I'm going to order one as soon as the site gets some more if I don't win the giveaway. Eating frozen foods has really gotten boring. Standing in front of the stove for forty-five minutes just for myself is a pain in the butt.
I wish i had this book! I could finally get my parents to go over completely to being vegan! Right now they are eating some chicken and some fish. But i bet if i had this book they would stop. :-)

Hah. My favorite: Hearty Farty Chili. Or Hot Butt Chili Fart Beans
(package of chili seasoning, 3 cans of various beans, 1 can of stewed tomatoes and optional diced bell pepper, onion and canned corn). This feeds a lot of people or you can freeze it for later meals! so cheap, quick and YUMMY!!!
Not entering either. I bought my copy as soon as the bookstores got their copies in. LOVE IT! Everything is easy and tasty and can be made in the microwave which is excellent considering most of the dorms don't have kitchens and if they do, they are always busy. THANK YOU PETA2!!!

My son is going to college next year and one of our goals is that he starts this year making some meals for the family, this could be a great resource for him.
I'd kill to have this book. not literally of course. I've got the skinny bitch books. Yet this one would help a lot. I really wanna start cooking vegetarian & vegan meals. It'd help me out a lot. i'm even trying to get my mom to be a vegetarian. wish me luck!
