I love all my faux skin accessories. My reasons are definitely legit. I mean, why kill an innocent animal when you can get fake stuff that's just as stylish. Faux is the way to go. It lasts longer and is fashionable. I have tons of faux leather belts, sandals, fake snake skin headbands. All my purses and messenger-bags are all faux fur, and fake leather. I would never wrap a snake around my head, or carry a zebra on my shoulder. Once again, go faux, or go home. (:

When i see someone in real animal skin i think they look like heartless murderers, not stylish fashionista's. Faux is the way to go. I have tons of faux leather belts and sandals. All animal print that i wear, i make sure that everyone knows that it's faux and it looks just as good, of not exceptionably better, than the real stuff. Go faux, or go home. A word of advice: Don't use the handcuff clutch bag if you're travelling by plane. I learnt (the embarrassing way!) that handcuffs aren't allowed on planes for security reasons.
I love faux leather because it proves once again that it is simply unneccessary to use real leather. People assume its real...then I ask them to try and guess what kind of animal was used and after they convince themselves what it is, I enjoy letting them down with the truth!
This can only work on people I don't know because all of my friends know I would never use or eat animal products. Living in Newfoundland as a vegan is challenging on a regular basis due to the history of the seal hunt/fishery/moose hunting etc. It is a way of life that is changing!It will continue to be a challenge but I will never give up and neither will my kid, Ashley. She is 14 and she continues to stick to her beliefs and doesn't mind sharing her knowledge with her peers...and teachers for that matter. She would love that bag!

As a fashion student, it is INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT for me to express my views through what I wear. Even if it isn't entirely noticeable that something is faux, if people ask where you get something from, you can start up a conversation. I wouldn't want to preach to someone, but it's an awesome way to explain to someone that you don't need to wear leather or fur or whatever else to be 'fashionable'.
Besides my own skin, Faux skin is the ONLY skin that I'll be walking around with. I find it ABSOLUTELY disgusting to see high end fashion lines using leather, feathers, anything regarding animals skin. It's beyond repulsive to see our fashion lines and culture use other animals as a "positive" look at whats 'attractive'
If you ask me, showing that you love life, all the creatures in this world, and supporting their life/freedom is more attractive then ever wearing some straps of the inside of a cow or snake shoes.
Faux fur is hardcore, without being a hard-butt. I t is a great conversational piece, and is one step further in the ethical treatment of animals. See, I am a guy but I plan on giving my girlfriend this purse, I actually met her passing out PETA stickers at my old high school! I love faux skin accesories because they look hot without making me feel like I'm Ed Gein (you know, the guy who would kill women and use their skin to make clothes and upholstery...sounds pretty darn close to the leather industry, no?) I think faux leather could wipe out the leather industry if it was used more often in more high quality goods (and perhaps they made a new leather scent like they do with new cars).
I love the look of that bag, and I appreciate that they are animal friendly and are using alternative materials but I dont like using faux accessories because it seems like you are condoning the idea of it because how close in appearance it is to the real thing..Beautiful idea though.

I always loved leather items - until I found out about the cruel ways of animal industries. I've always been an animal lover too, so soon I went vegetarian.
I wouldn't wear leather anymore, but I'd always loved it. Leather boots, leather belts, leather jackets, leather bags.. I gave all mine away because I couldn't stand the thought of the animal that had been killed for it.
I now happily endorse faux products. They look AWESOME, its just part of my style i guess, and it is great to know that my clothes are cruelty free too.

I collect bags - I have tons of them, and now that I'm vegan, I only buy vegan bags. And my faux bags are by far not only the coolest of the bunch, but they attract the most oohs and aahs from friends and strangers. Best of all, each compliment gives me a chance to stop and talk about how the bag is vegan, and that I'm vegan. Then people ask me questions, usually, "oh I've heard that term...what does it mean exactly?" ...and 45 minutes later we're still deep in conversation about the plight of farmed animals, and someone in the world has been tuned into the idea of going meatless, leatherless, and trying compassion as a lifestyle. That's why I wear vegan bags. They are changing the world!
i love faux skin because i am very into the gothic/bondage style/community/activity and anything faux leather is a blessing because it can be so hard to find things that are not made of leather. faux leather has the sexy look of leather without the horrible treatment of animals and their exploitation, when i became a vegan i vowed to stop exploitating animals and i will not change that for style. knowing how many alternative there are to leather and how amazing they can look, leather is useless and the leather industry is outdated and supports the beef industry. if more people would refuse to buy leather there would be less cruelty in this world. not to mention less chemicals that they used to dye and soften the leahter.

Who wants to be reminded constantly that what you are wearing was once I living and breathing animal, most likely had a family and was going home to their family with food, when all of a sudden it was snapped in two, skinned, and ready for you to wear.

Faux accesories are wayy cuter. I swear I find cuter faux stuff than the real fur/leather. Juss look at that clutch bag! Its HAWT! And I find that they last longer than the real thing, And besides faux is totally animal friendly (Which by the bay is a HUGE plus).
I love faux fur and skins. There's no point to having to kill an animal for one look which is crazy expensive, when you can get the same look for waaay cheaper without killing a thing. I can't believe people would do that just to look "fashionable". I dont think wearing the flea infested skins of another living thing is by any means fashionable.

I like my faux skin accessories because they give me a confidence boost, letting me know that I have not performed any act of cruelty toward an animal in order to look good.
Plus, who would want to wear someone else's skin? That's just not right. We, as humans, have our own skin for a reason.

Why I do love faux skin accessories?
Why not? They have the look without the cruelty. You can rock the 'classic leather' look without any of the disgusting mess of actually wearing the skin of something that was once living. Plus, when people tell you how cute your purse or whatever is, you can say. "Oh, thanks. I just love faux leather! It's so much less nasty and inhumane, but still cute. So, what's your bag made out of?" It brings up the opportunity to inform people and still be 'fashionable'. No nasty leather smell, no death, no cruelty, and cute to boot. I mean, really, what's not to like?

If I am being completely honest I love faux everything because it does not smell like leather. I do not believe in the slaughtering of innocent animals for fashion (or any other reason!). Its bad enough that poor animals are killed, I just really do not want to smell them!
Plus, have you ever sat down and smelled faux "leather"? Like really inhaled it right after a purchase? It smells almost like my car did when it was new. (fake-leather seats!) Who can resist that "new car" smell? They should bottle that scent! YUM!

I love faux accessories because I have piece of mind knowing that I didn't help kill innocent animals. It makes me feel good that the way I lead my life being animal free is an excellent example for my daughters. They are proud of the fact that we don't support the slaughter of animals for food or fur. I feel this is something that they will pass on to their kids and so on.
I love faux skin because an animal didnt die while it was being made. Its better for my conscience and plus i think its disgusting to wear animal fur. Just the thought of an animal having to be skinned and killed for fashion is depressing. I am a vegetarian and I am a PETA member, I am part of the A team. Animals dont need to die for food or accesories, its wrong.

Last time I wore a faux accessory was my blue pleather jacket, which was what struck up a conversation with a random cute guy on the bus, which lead to a discussion about vegetarianism.
He was completely misinformed because he had a coworker who just ate junk, but cut out meat and passed out. I not only got a date but completely changed his perspective on vegetarianism! :)

Faux accessories are the raddest things to be created. They're not made from innocent animals, and are nothing like -yuck- leather. Also, it's such a spiffeh item cause nothing was murdered in the making. Faux made items are cruety free, making it them the hottest accessories. :D

The smell of real skins is gross! The reason for this is because the tanning process requires 2 things... fatliquor (something else that is just as gross) and most often, cod oil. They use them to soften the leather and sometimes to help it hold fat-based dyes. In my opinion, bunny pelt is much softer prior to being skinned, and cuter.
TEXTURE: Real
If anyone reading this has ever tried on something made of real leather, they should know what I mean when I say that sweat is best for the gym and the bed. If you are wearing the real stuff to either of those locations, you are a masochist. For those that haven't, the real stuff is heavy in weight, doesn't breathe AT ALL, and tends to stink even more as it heats up. Mmm... not sexy.
THE ATTITUDE: Real
The point to wearing animal pelt is that it's primal. It's attractive to others because it sparks a sexual response deeply ingrained in the ancient, instinctual part of our species... the predator! You can hardly look primal, or even confident if you are feeling guilty, smelly and uncomfortably hot, or just unsure of how others are viewing your choice in attire. However, there is a liberating and naturally self-confident air about someone when they feel good in their clothes and know they look good too. There is nothing sexier than confidence.

I love it when people ask me what my bag is made of. I explain what it is. The look on their face is worth it. People see you differently when they find out you are all for animals rights, so it's best that you become really good friends with them before you tell them (especially with guys) because then they can't deny the fact that we aren't crazy just because we're veg! why wear fur when you can wear faux. i mean it looks exactly alike and you can still make a statement. if its okay to kill animals to wear their fur then why cant we kill humans to wear their skin? just like Humans animals have feelings and families to so why take away an animals life.
I use faux accessories for many reasons. I feel dirty when I touch a dead animal skin, it makes me think of the Hindi who believe that we are reincarnated as other animals and I may be touching my ancestors or someone else's. Another is the waste; they don't use the rest of the animal when they raise it for it's skin nor do they use the skin of the animals raised for their meat even though it takes more food to feed the cow then you get out of it's meat or skin. Real animal skin is also very easily ruined as you hear in many movies, Clueless being an example, that you can't get any kind of water on suede or it'll stain and be ruined. Leather is said to last longer than faux products however it is easily scratched and ruined as well.
I do not own now nor have I personally bought anything made out of real animal skin.

Ok we all know the story behind leather and fur. Leather sticks to your skin, Its make you all sweaty and it smells bad. Fur is soft but if you dont take care of it properly it smells like wet dog. Accessories that are Faux are just the same execpt they dont stick, smell, and it didnt kill an animal for a lousy fasion.
Many people have no clue that Faux can acctually replace the actuall thing. Faux antitionaly may last longer and not rot.
From things like coats boots and bags fur and leather is every were! But, honestly 2 months of wearing a coat costs alot to bein with. Fur/leather boots make your feet all sweaty. And bag make your side sweaty. Replaceing is easy. I tend to be more attracted to faux rather then the real thing. Fur can some times look real trashy.
Every month I try to find one store that is completly green!!! But, I cant so my only option is to go online. Braclets , Necklesses, Ties, Bags, Shoes, Taira's anything can have fur or leather. There still as neat without it.

Faux fur is so much better than real because dead animals is not a fashion statment. It's murder. And, about 27 bunnies have to die for ONE coat. Faux fur is cruelity free, and so much cuter! (: I only get Faux fur and I do EVERYTHING to stop companies from selling it. Faux is the way to go! (: :D
I like my faux accessories because I know no animal died when my things were being produced. Whether it is my faux leather gloves, my faux leather Letterman's jacket, or the leather on my bike. I also love telling people that they arent true leather, because I can be proud of my faux products, and entice others to like them as well. So far, I have converted to people from farmed to faux, thus making the world slightly better, causing less harm to cows and other animals, and making me feel better knowing that they might spread the world as well. And this is why I like my faux skin products.

I prefer faux skin accessories over real ones because the real ones were once a the living organ of an animal. I don't think animals were put on this earth to suffer for our materialistic and selfish needs. I never really saw the importance of having the real skin of an when you had the possibility of affording the fake version at a reasonable price minus the smell. To me, it's like wanting a purse because it's made of real human skin. I mean, would you buy it?
Besides, I've never met anyone who was a fan of the smell of leather. I'm pretty sure some people are, but I'm not one of them.

-You don't have to "properly" care for it as if it was real leather. (no freezing, no weekly cleaning, no nothing!)

When I had gotten my long loved faux jacket for $12 and my cousin spent over $200 for his real leather jacket (and they looked exactly the same) he was so embaressed especcially when they would refund his money. He absolutly hated his and loved mine!

My faux accessories make me feel like a modern-day human and not a caveman. I can look at my dogs and when they tell me i have a pretty purse or cute shoes, i can say thank you without having to explain to them that my things are made out of their friends.
Faux accesories look exactly like leather, they smell better, and they're washable. They're are much more eviromentaly friendly as well. hen the faux accesorie is at it's end you can recycle it. Faux leather aslo isn't as disgusting, it's like wearing somebody elses skin. It should just remind everybody of Leatherface from Texas Chainsaw Massacre because his leather face and somebody's leather jacket are both murder and are just as horrible and blood-curdling.

I don't even wear faux skin accessories, because even wearing them represents a sense of cruelty to animals. I don't think any animals should go through that type of cruelty of being killed and tortured just so people can supposedly "look good". There is plenty of other clothes and accessories that can be worn that look even better and are not harmful to animals at all.

before i became a vegetarian i used to wear leather shoes and when i became a buddhist i realised how disugsting and cruel i had been even though i did not slaughter the animals myself. As far back as I can remember (and that is more than 70 years) I have had pets. Our home always had the usual dogs and cats and grandma's canarys in the kitchen but my first real pet of my own was a chicken which escaped from its pen in a neighbor's yard and he let me keep her. I had her 4 years and she laid one egg but I loved her and she made me happy. I just love animals I guess because they give love without any complications, just a little food and a lot of respect for who and what they are from me. I cannot imagine wearing anything that came from an animal that was killed just to satisfy some vain persons desire to make themselves seem better than someone else.

I LOVE faux skin accessories for so many reasons. I would never wear real fur or leather and I think the people that do are disgusting. I will not allow anyone in my house to wear the real accesories either, if my mom even looks at something made with real fur/snakeskin/leather she has to hear it. When I wear faux accessories I feel like I am making a stand, no matter how small it's still something and it can encourage other people to do in their hearts what they know is right. I think it's ridiculous that it is even legal to wear a dead animal's fur, much less kill the animal for it. To me it sounds like freaking buffalo bill from silence of the lambs. I love faux fur and leather things cause I love it when people are like "OMG, your whereing an animal" and I love educating them that, hey they're are plenty of alternitives and if you love the way leather looks then you can still have a leather looking purse, just without killing an animal for it.

To me, animals are just smaller and larger versions of humans. No animal should be killed for things that people might like. None of us would like it the animals killed us for fashion accessories. The reasons I like faux accessories is because they have a great story behind them. You just get this warm feeling in your heart when you buy it, that technically you just saved an animal´s life. Many of us have pets, can you imagine what it would be like if someone killed your pet, or even your mother for something they wanted to wear? We can make a difference.

seriously though, wearing processed animal skin is discusting and it is not something that i would like to be apart of....before i heard of PETA i did not even think about the extent of animal cruelty, i only thought of it as if it only involved cats and dogs. PETA opened my eyes to a whole new level of this disturbing world and the sad part is, it is swept under the rug and no one thinks that this kind of stuff happens. we take advantage of the choices that we have just to be beautiful regardless if it is wearing makeup, taking a shower, eating, and even getting dressed. Okay, I've been allergic to wool and rabbit fur since I was little. I HATE using animal products and furs/skins as an accessory, I mean think about it! Think about killing a deer or a mink, opening it up, scooping out its insides, just so you have more room for your wallet/phone/pens, pencils/etc. Yea, picture that! It hurts but it works... that's pretty much what you are doing!!! FAUX FUR is DA BOMB! DO IT!

Why else would I like faux fur/skins? First off, It's made cruelty free. But thats not the whole reason, its cheaper, durable and I think it feels better then the real thing. I've never liked the real stuff cause it was from animal, but even if I was an animal murderer (twitch) I would probably prefer the faux material anyday.
hey PETA i am all for the safety and non usage of leather,skin, or fur. i am 14 years old and there are people twice my age that are still blid-sighted by the cruelty and the horrors that go on in the factories where hanbags are made. I love animals and i love the fact that y'all have made a handbag that understands animal missery. The bag to me represents freedom for animals everywhere. The handcuff to me represents the fact that i will not let go of the faux skin accesories idea. I love faux skin accesories because they don't deprive animals of their freedom and the makers of fux accesories make it so that peopla may change their minds and understand the fact that our animals are being killed for no specific reason. some people may say that GOD gave us these creatures to kill, i believe that GODs idea was not ment to be taken litterally. Well, for starters, no animals were killed for my fashion sense.
Doesn't it make people feel odd to be carrying around a dead cow skin? Or a fluffy bunny scarf.. Seriously people, you are wearing/holding Peter Cottontail or a once-Happy California Cow! It's stupid to have genuine leather bags, shoes, etc. Nobody is going to shun you if your clutch is faux leather. You're actually being less cruel and more environmental friendly, so you win.
Second, faux items usually cost less. People who save all of their cash for a genuine French leather handbag are just trowing thier money into buying a dead animal. Think of what they could have bought with the same amount of money.. they could have helped out an animal shelter, donated to the red cross, sent donations to St. Judes, bought a ton of Starbursts etc. Okay the last one is a total waste of money plus a tummy-sche, but you get my point.
Third, this is random, but if everyday middle-class people stopped wearing leather or fur products, we would be saving animals right? And those upper-class rich folks who sleep on leather bed sheets, and with their asses with fur bathroom tissues. Would be scowled upon.. They would then most likely stop wearing fur, leather etc, because we(the amzing middle-class) would riot, not buy their products or stocks, or dip them in tar and feather them. They would feel ridiculed if they were the only ones using dead animals for everyday living. It's basically up to us to make a difference(well our generation) in this world. We've already been told the O-Zone is our problem and pollution is, so this is our issue too.

Hmm, my most original reason why I like faux skin accesories? Well, let's start with the fact that I don't usually like to wear "skin", that's completely disgusting. It's because I can prove to people that being fashionable and cruelty-free is possible. So many people assume that the veg lifestyle means you trade fashion for "crunchy" clothes. Whenever I get compliments on my vegan purse, it gives me great pleasure to announce that it is cruelty-free.

I wear faux skin accessories because I like the look of leather, but am def not willing to take somethings life for it...instead I wear faux and always have the 'fake for the animal's sake' sticker on whatever it may be so show others i do not condone the wearing of someone elses skin, nor do I find it attractive whatsoever. People have asked me about it saying it's just what's left over after the animal is dead and I kindly but persuasively explain that that is not the case and it doesn't matter how it came to be, it matters WHO it was..

I've always thought, if people make animals into accesories, what makes them too good to be treated the same way? Just because we've got thumbs, and a few other advantages, doesn't mean we should play God, especially when it comes to the more helpless creatures on our planet. This is why one of my girl friends and I are taking action at the beginning of the 2009-2010 school year. Our high school has several groups, but oddly enough, none of them revolve around issues with the treatment of animals. This is why we are going to make an offical group for all the people like us, and get students active in helping animals in our community! Just the other day my mom was looking to buy a new couch. she was all over looking at prices to find the perfect couch, finally she found the one she wanted it was real leather! I was like mother if you buy that couch ill never forgive you. there are plenty faux leather couchs out there. you dont need to buy dead animal skin. so i forced her to take a look in a different store we were looking through when a sales lady walks up and does the "can i help you with anything?" my mom replies "nope" i said "yes, do you have any faux leather sectionals?" she replies " why yes, chocolate brown for 600 dollars still on the truck brand new!" we bought that couch.. it happend to be just what she wanted thousands of dollars cheaper, we love it. and its cruelty free :)

I love all my faux skin accessories. My reasons are definitely legit. I mean, why kill an innocent animal when you can get fake stuff that's just as stylish. Faux is the way to go. It lasts longer and is fashionable. I have tons of faux leather belts, sandals, fake snake skin headbands. All my purses and messenger-bags are all faux fur, and fake leather. I would never wrap a snake around my head, or carry a zebra on my shoulder. Once again, go faux, or go home. (:

I love all my faux accessories. My reasons are totally legit. I mean, why kill an inocent animal to look "good". When i see someone in real animal skin i think they look like heartless murderers, not stylish fashionista's. Faux is the way to go. I have tons of faux leather belts and sandals. All animal print that i wear, i make sure that everyone knows that it's faux and it looks just as good, of not exceptionably better, than the real stuff. Go faux, or go home. A word of advice: Don't use the handcuff clutch bag if you're travelling by plane. I learnt (the embarrassing way!) that handcuffs aren't allowed on planes for security reasons.

I love faux leather because it proves once again that it is simply unneccessary to use real leather. People assume its real...then I ask them to try and guess what kind of animal was used and after they convince themselves what it is, I enjoy letting them down with the truth!
This can only work on people I don't know because all of my friends know I would never use or eat animal products. Living in Newfoundland as a vegan is challenging on a regular basis due to the history of the seal hunt/fishery/moose hunting etc. It is a way of life that is changing!It will continue to be a challenge but I will never give up and neither will my kid, Ashley. She is 14 and she continues to stick to her beliefs and doesn't mind sharing her knowledge with her peers...and teachers for that matter. She would love that bag!

i loooove faux skin accessories because i do love the look of them - but without the cruelty! fake leather is my absolute favorite, simply because the look is h-o-t - and bad-ass. wearing fake leather & fake leather accessories reminds people that i'm ready to fight for what i believe in - like animal rights. and whenever someone comes up to me and asks me where i got my accessories, i can tell them about cruelty-free sites and even educate them about why they should stop wearing *actual* skin products. all because of an amazing accessory/item of clothing. isn't fashion awesome?

As a fashion student, it is INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT for me to express my views through what I wear. Even if it isn't entirely noticeable that something is faux, if people ask where you get something from, you can start up a conversation. I wouldn't want to preach to someone, but it's an awesome way to explain to someone that you don't need to wear leather or fur or whatever else to be 'fashionable'.

Besides my own skin, Faux skin is the ONLY skin that I'll be walking around with. I find it ABSOLUTELY disgusting to see high end fashion lines using leather, feathers, anything regarding animals skin. It's beyond repulsive to see our fashion lines and culture use other animals as a "positive" look at whats 'attractive'
If you ask me, showing that you love life, all the creatures in this world, and supporting their life/freedom is more attractive then ever wearing some straps of the inside of a cow or snake shoes.

Faux fur is hardcore, without being a hard-butt. I t is a great conversational piece, and is one step further in the ethical treatment of animals. See, I am a guy but I plan on giving my girlfriend this purse, I actually met her passing out PETA stickers at my old high school! Why not be hardcore, sport our faux wear, and recruit some more peeps to back us up on this one?

I love faux skin accessories because they offer the best and friendliest way to look hot as hell and truly be able to feel kick ass!
This is a serious cause worth fighting for and i am in it to win it...so obviously i need to be able to look good when i'm hitting the streets with peta 2 street team or any other groups i get to work with! these products are absolutely the best way to to that! We need more companies like redhanded bags! and we also need to promote the hell out of the ones that already exist!
Its just like giving up meat...you dont have to sacrifice looking and feeling good to be a good person!

I think faux leather could wipe out the leather industry if it was used more often in more high quality goods (and perhaps they made a new leather scent like they do with new cars).

I love the look of that bag, and I appreciate that they are animal friendly and are using alternative materials but I dont like using faux accessories because it seems like you are condoning the idea of it because how close in appearance it is to the real thing..Beautiful idea though.

i love faux skin because i've done my research and watched the videos of what they do to the poor cute helpless animals and its horrible! it has given me nightmares and fully discusts me! i love the idea of faux skin because you can still look super fashionable and make a statement about what you stand for! i believe the only kind of skin you should wear is your own and hurting animals for fashion is wrong. i could careless if i was a fashion outcast if it meant hurting animal friends to fit in. it plain wrong and this faux product will help show people who i am and what i stand for and show them i'm here to make a difference

Faux skin accessories are the best way to go because instead of using fury little creatures we can use these without taking their lives.
They look just as good as real fur. The best thing is that they aren't real though. I never have owned anything with real fur. Faux is the way to go 100%

I love faux skin accessories because they are animal free. I've never owned ANY accessory that has been made from real leather or fur. And I never will. This is such a cute, stylish handbag, and it's such a great thing that it's not made from real leather. I always loved leather items - until I found out about the cruel ways of animal industries. I've always been an animal lover too, so soon I went vegetarian.
I wouldn't wear leather anymore, but I'd always loved it. Leather boots, leather belts, leather jackets, leather bags.. I gave all mine away because I couldn't stand the thought of the animal that had been killed for it.
I now happily endorse faux products. They look AWESOME, its just part of my style i guess, and it is great to know that my clothes are cruelty free too.

I collect bags - I have tons of them, and now that I'm vegan, I only buy vegan bags. And my faux bags are by far not only the coolest of the bunch, but they attract the most oohs and aahs from friends and strangers. Best of all, each compliment gives me a chance to stop and talk about how the bag is vegan, and that I'm vegan. Then people ask me questions, usually, "oh I've heard that term...what does it mean exactly?" ...and 45 minutes later we're still deep in conversation about the plight of farmed animals, and someone in the world has been tuned into the idea of going meatless, leatherless, and trying compassion as a lifestyle. That's why I wear vegan bags. They are changing the world!

i love faux skin because i am very into the gothic/bondage style/community/activity and anything faux leather is a blessing because it can be so hard to find things that are not made of leather. faux leather has the sexy look of leather without the horrible treatment of animals and their exploitation, when i became a vegan i vowed to stop exploitating animals and i will not change that for style. knowing how many alternative there are to leather and how amazing they can look, leather is useless and the leather industry is outdated and supports the beef industry. if more people would refuse to buy leather there would be less cruelty in this world. not to mention less chemicals that they used to dye and soften the leahter.

Who wants to be reminded constantly that what you are wearing was once I living and breathing animal, most likely had a family and was going home to their family with food, when all of a sudden it was snapped in two, skinned, and ready for you to wear.
If that's what you call style, then just call me eccentric, because I'm not about to be apart of a society, that thinks torture is the key to fashion. Once I became a vegan, I took a pledge to never even touch something that was slaughtered for fashion's sake.

I love my faux skin accessories because animals are my friends and I don't wear my friends!

I love that when people ask about my faux skin accessories I can happily tell them "It's faux" and when they are pleasantly surprised, I feel like I've made my point, that faux is better than real!

i love faux skin accessories because they look SWEET!!! and i'm not wearing some poor dead animal. i wouldn't want to "puts the lotion on its skin" just so someone could make a coat, or in this case, a hand bag out of me! animals are beautiful and loving. i love my pets! i don't wear them! plus the bug ears that they put on dead animals creeps me out!

If you can go around asking people if theirs are fake like yours, and teaching people about how to be animal friendly, makes me happy! Not to mention, saving the animals is a bonus! I love my faux furs and leathers because its not fair to kill animals for style, and to look good. Because animals feel pain and they don't deserve to die.We wouldn't want someone killing us for their purses or coats etc. And the last reason I love my faux fur and leather is because no one desearves to suffer and die no matter what even if they are ugly or pretty or furry or scally its not right for anyone or anything to go through that :))

I love faux skin accessories because they are SUPERIOR to the real thing!!First of all, it is not dead skin, it doesnt smell like a dead animal, and it doesn't rotten (My mom's car has leather seats and they stink like a dead corpse...ewww). Secondly, no animal was hurt in the making of it, which is extremely important!!! and thirdly, they have unbeatable prices!!

I love faux skin stuff mostly because I love all animals and would never want to wear one. Even if I didnt love animals who wants to wear something dead, thats just gross. There are so many better things that stuff can be made out of than leather, fur and other animal products. I mean if there were clothes and stuff made from people, alot of people whould freak out. Why dont people freak out then when people are wearing dead animals, thats just as gross.

To me finding clutch purses that are vegaterian friendly is extremly hard....i have been a veggie for over two years and it has truely changed my life.....anyways i really need a purse and i LOVE Faux Skin Acceseries, they really suite my style and this clutch purse is adorable!!!!! thank you for your time and consideration.....

Faux accesories are wayy cuter. I swear I find cuter faux stuff than the real fur/leather. Juss look at that clutch bag! Its HAWT! And I find that they last longer than the real thing, And besides faux is totally animal friendly (Which by the bay is a HUGE plus).

I love faux fur and skins. There's no point to having to kill an animal for one look which is crazy expensive, when you can get the same look for waaay cheaper without killing a thing. I can't believe people would do that just to look "fashionable". I dont think wearing the flea infested skins of another living thing is by any means fashionable.

Because cows should not be fashion's victims! Ughh its so gross to think that people would actually use the skin of an animal in the name of being "beautiful" (though the use of that term to apply to such people is highly questionable.)
That beastiality is only seen in such places like Hitler's concentration camps, where he used the skin of Jews for lamps & stuff.
I love animals, & that's why I'm a cruelty-free vegan. :P

I love faux skin accessories firstly because to think of what is done to harmless, beautiful, and helpless animals just so that somebody can brag about their riches makes me sick, and pisses me off. But I also love fake fur because it gets people asking questions. Everyone knows I'm a vegetarian and animal rights activist, so they are always coming up to me and asking why the heck I'm wearing fur if I tell other people not to. I have the chance to tell them that I only wear faux, and explain why they should, too.
Plus, faux fur is super sexy, a lot sexier than real fur pieces, because how can you call something dead, tortured, and murdered sexy?

i love my faux skin EVERYTHING because leather is very hard core punk, which is a fashion i love to associate with. however, i am completely against the harming of animals in any way, and i think real leather is completely horrible and disgusting, especially when you can get just as convincing faux leather in it's place. i mean, who in their right mind would wear a dead animal? i dont know about you, but i certainly dont go around picking up road kill and slinging it around my shoulders- what a fashion statement that would be!

Why not? They have the look without the cruelty. You can rock the 'classic leather' look without any of the disgusting mess of actually wearing the skin of something that was once living. Plus, when people tell you how cute your purse or whatever is, you can say. "Oh, thanks. I just love faux leather! It's so much less nasty and inhumane, but still cute. So, what's your bag made out of?" It brings up the opportunity to inform people and still be 'fashionable'. No nasty leather smell, no death, no cruelty, and cute to boot. If I am being completely honest I love faux everything because it does not smell like leather. I do not believe in the slaughtering of innocent animals for fashion (or any other reason!). Its bad enough that poor animals are killed, I just really do not want to smell them!
Plus, have you ever sat down and smelled faux "leather"? Like really inhaled it right after a purchase? It smells almost like my car did when it was new. (fake-leather seats!) Who can resist that "new car" smell? They should bottle that scent! YUM!

It makes me feel good that the way I lead my life being animal free is an excellent example for my daughters. Last time I wore a faux accessory was my blue pleather jacket, which was what struck up a conversation with a random cute guy on the bus, which lead to a discussion about vegetarianism.
He was completely misinformed because he had a coworker who just ate junk, but cut out meat and passed out. I not only got a date but completely changed his perspective on vegetarianism! :)

I love my faux skin accessories, because I see it as the only Humane way to rock your fashion sense, and not harm an Animal that NEVER EVER did a thing to you, plus it looks alot better than real animal skin. And I dont feel for me to look incredibly adorable day to day means I have to use something that took the life of a harmless creature. And since I am for animals rights, and fair treatment, faux to me is sooo much the better accessory.
I mean the beyond inhumane & senseless slaughtering of any beautiful animal is sooooo far beyond me, why would you do that to an Animal (who has feelings too) If you wouldn't want anything like that done to you... sooo I say by using Faux, also gives me more insight into fashion then those that use anything with real leather of fur..

THE SMELL: Real
The smell of real skins is gross! The reason for this is because the tanning process requires 2 things... fatliquor (something else that is just as gross) and most often, cod oil. They use them to soften the leather and sometimes to help it hold fat-based dyes. In my opinion, bunny pelt is much softer prior to being skinned, and cuter.
TEXTURE: Real
If anyone reading this has ever tried on something made of real leather, they should know what I mean when I say that sweat is best for the gym and the bed. If you are wearing the real stuff to either of those locations, you are a masochist. For those that haven't, the real stuff is heavy in weight, doesn't breathe AT ALL, and tends to stink even more as it heats up. Mmm... not sexy.
THE ATTITUDE: Real
The point to wearing animal pelt is that it's primal. It's attractive to others because it sparks a sexual response deeply ingrained in the ancient, instinctual part of our species... the predator! You can hardly look primal, or even confident if you are feeling guilty, smelly and uncomfortably hot, or just unsure of how others are viewing your choice in attire. However, there is a liberating and naturally self-confident air about someone when they feel good in their clothes and know they look good too. There is nothing sexier than confidence.

People see you differently when they find out you are all for animals rights, so it's best that you become really good friends with them before you tell them (especially with guys) because then they can't deny the fact that we aren't crazy just because we're veg! I use faux accessories for many reasons. I feel dirty when I touch a dead animal skin, it makes me think of the Hindi who believe that we are reincarnated as other animals and I may be touching my ancestors or someone else's. Another is the waste; they don't use the rest of the animal when they raise it for it's skin nor do they use the skin of the animals raised for their meat even though it takes more food to feed the cow then you get out of it's meat or skin. Real animal skin is also very easily ruined as you hear in many movies, Clueless being an example, that you can't get any kind of water on suede or it'll stain and be ruined. Leather is said to last longer than faux products however it is easily scratched and ruined as well.
I do not own now nor have I personally bought anything made out of real animal skin.

To begin I guess I should say that I love that bag. Secondly, There are no store's in my area that sell Pleather accessories.
Ok we all know the story behind leather and fur. Leather sticks to your skin, Its make you all sweaty and it smells bad. Fur is soft but if you dont take care of it properly it smells like wet dog. Accessories that are Faux are just the same execpt they dont stick, smell, and it didnt kill an animal for a lousy fasion.
Many people have no clue that Faux can acctually replace the actuall thing. Faux antitionaly may last longer and not rot.
From things like coats boots and bags fur and leather is every were! But, honestly 2 months of wearing a coat costs alot to bein with. Fur/leather boots make your feet all sweaty. And bag make your side sweaty. Replaceing is easy. I tend to be more attracted to faux rather then the real thing. Fur can some times look real trashy.
Every month I try to find one store that is completly green!!! But, I cant so my only option is to go online. Braclets , Necklesses, Ties, Bags, Shoes, Taira's anything can have fur or leather. There still as neat without it.
I love vegan accessorie's not because of the obvious they arent animal. Here are 10 reasons why.
1. They always match an outfit
2. They wont smell up the house
3. They always look great
4. Im promoteing faux every time I buy it.
5. Ill still be able to wear it next year.
6. Saveing deforestation by not killing animals for a 'fashion statement'
7. I knowingly saved an animal with out buying it
8. It is cheaper(ish]
9. Its Green/vegan.
10. Its the same but better for the reasons in the essay.

I love faux skin accessories. It's extremely selfish to kill animals just for the sake of fashion!
It's better for the animals since they aren't being slaughtered for the sake of their skin
and it is better for the environment!
There are so many pros to going with faux skin/fur accessories and I don't think I could think of one con.
Besides, fur/leather smells wierd and it's extremely creepy.
You wouldn't wear another person's skin would ya?

I like my faux accessories because I know no animal died when my things were being produced. Whether it is my faux leather gloves, my faux leather Letterman's jacket, or the leather on my bike. I also love telling people that they arent true leather, because I can be proud of my faux products, and entice others to like them as well. So far, I have converted to people from farmed to faux, thus making the world slightly better, causing less harm to cows and other animals, and making me feel better knowing that they might spread the world as well. And this is why I like my faux skin products.

I love my faux skin accessories because it doesn't represent an abused animal that could have been skinned alive. Faux fur is much cheaper and doesn't have the nasty smell of leather. Not only does it not represent an animal that's been skinned alive and doesn't smell like leather, but it makes a lot of people have a lot more respect for you than if you were wearing real fur. =]

I prefer faux skin accessories over real ones because the real ones were once a the living organ of an animal. I don't think animals were put on this earth to suffer for our materialistic and selfish needs. I never really saw the importance of having the real skin of an when you had the possibility of affording the fake version at a reasonable price minus the smell. To me, it's like wanting a purse because it's made of real human skin. I mean, would you buy it?
Besides, I've never met anyone who was a fan of the smell of leather. I'm pretty sure some people are, but I'm not one of them.

I love my faux leather accesories because of many reasons. Most of them being of the fallowing:
-Cruely Free
-Cheaper than real leather
-They don't smell like leather
-It doesn't swell, shrink, rot or crack
-You don't have to "properly" care for it as if it was real leather. (no freezing, no weekly cleaning, no nothing!)
-It doesn't fade;giving me style longer
-You can do more things with your faux leather accessories
-I get hot really fast and they are very breathable
When I had gotten my long loved faux jacket for $12 and my cousin spent over $200 for his real leather jacket (and they looked exactly the same) he was so embaressed especcially when they would refund his money. He absolutly hated his and loved mine!

Faux Skin accessories are great because not only do they preserve the lives of beautiful and helpless animals, they are A LOT cheaper as well!! And I really am not a huge fan of spending a lot of money... why get something that is more expensive that wll kill you just as warm or give u the same look u want when there is an ulternative?? Also, i love the many colours that faux skin accessories come in... real fur doesn't come in hott pink, turquoise, yellow and lime green!! Keep the trends going with faux skin accessories!! Have you ever noticed before that real fur can get all balled up and natted on coats and things when you see them pass you by on the streets? Why purchase something that is going to do that?? Faux accesories look exactly like leather, they smell better, and they're washable. They're are much more eviromentaly friendly as well. hen the faux accesorie is at it's end you can recycle it. Faux leather aslo isn't as disgusting, it's like wearing somebody elses skin. It should just remind everybody of Leatherface from Texas Chainsaw Massacre because his leather face and somebody's leather jacket are both murder and are just as horrible and blood-curdling.

I don't even wear faux skin accessories, because even wearing them represents a sense of cruelty to animals. I don't think any animals should go through that type of cruelty of being killed and tortured just so people can supposedly "look good". There is plenty of other clothes and accessories that can be worn that look even better and are not harmful to animals at all.

before i became a vegetarian i used to wear leather shoes and when i became a buddhist i realised how disugsting and cruel i had been even though i did not slaughter the animals myself. I have two gorgious dogs which my family adore and i could never imgagine them being killed and skinned for fashion.Im big into fashion but im happily a animal free fashion addict and i couldnt be happier and my consience is now clear.

As far back as I can remember (and that is more than 70 years) I have had pets. Our home always had the usual dogs and cats and grandma's canarys in the kitchen but my first real pet of my own was a chicken which escaped from its pen in a neighbor's yard and he let me keep her. I had her 4 years and she laid one egg but I loved her and she made me happy. I just love animals I guess because they give love without any complications, just a little food and a lot of respect for who and what they are from me. I cannot imagine wearing anything that came from an animal that was killed just to satisfy some vain persons desire to make themselves seem better than someone else.

Faux items, I feel, go with more styles and a whole lot stronger than some leather bags on the market.

I love my faux accessories for quite a few different reasons. Them being:
1)Animals dont have to die to provide them.
2)I can have a clear conscience; nothing has had to die to produce accessories i like.
3) they smell nicer. real leather smells.
4) they have a nice feel. sounds daft but i swear they do!
5)also more affordable. cheap AND free from animal products, what could be better?
6)more variety. as it is man-made, textures and colours can differ as well can they not?

I LOVE faux skin accessories for so many reasons. I would never wear real fur or leather and I think the people that do are disgusting. I will not allow anyone in my house to wear the real accesories either, if my mom even looks at something made with real fur/snakeskin/leather she has to hear it. When I wear faux accessories I feel like I am making a stand, no matter how small it's still something and it can encourage other people to do in their hearts what they know is right. I think it's ridiculous that it is even legal to wear a dead animal's fur, much less kill the animal for it. To me it sounds like freaking buffalo bill from silence of the lambs. I hate how people don't realize that animals are a lot like us. But my point is that I love my faux accesories because it's part of making a difference for the animals and I would do almost anything to make that difference. Animals have lives to(:

Not only do faux accessories look great, but they help to save animals lives. How can someone feel good about wearing something that, in order to be made, had to take the lives of innocent animals? The price to pay to go out and buy faux products is slim to none; the price for the animals is their lives. I LOVE my faux leather because I know that it's not real and I feel good about that. I know that I didn't contribute to a cows death. I never ever want to wear a cows skin! Or any other animals skin/fur.
If someone tells me they like my purse I can tell them it'a fake, fake leather that is!
I can tell them all about why you shouldn't wear leather or eat meat.
This clutch is really cute!
I don't think an animal should have to die just so I can have an acessory. I will use this clutch so much and use it with pride knowing that a cow didn't once used to have that as their skin.

To me, animals are just smaller and larger versions of humans. No animal should be killed for things that people might like. None of us would like it the animals killed us for fashion accessories. The reasons I like faux accessories is because they have a great story behind them. You just get this warm feeling in your heart when you buy it, that technically you just saved an animal´s life. Many of us have pets, can you imagine what it would be like if someone killed your pet, or even your mother for something they wanted to wear? We can make a difference.

I love my faux accessories because I could wear it to show everyone around me that I don't support leather. I also love faux because when you were it you know that an animal did not suffer for it. It's just disgusting and unappealing too wear something made from an animal, that's why I go with faux fur! And I would rather walk outside naked than where something made out of an animals skin!

I love faux accessories because it is a cheap, easy way to make great things without having to injur or hurt any animal. I can wear these accessories and still feel good while wearing/using them. Knowing that animals are still out there being free while i can still have a great bag to hold means a whole lot to me. Animals should never have to suffer just for the sake of someone making a fashion statement.

I love my faux skin accessories because they look just as good or better than real animal skin. I can feel good about using them and not thinking about a poor defenseless animal getting killed so people can strut around with their animal hides like they are so cool. Just think about a poor animal being tortured, then would you really want to use anything but faux skin for your accessories? I hope not!

I love faux leather accessories because no animal had to be prodded, poked, and killed so I can carry around a handbag or wear a belt with blood on my hands. Animals are here to give us joy. Animals such as cows are not pets to many people but I would never throw my cat around my waist and call it clothing!

seriously though, wearing processed animal skin is discusting and it is not something that i would like to be apart of....before i heard of PETA i did not even think about the extent of animal cruelty, i only thought of it as if it only involved cats and dogs. PETA opened my eyes to a whole new level of this disturbing world and the sad part is, it is swept under the rug and no one thinks that this kind of stuff happens. we take advantage of the choices that we have just to be beautiful regardless if it is wearing makeup, taking a shower, eating, and even getting dressed. No one thinks about the price an animal has to pay to make such rediculus things. it is unnessesary to use animals for your fashion statement....wearing real leather is like walking around with a live cow on your arm....if everyone thought of it that way how many people do you think would still support such a sick industry....

i love my faux skin accessories because i can get them pretty darn cheap and i'm such a bargain hunter. why would i pay a buncha money for DEAD SKIN? i wouldn't pay even a penny for it. i wouldn't have real leather if i got it for free. hell i wouldn't even have leather if you paid me to take it (unless of course i would get a BUNCH of money donated to peta. i doubt any one would give me leather and donate money to helping save animals, but hey ya never know).
and one more reason why i absolute love my faux fur accessories is that...
i'm saving an animal while looking great, which is like killing two birds with one stone... okay thats wrong i wouldnt kill a birdie. how about saving two birds with one stone? huh. that doesnt make sense either. oh WHATEVER~!~! you get my point. its a total benefit. i love saving animals and looking good is important so luckily faux skin items are completely adorable unlike ugly stuff. Okay, I've been allergic to wool and rabbit fur since I was little. I HATE using animal products and furs/skins as an accessory, I mean think about it! Think about killing a deer or a mink, opening it up, scooping out its insides, just so you have more room for your wallet/phone/pens, pencils/etc. Yea, picture that! It hurts but it works... that's pretty much what you are doing!!! FAUX FUR is DA BOMB! DO IT!

Why else would I like faux fur/skins? First off, It's made cruelty free. But thats not the whole reason, its cheaper, durable and I think it feels better then the real thing. I've never liked the real stuff cause it was from animal, but even if I was an animal murderer (twitch) I would probably prefer the faux material anyday.

hey PETA i am all for the safety and non usage of leather,skin, or fur. i am 14 years old and there are people twice my age that are still blid-sighted by the cruelty and the horrors that go on in the factories where hanbags are made. I love animals and i love the fact that y'all have made a handbag that understands animal missery. The bag to me represents freedom for animals everywhere. The handcuff to me represents the fact that i will not let go of the faux skin accesories idea. I love faux skin accesories because they don't deprive animals of their freedom and the makers of fux accesories make it so that peopla may change their minds and understand the fact that our animals are being killed for no specific reason. some people may say that GOD gave us these creatures to kill, i believe that GODs idea was not ment to be taken litterally. These creatures are on this earth to help graze our wonderful fields, but instead big industry owners are letting off too much CO2 and suffocating our trees.

Let's see, why do I love my faux leather acessories..
Well, for starters, no animals were killed for my fashion sense.
Doesn't it make people feel odd to be carrying around a dead cow skin? Or a fluffy bunny scarf.. Seriously people, you are wearing/holding Peter Cottontail or a once-Happy California Cow! It's stupid to have genuine leather bags, shoes, etc. Nobody is going to shun you if your clutch is faux leather. You're actually being less cruel and more environmental friendly, so you win.
Second, faux items usually cost less. People who save all of their cash for a genuine French leather handbag are just trowing thier money into buying a dead animal. Think of what they could have bought with the same amount of money.. they could have helped out an animal shelter, donated to the red cross, sent donations to St. Judes, bought a ton of Starbursts etc. Okay the last one is a total waste of money plus a tummy-sche, but you get my point.
Third, this is random, but if everyday middle-class people stopped wearing leather or fur products, we would be saving animals right? And those upper-class rich folks who sleep on leather bed sheets, and with their asses with fur bathroom tissues. Would be scowled upon.. They would then most likely stop wearing fur, leather etc, because we(the amzing middle-class) would riot, not buy their products or stocks, or dip them in tar and feather them. They would feel ridiculed if they were the only ones using dead animals for everyday living. It's basically up to us to make a difference(well our generation) in this world. We've already been told the O-Zone is our problem and pollution is, so this is our issue too.

i abousutly love to accesorize. but it hard to when animals are diying for our wants. animals are just like people and we don't need to have accesories if all it dose is kill animals and i do aprreciate our animals.
i only wear clothes that are made out of cotton or animal friendly. and its real hard to do that. i admire comapines who make things animal friendly. this is a cute bag and a cute style i absoulty love it i would love to have it.
i don't like to see animals getting hurt and i don't steal their skin or steal anything for amatter of fact.
no animals get hurt with making faux skin accessories not even hte ozone. i do alot of research on clothing and accessories. i do alot to make sure animal lives are saved everyday from cruilty and i spread the word around and have reason why to kill them for things you will just throw out when it goes out of style or embarrased to have with them.
i also love faux skin accessories because i don't feel guilty when i look at them and knowing that a poor defenceless animal was killed in the proccess. when i wear them i stand up to what i belive in.
i also tell people what i belive in and why they should belive in it too. they really get moved with what i say to. i love to help animals everyday and all day.
i don't really do just to get attention or get things out of it but i do feel very unapreicatied because of all those animals and people who don't care anymore about the situation but thanks for reading

Hmm, my most original reason why I like faux skin accesories? Well, let's start with the fact that I don't usually like to wear "skin", that's completely disgusting. Faux Skin accessories are hot so everyone always comments on that. But what I love the most about them, is that showing them in public always has people asking questions such as "where did you get that" and "Whats it made of". So I am able to be stylish and educate all who will listen about cruelty free accessories. I also get people to look at fliers while talking about the accessories, in turn, people leave with many new opportunities and a new drive to help. To me that statement is "look at me I'm a murderer!"
Nobody has the right to deny animals their rights.
Fur is not only murder, but pointless too!Most faux fur not only looks better, but smells better and lasts longer, and most importantly, it doesn't support the fur industry that makes over 1 billion animals suffer each year.

I love my faux skin accessories for most of the obvious reasons that the commenters have listed (being cruelty free, being able to "walk the walk") but why do I really love them? It's because I can prove to people that being fashionable and cruelty-free is possible. So many people assume that the veg lifestyle means you trade fashion for "crunchy" clothes. Whenever I get compliments on my vegan purse, it gives me great pleasure to announce that it is cruelty-free.

I wear faux skin accessories because I like the look of leather, but am def not willing to take somethings life for it...instead I wear faux and always have the 'fake for the animal's sake' sticker on whatever it may be so show others i do not condone the wearing of someone elses skin, nor do I find it attractive whatsoever. People have asked me about it saying it's just what's left over after the animal is dead and I kindly but persuasively explain that that is not the case and it doesn't matter how it came to be, it matters WHO it was..

Simply, I would like this bag, because I find it so hard to actually be able to trust alot of products, which is why I'm constantly checking up on things on www.peta2.com.
I appreciate that people have actually put effort into making it possible to stand up for the other things on this planet. I've always thought, if people make animals into accesories, what makes them too good to be treated the same way? Just because we've got thumbs, and a few other advantages, doesn't mean we should play God, especially when it comes to the more helpless creatures on our planet. This is why one of my girl friends and I are taking action at the beginning of the 2009-2010 school year. Our high school has several groups, but oddly enough, none of them revolve around issues with the treatment of animals. This is why we are going to make an offical group for all the people like us, and get students active in helping animals in our community! I would love the honour of possessing this bag, because I believe it just proves how you don't have to be cruel, to look cool.

I love faux skin accessories because honestly, why would I want to wear another *former* living beings skin on me when I can wear fabric that looks like it? Sure it doesn't stop animals from being killed, but at least I'LL feel better about it.

Faux accessories, something that I cannot live without these days. Every time I wrap my faux leather belt around my waist I just feel good knowing that I wasn't apart of an animal's death just so I could look "fashionable." (That isn't even really true... that belt looked horrible with my outfit.)
But that is totally beside the point. Anyway, every time I go accessory shopping I can't stand seeing all the leather and fur hanging in the stores - it's disgusting. It makes me think If people's skin was removed, colored and sold by fashion designers as the "new big thing" would everyone wear it? (messed up way of thinkin, I know... I'm really a cat at heart.)
Lets get to the point of this. I love my faux accessories because I love to know that I don't have to kill living beings that have souls and personalities just like me all in the name of fashion. I love my faux accessories because they are the new Green way of living. I love them because I know what I'm wearing doesn't produce any toxic waste or chemical waste while being made. I love my faux accessories because they say something about me and who I am as a person(:

I love my faux skin accessories because I can wear them and make a statement. That you don't need to kill an animal to be 'in style, I go to a lot of events, screenings and red carpets and the really beautiful people are the ones wearing faux

I love faux skin accessories because they're proof that you don't need to take the life of something to make a statement. There's such an obvious stream of consciousness seen in someone sporting an imitation skin or fur. I have one real skin, and I'm wearing it. Ahimsa

Redhanded bags are not ONLY animal friendly, not ONLY amazingly sexy, not ONLY attention grabbers, what I LOVE about using a Redhanded bag, is that my bunny, Bun-Bun, loves to cuddle the bag! The bags are amazingly hawt((!!)) but they are perfect for vegatarians like me, and our best fluffy friends! :D

i love faux skin accessories becuase they kill no one to make. you can have the same thing with out having murder on your hands. they practaly screem "im cute, adorible, and 100% non evil". i also love that they dont cost 100+ dollars to make or get. buy buy for know.

OMG!
Just the other day my mom was looking to buy a new couch. she was all over looking at prices to find the perfect couch, finally she found the one she wanted it was real leather! I was like mother if you buy that couch ill never forgive you. there are plenty faux leather couchs out there. you dont need to buy dead animal skin. so i forced her to take a look in a different store we were looking through when a sales lady walks up and does the "can i help you with anything?" my mom replies "nope" i said "yes, do you have any faux leather sectionals?" she replies " why yes, chocolate brown for 600 dollars still on the truck brand new!" we bought that couch.. it happend to be just what she wanted thousands of dollars cheaper, we love it. and its cruelty free :)

I pove faux clothing, accesiries, etc. because they never get that moldy smell my parents real leather has, and they look a lot less wrinkly, plus they are cruelty free. i know if i had to kill my uncle's cow to get a real leather bag, I would be disappointed and sad and guilty and feel terrible, because the leather is smelly, gross and I love that cow to death.

I love faux leather accessories because the process to make them didn't take an animals life to make it, its something good I did for an animal and its even fashionable (a good bonus).
Besides I have never liked leather so it's good to know there is clothing and accessories that hasn't caused an animal to die in the process

I want to win this bag to give to a new girlfriend or to give to my cousin she is gonna be a fashion designer and would love to influence her lightly. I love to find products that are faux because it frustrates me to wear anything that was made from an animal. It is impossible for me to believe that any thought at all went into the designing of a product. Esp clothing or footwear. Designers have a lot of materials to pick from. Ideas that made Materials like goretex and ripstop or ballistic nylon are top notch why settle for less.

i love my faux fur acessories because there's no harm done to the animals to make them. finally some people are smart enough to realize that there is a million other fabrics out there we could use that wont harm animals.

I love faux accessories because people can't call you hypocritical when you wear them. Even though they are symbolizing something that is made real you are allowed to wear something stylish without the guilt of having a dead animal hanging on your arm. I love when people see you carrying something that looks like fur or leather and they yell and say "I THOUGHT YOU WERE VEG!" then i can just reply that its faux and it shuts them up. =]

I think faux fur is amazing
reason being I don't like the idea of not having to kill an innocent creature who lives breathes and has a face to get it. Killing something that has a life just for your own selfish needs is stupid.
i love faux accessories not only because its warm and cute like animal fur but more-so because its not an animal

I love my faux skin accessories for the fashion statement..because fur&leather arent fashions..their murder showoffs. I want to represent the people who 100% dislike fur and want to show off to people the great style you can have without killing animals for it.
