Wow! I've gotten B12 at lunch and breakfast today in the following: 8 fl. oz. of Silk soymilk (50%) [3 micrograms] and 8 (double serving) Morning Star chick'n nuggets (60%) [3.6 micrograms]. So, 3 micrograms + 3.6 micrograms = 6.6 micrograms! That's over 100%!
Thanks so much for this! I had someone just recently jump my case saying "you have to eat meat for B12, because you need it or you'll die".
I did'nt really know how to respond because I never properly educated myself enough on it, but now I am! So after posting this on my myspace i'll read it a few more times to help everyone else know!
1. Abandon "conventional" industrial agriculture (natural methods & no more vast monocultures; a more local, seasonal food system; culture that values self-sufficiency above dependence on corps and/or big brother; homes and communities designed with self-sufficient productivity in mind; food not lawns; et cetera).
2. Wait for someone to engineer a microorganism that can inhabit the achlorhydric stomach and/or small intestine and produce metabolically active B12.
Hey! thanks for sharing such nice pictures here. They are nice and funny too. I like all. I like your diagrams. Your painting is nice. Hats of you on your talent.

though taurine used to come from bull testicles, most is now artificially synthesized now.

My semi-fantastical opinions:
