmm...i think i'm going to go with the most simple...i LUV fried tofu squares with peanut sauce for dipping...it's delicious!!! although tofurkey is a close runner up...teehee...
this is my favorite...
(: its called tofu patties.
theyre delicious.
(:
1 lb extra firm tofu or pressed firm tofu
1 cup fresh or frozen corn
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 - 2 garlic cloves, minced (note: remove the skins and inner stems first)
1/2 cup finely chopped parsley or basil leaves
1 cup cooked brown rice
1/3 cup flour
1 Tblsp minced jalapeno pepper or a pinch of cayenne
1 Tblsp minced fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp dried
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp gr coriander
1/2 tsp gr cumin
2 Tblsp olive oil
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
fresh gr black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp salt and/or 1 Tbsp liquid aminos or soy sauce
Reserve: 1 cup fine bread crumbs (whiz a couple of whole wheat bread crusts in the blender or food processor, or crumble and rub by hand)
If you can only get firm tofu, press out the excess water: Cut tofu lengthwise in 4 - 6 slices. Place in a folded dishtowel, cover with a cutting board, weighted with something heavy. Leave for ten minutes. This method will make the tofu extra firm, so the mixture isn't gooey
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
Cut tofu into chunks, and whiz in a food processor for about 30 seconds. If you don't have one, mash with your hands or a potato masher
sauté the veggies (include the fresh ginger, jalapeno & garlic if you're using them) in the olive oil on medium high heat for 5 - 10 minutes. Add the corn and spices and sauté another minute or two
Add the veggie spice mixture, rice and flour to the tofu, and mix well by hand, or on low in the food processor just until the mixture clumps up
Form into a dozen balls, flatten to 3/4" thickness, coat with bread crumbs and place on a baking sheet
Bake for 25 minutes until the outside is crisp and browned
Good served with spicy tomato or tahini sauce, salsa, or even ketchup in a pinch
Freeze tofu overnight, then thaw on counter the next day. That evening, squeeze out all the extra water, cube tofu into half inch cubes. Saute 1 bunch cleaned kale and 1 sliced onion until onion's translucent. Add one minced clove garlic and teaspoon of red pepper flakes. Add 1.5 cups veggie broth, cubed tofu, sliced mushrooms (handful), and cooked vegan "egg noodles". Let all the flavors mix, mingle, and make love. Serve! I loved this dish!
TOFU OMLETTE! Good In A Stri Fry Too With Plenty Of Veg Spesh Tomatoes =]
In Anything Really, Me And My Mates Just Go Made And Add It To Loads Of Stuff =]
My favourite Tofu dish is a tofu pasta bake. I cook brown pasta (or corn/rice etc if ppl have allergies) then add tomatoes, herbs, spices and lemon juice. I mix in browned Tofu (fried in Olive Oil) along with fresh peppers and whatever veg. I fancy. Mix it all up, top with vegan cheese and bake in the oven. Really yummy!
I don't exactly what to name it, but it's tofu stir fried with mushrooms (or anything else of your choosing) then add it to a bowl of pasta. cover it with a pasta sauce (my favorite is "Classico" sun-dried tomato Alfredo). Then top with Parmesan cheese, mix, and enjoy.
My mom knows how to make fried tofu, and its incredibly delicious. :D Also, she makes spagetti with chopped tofu bits inbetween. Its really good, and actually adds more flavor! :)
Although I am a huge fan of the tofu smoothie, my favorite dish is my version of chinese with tofo. You sautee the tofu in a szechuan sauce and the put it over white rices and mixed vegetables made in the same sauce. It's a guilty pleasure to be indulged in every now and then.
well i like tofu crumbled let it cook till it gets light brown then add rice and vegetables (anything goes) and some soy suace and a bit of garlic salt and BAYUM
it looks better and my family loves it since they are big on asain food
My favorite dish in the whole wide world is Reggae Reggae Sauce cooked with Tofu and served with rice C: I put 'Cauldron' Tofu pieces and a spoonful of oil into a saucepan and leave it to cook for 5 mins. Add half a pot of Reggae Reggae Cooking Sauce and leave for 4-5ish mins. Serve on rice *Licks lips* :D Maybe not the healthiest meal...lack of veggies...but it sure is tasty! (+ super fast)

2 packages silken tofu
1 Cup vegan powdered sugar
3 bananas
Put them all in a blender for about two minutes, or until mixed well.
1 small package of canilla custard.
and mix the rest by hand.
you can add any kind of fruit you want, I just love banana's!
My favorite tofu dish is simply chinese. I love the flavors it brings out. The tofu absorbs the vegetarian broth and makes it an overall flavorful dish. At my local chinese restaurant its called Buddah Delight (Vegetarian)
The best thing i have ever had, i got the idea from a 60 yera old man who had been a vegan forever he is my hero.
It's simply fried tofu in a skillet with a little olive oil, seasoned as desired.
Top it off with some general tso's sauce(found at a local grocery store)
and served with whole grain rice and your favorite cooked vegetables.
I prefer a spinach, mushroom combination with a few kinds of mushrooms.
thanks for all the other ideas too. I will have too try them.
Tofu fried up (fried how ever you like). Chopped tomatos (all yellow, all red, or a mix or both but mix of both looks nicest) lightly salted, add a tiny bit of soy sauce (for slight color), mix it in with the tofu and stir it really well so the tomato likes kinda like a sauce but a little chunky. Eat with some rice and voila! Delicous :D
I like Bulgur, Lentil & Tofu Casserole recipe that I've found was delicious.
In a large pot, cook the lentils in the stock along with the spices for about 25 minutes. Remove the bay leaf.
While the lentils are cooking, heat the oil in a skillet. Add the carrot, garlic, onion & tofu. Saute for 5 minutes. Add the corn & bulgur. Stir to mix well. Remove from the heat & add the lentils & cooking liquid. Pour into a greased casserole. Bake qt 350F for 20 minutes.
just imagine, your hungry & dont know wut to eat when comes out... a super delicuos veggie burger! which is made of...TOFU! yes all you need is yummy patty of tofu yumminess, buns, fresh lettuce, tomato, and mustard and ketchup and hunger be gone! yum.
1. Coat 9-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray. Heat non-dairy creamer in a small pan until hot, but not boiling. Add chocolate chips slowly and stir until melted, keeping heat on low. Stir in coconut. Pour into prepared pie plate, smooth out, and refrigerate until shell is hardened.
2. While shell is in the refrigerator, prepare the filling. Place tofu in a food processor and blend until smooth, scraping down sides of bowl as necessary. Add sugar and coconut extract.
3. Melt chocolate chips in microwave or double boiler. Pour melted chocolate into food processor and process until combined. Stir coconut in by hand. Pour into prepared pie shell. Sprinkle with more coconut if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve (at least 8 hours is best for it to hold its shape.)
My favorite way to fix tofu is when I make veggie "meatballs" with it. I take a package of tofu, mix it with 1/2 package of TVP, some soy sauce, and garlic pepper salt. Then I form it into balls and bake at 375 degrees until browned. I use it for "meatballs", or for taco, burritos, or in chili. I can also make a veggie "meatloaf" instead by adding tomato sauce, onions, peppers, and black olives.
My favorite way to fix tofu: Slice extra firm tofu into 1/4" rectangles. Dip in egg replacer (or vegan mayo). Roll in a mixture of Italian Bread Crumbs mixed with Dried Parmesan Cheese (omit the cheese if you're vegan). Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve with a side of pasta and marinara.
Instead of Tofu, I love Tempei because it has a different texture and stands up to grilling. I marinate it in light asian dressing and grill or stir fry with veggies yum yum!
Hot Tofu soup, with mushrooms, celery sticks, and a little tababsco sauce. Along with a handful of ceasar croutons. And just in case the tabasco is really spicy and overpowers the taste of the tofu and celery, a glass of orange juice full of vitamin c pulp.
Nothing is better than creamy chocolate mousse... made with none other than TOFU, poured in a chocolate graham crust!!! and best of all no dairy and no screams...
Vegan Deep fried General Tso tofu.
It's cripsy and delicious, with a sweet flavoring. And when you bite into it, you get the perfect crunch, and then that rich tofu in the middle. :)
Serve it on top of steaming white rice, poor some extra sauce on it, brocolli, peppers...
And eat it with chopsticks. You can't eat that kind of food without chopsticks! :D
Out of all the tofu dishes I've had, Ma Po Tofu would have to be my favorite.
It's a dish that consists of small cubes of silken tofu coated in a rich, chili and bean-based sauce with spicy Sichuan chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns. With every bite, not only will your mouth be filled with the rich, fragrant aromas of the peppers, but you will also experience an overwhelming tingly sensation from the spicyness, soothed by the soft, silky texture of the tofu that follows it. Such flavors create such a balance that is guaranteed to excite the pallete. This dish definitely stimulates your 5th taste of savory, a truly umami(delicious) dish.
BBQ Tofu Mash

Drain tofu if necessary and mash up to make look like sloppy joe crumbles.
Combine all but tofu and sugar in a sauce pan.
On medium heat stir until tomato paste is thin out pretty well about 5-10 minutes
Add sugar to thin out more and more thyme to taste.
Add mashed up tofu and cook until well heated.
Enjoy in your favorite vegan bread or whole wheat pitas.
For a spicy sauce add ¼ cup of onions and ¼ tsp pepper
i am currently a vegatarian, working on becomeing a vegan. i plan on going vegan november 1st as it is national vegan day.i never really ate meat products when i was growing up i would have the ocasional hotdog or chicken fingers but thats about it. but 3 years ago i mad the choice to become a vegatartian bc animals have beating heart and feelings and can experience pain like us human beings do, the only difference is that unlike animals we can express our feelings and pain. and i feel much better knowning that when i eat something i know that it was not killed, toutured, or had a face before.
SOOO DELICIOUS.
A nice Malaysian yellow curry with colorful vegetables like red bell peppers, tender carrots, cauliflower, and snow peas (sometimes even broccoli because it's my favorite vegetable, and it absorbs so much flavor!!), and then the best part: cubed spicy deep fried tofu. It's REALLY spicy, but when you mix it with the curry, the spiciness blends into the curry and becomes a lot more subtle. Also, the red oils it has makes the yellow curry even brighter! The best part is getting a bite with a cube of the tofu because it's so ridiculously flavorful; spicy, salty,deep-fried-y, curry-y.
MorningStar Farms brand of veggie food products taste great. Their steak strips make sandwiches as well as traditional beef dishes like Mongolian Beef.
Tofu Lasagna--using tofu as a base, liberal amounts of vegan cream of mushroom soup, vegan cheese, mushrooms, spinach, bell peppers, and other yummy veggies to create a layered lasagna. It tastes soo good!

Best, easiest desert:
I package silken tofu

Kadie's Famous Tofu Lettuce Wraps! (:
Ingredients:
* SERVES: 4 as an appetizer, 2 as the main course
* 1 head fresh (and REALLY COLD) iceberg lettuce
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 red chilli, de-seeded and finely sliced
* 2 shallots, sliced finely
* 2 Tbsp. lime juice

Mango Ginger Tofu...
it's a recipe i took from « Vegan with a vengeance ».
It's yummy, tasty and full of color and flavor.
You have to marinate over night in a marinade with mango, ginger, garlic and jalapenos and then put in the oven with some mango slices and red peppers.
it makes a lot, so it's perfect for any vegan potluck or just put the extra tofu the next day in a pita with crisp lettuce, fresh tomato and red onions.... miam
Bonne appétit;)

cut one container of FIRM style sofu in cubes
3 minced cloves of garlic
Place in frying pan w/seasme oil (let tofu and garlic get a little brown/toasted)
Then add:
1 chopped green onion (scallion)
1-2 tsp of seasme seeds
2 cups sliced strips of yellow bell pepper/green & red
Sprinkle of red crushed peppers
1 small can of chopped water chestnuts
Sprinkle rock salt & pepper
Fry on medium to high heat until desired "crispness" or "softness" of veggies/tofu.
Serve over rice (maybe even a side of kimchee!!!!)

Two dishes in one!

It is a slice or two of two fried in a little canola oil on wheat bread with ketchup, veggie vegan cheese, and either spinach or romain lettuce (depending if i'm in a crunching-leafy mood or not).
It turn tofu into an easy classic.

Yum Yum!!!

Sometimes I add in a little quinoa for more nutrition.

my favorite tofu is buffalo tofu. you fry peices of tofu, life 2 inches long and 1 inch thick until its sort of chewy/firm on the outside, then you douse it in a mixture of half hot sauce half melted earth balance. YUM. i've never had bufallo chicken before, but i honestly can't imagine why anyone would want to after eating this cruelty free and amazingly awesome tofu!

ok this might sound gross but this is the best vegatarian dessert first get tofu then drain the juice the put in blender then mix favorite ice cream or flavoring then mix. mix for about 3 min. after that drink up it might sound nasty but its chalk full of protien and taste delicous.

Vietnamese Lemongrass Tofu Bánh Mì
Total: 10 min prep 1 hour marinade
INGREDIENTS
1 pkg of firm tofu
1/2 cup peanut or vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
5 table spoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1-2 bulbs of fresh lemongrass. When chopped should be about 3 tablespoons.
1 light, crusty baguette
1 cup shredded carrot
1 cup shredded daikon radish
Carrot/radish pickle marinade: 2 cups warm water,1/4 cup vinegar, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1
tablespoons salt.
Other Condiments: Sprinkle of soy sauce, veginaise, fresh cilantro sprigs, slices of: cucumber, jalapeno
chili’s, red onion
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Drain Tofu and blot dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Slice into about 1/4 ” pieces. Assemble carrot/daikon pickle marinade and add shredded carrots and daikon to mixture. Let carrots & daikon soak for about 1 hour.
2. Wash lemongrass and chop bulbs and remaining of stalk that is tender. Chop garlic together with
lemongrass until very fine. (May use food processor!)
3. In large plastic freezer bag, combine crushed lemongrass & garlic, vegetable oil, soy sauce,
salt, pepper and sesame oil. Mix the marinade well, then add slices of tofu in bag. Lay tofu slices in gently on top of each other so that they don’t break. Make sure all marinate coats each slice of tofu.
4. Let marinade for at least 1 hour or until all tofu slices soak up the marinade. Heat up frying pan. Do not add oil to the pan because the tofu is well oiled. Fry slices of tofu until both sides are golden brown with a nice firm crust. Let cool and assemble banh mi.
5. Cut baguette into desired portions. If your baguette is too heavy and dense, you can scoop out some of the center. I butter and warm them in the oven. I add Veginaise, lettuce, onion, cucumber, the tofu, the pickled veggies and then some cilantro.
ENJOY!

I make it every thanksgiving.
It's the best.
Here's a recipe.
21 oz extra-firm silken tofu
2 cups soymilk
2/3 cup turbinado sugar, light brown sugar, or sucanat (or use 1/2 cup honey or 1 cup alternate liquid sweetener)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup cold water
1 cup rum or brandy (or use apple juice with rum or brandy flavoring to taste)
4 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
20 ice cubes
Nutmeg
Crumble the tofu and blend with soymilk, sugar and salt. Blend until smooth. Pour into mixing bowl, and whisk in water, rum and vanilla. Cover and refrigerate.
Place the crumbled tofu and the soymilk in a blender with the sugar and salt. Blend until very smooth. Scrape this into a large bowl or pitcher, and whisk in the water, rum or brandy, and vanilla. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate until serving time.
To serve, blend half of the mixture in the blender with 10 of the ice cubes until frothy. Repeat with the other half. Serve in glasses with nutmeg sprinkled on top.

i would say my favorite recipe would be
vegan chocolate cake
Cake Ingredients:
•1 c. whole wheat pastry flour
•1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
•1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
•1 tsp salt
•1 1/4 c. grain sweetened chocolate chips, melted
•12 oz. firm silken tofu, cut in large chunks
•1 c. cocoa powder
•3/4 c. agave nectar
•1 T vanilla
•Variation: substitute carob chips and carob powder for the chocolate
Chocolate Frosting Ingredients:
•3/4 c.melted grain sweetened chocolate chips, melted
•1/4 c. agave nectar
•1 T vegan margarine
•1 T coconut oil
•6 oz. firm silken tofu
•1/2 c. cocoa powder
•1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
•chocolate or vanilla almond milk(optional)
Frosting Directions:
1.Melt chocolate chips
2.Place chocolate, agave nectar, margarine, coconut oil, and tofu
3.With mixer on high, beat until smooth and creamy
4.Beat in cocoa powder gradually until you reach desired stiffness (a layer cake requires a stiff icing that won't run down the sides of the cake)
5.With a mixing spoon stir in coconut flakes
6.If icing is too stiff stir in almond milk one T at a time until you reach desired stiffness
7.Chill frosting in the fridge while you prepare cake
8.Use to ice completely cooled cake
9.Enjoy!
Cake Directions:
1.Prepare frosting and chill in fridge until cake is baked and cooled
2.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees & oil cake pans
3.Melt chocolate chips according to package instructions and set aside
4.Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl and set aside
5.Place melted chocolate, tofu, cocoa powder, agave nectar and vanilla in a food processor and process until smooth
6.Pour chocolate mixture into flour and mix into a stiff batter

Enjoy =)

Enjoy!
Serves: 4
Preparation time: 15 minutes

this is my favorite...

5. Mince the garlic, ginger and jalapeno. Skip this step if you're using dried ginger, garlic and chili powder
6. Peel and slice the carrot thinly
7. Half the zucchini lengthwise, slice thinly on the diagonal, and set aside
8. Wash, shake dry and slice the bok choy thinly crosswise - stems and leaves
9. Add the ginger, garlic, jalapeno, carrot, cashews and mustard seeds to the pan, turn up the heat a bit, and stir fry until the carrots are slightly cooked and the cashews a little brown.
10. Add the zucchini and stir fry until it starts to get limp.
11. Add the bok choy and stir fry until it wilts
12. Add the curry powder, and other dry spices if using, and stir fry briefly
13. Stir in tofu, water and coconut milk, salt and pepper to taste.

15. Adjust seasonings to taste, and serve with your choice of grains, noodles or flatbread.

To make this vegan chocolate cake using carob instead of chocolate simply substitute carob chips and carob powder for the chocolate.
Cake Ingredients:
1 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 c. grain sweetened chocolate chips, melted
12 oz. firm silken tofu, cut in large chunks
1 c. cocoa powder
3/4 c. agave nectar
1 T vanilla
Variation: substitute carob chips and carob powder for the chocolate
Chocolate Frosting Ingredients:
3/4 c.melted grain sweetened chocolate chips, melted
1/4 c. agave nectar
1 T vegan margarine
1 T coconut oil
6 oz. firm silken tofu
1/2 c. cocoa powder
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
chocolate or vanilla almond milk(optional)
Frosting Directions:
Melt chocolate chips
Place chocolate, agave nectar, margarine, coconut oil, and tofu
With mixer on high, beat until smooth and creamy
Beat in cocoa powder gradually until you reach desired stiffness (a layer cake requires a stiff icing that won't run down the sides of the cake)
With a mixing spoon stir in coconut flakes
If icing is too stiff stir in almond milk one T at a time until you reach desired stiffness
Chill frosting in the fridge while you prepare cake
Use to ice completely cooled cake
Enjoy!
Cake Directions:
Prepare frosting and chill in fridge until cake is baked and cooled
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees & oil cake pans
Melt chocolate chips according to package instructions and set aside
Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl and set aside
Place melted chocolate, tofu, cocoa powder, agave nectar and vanilla in a food processor and process until smooth
Pour chocolate mixture into flour and mix into a stiff batter
Spread evenly in pans (an oiled spatula can help in this endeavor)
8" rounds bake for 20-25 minutes, 9"x12" sheet cake bake for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean
Remove from pans and cool on racks
When cakes are completely cooled, frost and enjoy!

Tofu Kale Soup with Kashi® Nugget Dumplings
Soup
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup minced organic onion
1 clove minced organic garlic
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 diced organic carrot
5 cups chopped organic kale
5 cups organic vegetable broth
8 ounces firm organic tofu, diced into small ¼-inch pieces
2 tablespoons naturally brewed, low sodium soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Dumplings
1 cup Kashi® 7 Whole Grain Nuggets cereal
1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons cold organic butter
3-4 tablespoons ice cold water
Directions
In a stockpot over medium high heat, add olive oil, onion, garlic, ginger and carrot. Stir and cook for about 1 minute, sprinkling with salt and pepper. Add kale, broth, tofu and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook 35 minutes until kale is tender.
Use a blender or food processor to reduce Kashi® 7 Whole Grain Nuggets to a coarse powder; pour into a medium mixing bowl.
In mixing bowl, add both flours; cut in cold butter. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, stirring until dough forms. Spread dough on floured work surface and kneed for a few seconds. Wrap in plastic and place in refrigerator to chill for 10 minutes. When cool, remove dough from plastic wrap and roll out until dough is 1/4-inch thick. Cut into strips about 1 inch wide.
Drop dough strips into soup and simmer for an additional 25 minutes, until dumplings are firm. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, if needed.

general tso's tofu!!

Hot Tofu soup, with mushrooms, celery sticks, and a little tababsco sauce. Along with a handful of ceasar croutons. And just in case the tabasco is really spicy and overpowers the taste of the tofu and celery, a glass of orange juice full of vitamin c pulp.
Yummm!

I love Thai coconut tofu
It has tofu, soy sauce, olive oil, onions, peanut butter, sesame oil, coconut flakes, and ginger.
It's so delicious you should look up the recipe and try it some time, you will be very impressed.

Mixed Veggie & Spicy Deep Fried Tofu Curry Udon
Try it at home!! :D
