I'm going to do lots of things, the most fun one will be run up and down my stairs until they break.

i plan on getting in shape by working out daily and taking all my dogs for long walks and cutting out the junk food!

i plan on getting in shape by working out daily and taking all my dogs for long walks and cutting out the junk food!

I plan on eating a lot healthier and getting more nutrients into my body. I want to of course follow these DVDs if I win them. I think I'll work out more and try to burn calories off after I eat and such. :]

I would LOVE to get my hands on those!
I read both skinny bitch books, and I LOVED them. SO inspiring. And Yummy!

I agree....
to the policies..

"NO MEAT!" save our animals!

I plan on continuing to run everyday...getting more into the yoga and ballet I have been practicing...and adding more weight resistance routines! Plus just getting more physical activity with friends (hiking, dancing, sports..) would be a great 2fer! :)

Finally start going to the gym with my mom, so I'll have some nice legs to go with those nice dresses I bought........

And, I'll resist temptation and eat a bowl of fruits instead of stuffing my face with chocolate while watching star wars.

in 2009 i am seriously going to try and be healthier and loose a little weight. and while ive been vegetarian for 5 years now, i think going vegan is going to a big step for me. so for 2009, i am slowly going to become vegan not only for my health, but im going to do it for the animals that have to suffer everyday. and these dvds would really help me ;]

This looks funny!

Hey there!
Throughout all of '08 I was telling myself that I'd get around to getting fit.

Well, this year I plan on actually doing it.
I've gone vegetarian and I'm ready for the next step.

Thanks and I hope I win!

eating more fruit and salad.
yumm.
:)
less junk food.
and I'm gonna walk more places.
not as many busses!
:)

I plan on trying more vegetables and eating less fat. I also plan on putting a treadmill in front of my tv and running on it while watching movies.

My plan.. eat lots of veggies!! I also plan to run, bike, lift and watch what goes into my body. I even have my boyfriend joining in! Were going to get active and stay active. I also will make my equestrian lessons a workout for my legs and to be sure to take extra care of my horse when done. This is my active 09 schedule to stay healthy and totally fit!

I am going to stay in shape by of course, my vegetarian diet, and eating much more healthy things that is good for me and animals :]

I really need this. =[
I can't afford to buy myself any videos or things like that and I want to gain confidence.
Please choose me for it.

Lots of walking and some weight lifting.

I plan to stay in shape by of course, my vegetarian diet, and eating much more healthier things for me while not harming any animals :]

I plan on getting into shape by using these dvd's! I'm gonna make my fiance use em too. He's gained like 50 pounds in the 3 years he's been with me haha. What can I say..I love to cook tasty veg food :)

I'm having a baby in April so i'll definitely be trying to drop some pounds! I plan on taking her with me on walks and doing dvd workouts while she naps. I've followed the Skinny Bitch plan since before I was pregnant and I'm positive it will be a healthy and effective diet for me throughout the year!

I try to get a mile in daily...&with a vegetarian diet that consists of mostly fruit and raw vegetables...So I intend to hit the pool and stay in shape at the campus track... :)

My plan to get into shape for 2009 is becoming a vegetarian(again) and working out more. I was a vegettarian before and was in the best shape, but then I was diagnosed with cancer, Hodgkins Lyphoma, and quit being vegetarian while I fought this terrible disease. From the steroids they gave me with my chemo I gaines a lot of weight and because I wasnt able to do much I got out of shape. But now that Ive beaten cancer I can go back to my old life style, and these DVDs will really help me get back in shape!! Thanks
-Britt.Live.Laugh.Love.

Just in the past few weeks, I decide that i needed to quit eating meat and live healthy. I immediately ran out to the bookstore to grab the skinny bitch book. I felt completely changed by reading it. I never realized how unhealthy I was living. I am working very hard on changing but I need to slim down and really get in shape. I would absolutely love to have the opportunity to win these to help my new lifestyle. I am going meat free in 2009 and looking good while doing it!!

I'm currently a vegetarian, been one for around a year and a half, and my plan for getting in shape for '09 is to slowly go vegan. I mean within the next two months I want to slowly eat less and less milk, cheese, eggs, etc, until I'm off it completely.! Also, I want to be a lot healthier about it then when I went vegetarian. Although I gave up meat, I gained weight because I began eating only junk food. Now I've opted for delicious healthy food like edamame and tofurky.! :D

In 2009, I plan on getting in shape in the hopes of winning the DVD. If I do not, then I will try to take on bellydancing (once again), bike ride, walk my dog more, make vegan treats (although I am a vegetarian), and stop snacking so much by distracting myself with volunteering more. I hope 2009 will be my healthiest year yet! ;]

For 2009 I made a two part resolution to a)loose 100 pounds over the course of the year, which means at least 8.3 pounds a month or b)go down to a size 14 dress size. I'm going to go with which ever one comes first. That means that I have to exercise and eat alot better than I have been. I resolve to eat more vegitables and vegan friendly items and less dairy and lard!!! I resolve to make the world better by refusing to eat as many animal bi-products and to make me a better, haelthier person in the process!!! I'm uber excited and I've already gotten started on said resolution! GO HEALTH! GO VEG!

I plan to get in shape by losing my tummy. I'm going to eat healthier and get more exersize. My plan is to cut out junk foods, and continue being a vegetarian! If I had these DVDs to help me know how to work out it would really help me get rid of my hated belly fat.

My plan on getting in shape is stay vegetarian, work out, play some basket ball and ride my iron-horse. Plus walking

i plan on going fully vegan and working out way more. i think not eating all those fatty animal products and experimenting with healthier vegan choices will help me become healthier, happier and lose some weight before summer gets here.

I plan on getting in shape by keeping up with my vegan diet and working out with my mom's exercise dvds and if I win... I'll use Skinny Bitch's Fitness DVDs too.

This 2009 year will be my official workout year!
I plan to stay active by doing yoga regularly and working out on my new treadmill and bowflex gym. I also plan to rock it out on Dance Dance Revolution, another fun filled workout, which im getting in February. This summer i am going to a 8 week fitness camp, another way to get and keep in shape. With the other part of getting in shape, eating, I am a vegetarian already, so this year i want to give up milk completely, i already gave up milk that you drink, i now am a soy milk drinker, but i haven't given up on icecream, so that will be something to work on.
Have a good 2009 year and stay fit and meat free!
-Cassie

This year I'm planning on joining a gym, if I dig up the money, in order to get in shape. Along with continuing my vegetarian diet and cutting out, but not completely denying myself sugars and fats. Cutting down how many carbs I eat will also help me a bunch, so I'll have to struggle with that fact. I plan on working out just about every day for at least twenty minutes in order to feel better about myself and boost my self esteem.

yeee.

I plan on getting in shape in '09 by continuing being a vegetarian, joining the gym at my school to get rid of christmas weight, and cutting down on chocolate and sweets, even though they're reaaallly nice.

;D x

I plan to get back in shape this year, by continuing with my vegan diet and by going to my regular dance classes. I also find that it can get really slow around my house... during those times I will go jogging outdoors more often and work on my upper arm strength with push-ups. oh! and some pilates. (I'm needing those) I am looking forward to using these DVDs to possibly help me with my goals.

for 2009, i plan on staying in shape by going vegan, walking everywhere, and going to a gym once a week

To get in shape for 2009, I'm training for my second (!) minimarathon...last time I walked some of it, but THIS time I want to run it. 13.1 miles is a pretty good motivator! And of course, training isn't complete without my awesome vegan diet (my boyfriend is doing it too, and he's veg too (upon my campaigning!))

Alright, well, in 2008, from September to December, I have lost 40 pounds. I could tell, however, near the end of the year, that I was getting bored with my routine of work out videos, and I need something fresh, something new, to keep myself motivated, and to lose the finishing 30 pounds. I have heard great things about skinny bitch, and am hopefully going to buy the book at my next opportunity. I would LOVE to have these workouts to add to my collection.

My plan for 2009 is first and foremost going vegan.. I read their books and watched the goldfinger video (my favorite band) for Free Me and it was so eye opening. I have been working out but was wondering why I was getting no results, now I know! This would be awesome for me!

2009 will involve a personal commitment to getting fit: taking yoga/pilates & upping my work out. I have been a vegetarian for 16 years (I'm 24) but would like to transition to a vegan diet. I got engaged over the holidays, and that is definitely a driving force to lose weight & tone up!

I plan on watching what I eat and how much of it. I also am going back to being vegetarian, and eating healthy. =]
No more junk food for me!

To be fit in '09 I plan to do a lot of things. I plan to stop eating so much junk, and to eating products from animals(eggs, milk, cheese, butter, cream, and etc.). I plan to exercise more and put more effort into my track workout. I also plan to get more sleep because I usually go to sleep around three but I trying to change that.

My plan.. eat lots of veggies!!

In '09, i plan on becoming a lean, mean, veggie machine by taking trips to the gym, finding untraditional was to fit in daily work outs, and joining my school's track team. I'm also going to get my yorkie, keagan, in on the action. We're going to burn off his pudge my walking more days a week. FEEL THE BURN!!

So to enter we just comment here?

Getting in shape for '09 is definitly on everyone's mind this year. As if going green wasnt enough, more than half of America is taking the initiative to get fit! Going vegan is a great way to do just that. To kick off the New Year, I'm going to begin jogging everyday, for atleast an hour. Followed by healthy snacks, like apples throughout the day! Forgetting those sickly salami sandwiches will definitly improve my health, and boost my energy, so I'm always ready to party!

Since choosing a vegan lifestyle last spring, I've gained quite a bit of weight, due to all the rices, pastas, breads and other carbs that have become standards at my meals. In 2009, I plan to be more creative in my meal prep and use more fruits & veggies in creative ways to fill me up and satisfy without being loaded with carbs!

By eating right, sticking to my vegetarian diet, getting more exercise, and -hopefully- using those Skinny Bitch DVDs ;]

I'M SWITCHING TO ORGANICS, AND RATHER THAN NOT CONSUMING THE FLESH OF INNOCENT ANIMALS, I AM NOT EATING ANY BI-PRODUCTS EITHER (SUCH AS EGGS, MILK, CHEESE, ECT.) WISH ME LUCK! I STARTED THIS ALMOST 2 MONTHS AGO, AND I HAVE ALREADY LOST 10LBS & I FEEL FANTASTIC!!!

PEACE & LOVE TO THE PETA CREW!

Workout DVDs tend to work well for me, as I tend to be too lazy and embarassed to go workout anywhere outside my house. My plan this year is to work out at home a little every morning- weight training, cardio, definitely wanna focus on abs too- and maybe go to the gym with the boyfriend a few times if he begs enough. :)

How I plan on getting in shape for 2009 is first I want to go vegetarian whole-heartedly then move on to becoming vegan. I plan on doing this by eliminating meat from my diet and replacing it with a healthy amount of protein and taking vitamins. I also want to get some sort of workout regimen started but I can't afford a gym membership so these
DVD's would be perfect for me!

i plan on getting healthy by taking a kick boxing class with my best friend and enrolling in a self defense class. I'm also joining our school's track team this spring. I will also continue to be a strict vegetarian and start watching my intake of sodium.

I plan on not letting the weather stop me from going for a run or a bike ride. I made a promise to myself that I will go to the gym at least 3 days/week and will try my hardest to make myself as sore the next day as the trainer I had to give up did. I am not going to focus so much on weight but rather on muscle tone and better cardiovascular stamina. Come June, I will be able to climb that mile long hill without stopping!

In the year 2009 I plan to lose 15 pounds. I will achieve this goal by doing 5o sit ups, 25 push ups, running 1 mile and walking 1 mile every day. I will also continue to not eat any meat

I plan on losing all that fat all over me this '09!
my husband bought me an elliptical machine and a juicer, I bought him some weights, we will eat healthier than ever and exercise more. We will cut down on the sweets and junks. Becoming a vegetarian has been particularly hard for us but we have started and are in the process of leaving EVERY SINGLE ANIMAL PRODUCT alone! and that is how I plan on being fit and healthier this '09.

In 2009 I plan to continue my vegan diet and exercise regime. Hot yoga and kick boxing are two of my favorite workouts. I will also make the most of my 24 Hour gym membership. Winning the DVDs would be both motivating and inspiring. I want to have a kick ass 2009 and I believe these workout DVDs will help me make it the best year ever!!!

i plan on getting in shape for the new year by trying to watch what i eat, exercising, and trying to take care of my body in the best way possible. im also hoping that i may benifit from the sports i play. i am a cheerleader and have practice every day that is pretty good arobic exercise that lasts for 2 hours. me and my mother are both commiting ourselves to look good and feel great throughout the new year! we want a new look for ourselves we can be proud of and nows the perfect time to start.

i have already started by going to the gym today and yesterday, i plan on going tomorrow and my mother is even going to start going with me. i am going to try to go to the gym atleast 4 to 5 times a week and do some exercises at home in my spare time. i also plan to eat healthier. while my mom cooks dinner for the family, shell make something for my father, and then something healtier for us.

ive been trying to lose weight and look great now for a long time, its slowly working but then i would give up on my self. i finally have my head in gear and am ready and positive that i can do this because its something i know i want to do. im going to try my hardest this time and not giveu p on myself because for once i feel i have the willpower to do this and with theh elp of my mother i cannot go wrong.

I plan to shed off those extra pounds in '09 by continuing my vegetarian diet and playing water polo. It's my new favorite sport! With school practices along with training at home, i hope to achieve that fit body to bring in the new year. :)

In '09 I plan to ride my bike more places and to eat healthier.

Skinny Bitch, lol. I find that funny.

I plan on staying in shape by continuing my vegitarian diet, and running around the track by my house a few days a week.

I have been a vegan for over a year now and I feel so much better physically. Now it is just a matter of getting the body toned up to match how I feel on the inside. I take a movement class twice a week plus I dance twice a week with the Alvin Ailey dance company (i am a student at the actor's studio) i also am going to make a committment to getting to the gym at least 4 times a week. Getting more sleep and drinking more water are also on the menu!

I plan on staying in shape by continuing my vegitarian diet, and running around the track by my house a few days a week.

2009 is going to be a year filled with tremendous changes for me. I'll be graduating high school, heading off to college, and living on my own. I plan on working myself from the outside in. I've made the resolution to go to the gym at LEAST 3 times a week (I would do more, but my schedule is so hectic), and to take a mile walk/jog every day regardless of the weather or how I'm feeling. I've been vegan for about 2 years now, but I've promised myself that I'll lay off all the vegan sweets, and rack up on more fruits, veggies, and nuts. I also signed up to start a pilates class once a week!

This year, I'm planning on getting back into shape. I was in excellent shape when I played sports, but that was 4 or so years ago, and since then I've lost that fitness. I have workout equipment at home, and there's always outdoor running. I want to start running, because it'll help me lose weight and it's great for my heart, lungs, metabolism, everything! I'm definitely gonna start eating healthier in addition, because soft drinks and chips are no way to tone up. I'm just gonna work on cardio and toning, so I can look like I want to by summer, or maybe even spring break. :)

hi. =] for the new year my goal is to tone up. ive lost weight and now thats really my only problem. i should win. because vegans are hot. and i want to rep. that. haha.

Stopping junk food and playing at the park with my toddler more.

to get in shape in 2009 i plan to continue my vegetarian diet of five years, eat out less to save all those unnecessary calories, get a gym membership to take yoga classes and do cardio workouts on the elliptical, and get a lot more sleep because i've been a night owl lately. well, at least that's the plan : )

STARVATION DIET!! jkjk.
umm...i'm a vegan, so i'll
continue with the vegan diet
and throw turbo jam parties.
XD

2009 will be the year in which I will go from being a chunky chica to a sexy bitch! I plan to go from being vegetarian to being vegan. I also plan to do some fitness to get back into shape. Likewise, I also plan to get my school to offer vegan options so that more people in my school can join in the cause.
I would love these Dvd's because who doesn't want to be a skinny bitch?!

I already run as much as I can, so staying fit in '09 shouldn't be too hard. My family also plans on getting a Wii, the WiiFit program, and DDR for Wii.
With the excercise I'll get from these activities, plus my already vegetarian diet, being fit in 2009 should be a breeze!

Peace
~Madeline

At this time last year I weighed nearly 215lbs. I am glad to say that I have successfully lost approximately 63 lbs, So now for 2009 im really trying to focus less on loosing weight and more on toning up and getting fit by going to the gym [2 more time a week than I already do] and staying on my vegetarian diet.
--Mollie [veg since 3-08]

For 2009...plan to continue my vegan diet and be a positive example and encouragement to others to adopt a vegetarian/vegan and compassionate lifestyle. Also plan to play tennis more and continue enjoying the beautiful outdoors.

I've already taken the step to becoming a vegan and been a dedicated 'Skinny Bitch' worshipper since it landed on my doorstep from Amazon back in 2007.... hilarious, influential and very informative.... this is definately one book that has changed my life for the better!

My '09 fitness resolutions were to exercise once a day, and take up army circuit training classes and kickboxing... after the usual yoga/pilates for the last year has been good, but I want to take it up a notch! Now that I have seen this post however, it will consist of continuing with my Yoga/Pilates and doing my Skinny Bitch DVDs every other day..... for me to achieve this resolution you guys have to give me the prize, because they haven't brought the DVDs to the UK yet. Therefore I will hold you guys responsible for breaking my new years resolution :oP hehe!!

My New Years Resolution for 2009 is to definitely get into better shape. I am an 18 year old college student who has struggled with weight problems since I was younger. I have always been insecure about specific parts of my body and I really want to lose a little weight. Having a thin body and being healthy is very important to me at this age in my life. I want to have fun in college and not be worried about how I look in a bikini. Especially being in a college sorority, there is a lot of pressure put on the way you look by your phsyical appearance. I love the book series "Skinny Bitch." It is actually the book that pushed me to become a vegetarian and I think it is so inspirational. I would really love to try out the dvds by those amazing authors and hope they would in turn, help me reach my New Years Resolution in hopes of having a healthier lifestyle.

For 2009, I plan on instead of watching tv commercials by sitting on my butt, every time the break comes on I will do 50 crunches, and work my way up to more when I get stronger. I need to fit into my graduation dress!

I have the book Skinny bitch in the kitch... so this would be like a set.
I plan on taking care of myself always, but I will ensure to eat healthy, and exercise daily. The videos would be a tool used to exercise and help maintain my great shape.

Thanks for the opportunity. Happy 2009 to you all!!

I have both of the Skinny Bitch books, and I love them =]

I will probably be joining tack to stay fit. :) If not, I'll just jog in the morning.

I have been weaning my way through 2008 and finally I am officially a vegan :-) I not only want to eat healthy I want to be healthy. I have planned out my exercise program and am on my way to getting into shape. These DVD's would really help though :-)

i plan on going to the gym at least 3-4 times a week and trying to cut down on my meat consumption since, in my family being a vegetarian isn't the easiest plan to put into action.
I need to stop snacking on sugar and fats, because they aren't the best for me and I'm slowly trying to reach my goal.
2009..
here comes the planning.

Well, I've got to loose weight this year, so the first thing I did was go vegan!

Haha, Skinny Bitch.
^.^
I plan on cutting out junk food from my diet, and doing an hour of excersise every day.

Dusting off my treadmill and running again
Throwing all the pop in my house away
Still going to eat baked goods...b/c they're awesome and you can't cut out everything!
Then of course I'm going to do strength training....b/c my muscle mass is pathetically low

I plan on getting into better shape by taking my dog for runs instead of walks. The extra push with keep both of us in good physical shape (but i'm sure the DVD's would help too!)

i plan to do a number of things. first, i am going from just eating poultry to not eating any meat at all. second, i plan to not eat ice cream and pizza obsessively like last year. third, i am actually going to use to ab-lounge and total fitness that are in my room three times a week.

I plan to get in shape in '09 by eating green (as usual) taking long walks with my dog in the fresh outdoors, and maybe even join in a protest...that involves lots of jumping up and down with a sign & walking down the streets of town - oh - and if i'm lucky...with my new excerize video! I've also been meaning to take up yoga...

I'm going to try to get in shape by working out, cutting out soda from my diet and trying to stop eating so much junk food! It tastes so good! ^_^

I plan to walk my dog every day, use a pedometer, eat less chocolate, and walk with my Nana through the park at least once a week.

I plan on reading Kevin Trudeau's Nature Cures. The most amazing book besides Skinny Bitch.

I am signing up again for a great spinning class offered through my university. I am also trying to cut down on excess sweets (that's going to be the most difficult) and ride my bike with determination to class. =)

I plan to start a running routine to get in shape for '09

My plan for 2009 is simple, cut out junk food, eat healthier, renew my gym memebership, continue to play lacrosse and dance, and not give up no matter what.

= ]]

Honestly, continue being a vegetarian and riding my bike to my classes. I also plan on taking up a yoga class and swimming.

I really feel that I need these DVDs for my sister. She's only 16 years old but she is obese. She hates exercise but loves the Skinny Bitch books. She made a resolution this year to get in shape so she has so far cut out all added sugars from her diet and been walking through the woods with our dogs... but it's not really working for her. I figure that if she is working out with these DVDs, she will actually enjoy it and stick to it since she idolizes Skinny Bitch so much.

My new years resolution is to be as hott and fit as I was over the summer of 2008.
I was working out ALOT and eating healthy and I felt so good about myself. But being busy with school and friends gave me far too many opportunities to engorge myself with french fries and what not. It doesnt help that my friends are the kind of people that do absolutely NOTHING and are still the size of a toothpick. I'm super excited for these DVDs and to have a healthy (and ATTRACTIVE) 2009!

i think i would not eat meat, because i know meat just makes you unhealthy, and just stick to my vegan foods. I would start going to Trader Joes to get my vegan foods. Start working out jogging with my dog and not being on the computer all day long. I would stop drinking Root Beer's and just drink water instead. Especially, HAVE THE MOTIVATION TO DO ALL MY RESOLUTIONS. i will try my hardest to not give up on my resolution and have the strength.

For '09, I was thinking of cutting back on the junk and using portion control by eating small, dense meals every 3-4 hours.
Plus I'll need to integrate a weight routine into my cardio.

And who says getting back into shape is just for the body? Why not refresh your mind and emotional well-being too? (:
I'll be planning on meditating more in that case.

Kudos to everyone on their 2009 goals!
Much luv for PETA ♥

i love being a vegetarian and for 2009 i am goin to try cutting out my junk food cravings and hit the gym a lil more but i would love the skinny bitch workout dvds for those days i jus dont have time to go to the gym and need a quick workout at home

Happy New Year! I plan on getting in shape by going from vegetarian to vegan so i'll be eating much healthier. I also plan on upping my exercise from it's current level (None) to a higher level (more than none) and hopefully having lots of fun doing it. Good Luck Everyone!!! Peace and Love in the New Year!

My plan? finally going vegetarian! I've wanted to for so long, but now I am, even though my parents dont exactly support it. I'm also going to work out with my friend, who is an exercise-aholic. and if I win these DVDs, they'll become part of the plan to, of course.

I have started a new thing. Before each meal, I drink a BIG glass of water and when its possible, I try to have a light soup before eating! That way, I am less hungry so I eat less...! I'll probably lose a few pound doing this!
I am also convincing my familly to try my VEG diet so everybody can eat healthier and cruelty-free!

That skinny bitch dvd could help me get in shape a little more!

I plan to get into shape in 2009 by continuing my vegan diet, but I also have a weekly schedule.
Sunday: swimming laps at the YMCA
Monday: my tango dancing classes
Tuesday: cardio/weights at the gym
Wednesday: a DVD/VHS at home (such as Skinny Bitch)
Thursday: walking around town with my chihuahua, Maya
Friday: bike the trails at the local parks.
Saturday: Yoga classes at the gym.
I'm sure I'll change a few things up, but ultimately having the DVDs at home for busy nights will be so helpful!

I am signing up for a 5k to stay motivated with my running throughout the winter. I would like to start running for a cause. Once it gets warmer, I want to start riding my bike EVERYWHERE. Well, wherever possible.

I'm going to resist the awesome delivery vegan chocolate cake in my town!

I plan to use the dvds to help me build self confidence because im already a vegan for many reasons but i think it would be a good way to get over my bulimia thats been going on for over 5 months now!!!

i wanna finally take my plunge from vegetarianism to full veganism. Plus i wanna stop my junk food habit.

I am going to try to go vegan and I am going to take a looooong walk every day.

i'm gonna eat the best veg foods EVER (cuz i'm the best cook) and run around lots like i do every winter cuz i gotta keeps my bloods flowing (it's like, minus 5 thousand degrees celsius where i live!!!!).

also uh, playn in the bedroom with a certain special person. DEFINITELY helps me stay a skinny bitch. yup. oh, and swimming I LOVE SWIMMING!!! God bless ymca's

I plan on getting in shape in 2009 by working out really well on the Wrestling team and by joining Rugby when the Season starts.

I plan to get into shape by reminding myself daily how I want to look and feel for my wedding day this summer! I just got engaged and I couldn't be happier. The motivation that I get from thinking about how I will look to him on that day keeps me going strong!

Eat healthier!

by having a healthy, vegan lifestyle and tons of energy. (as usualy) ;D
amazing, hope i win ^^

This year in '09 I plan on working out by doing more yoga, pilates, walking around and doing a lot of core work. I never kept up last year and I need to lose weight...like 30 lbs. I'm glad they came up with these videos. I will play with my dog a lot more outside too! She loves running around. I am going to eat a lot healthier too, less junk and more raw fruits and veggies. I also want to start boxing

In '09 I plan to stay healthy by staying veg for the 8th year. I'll get a lot of exercise volunteering at a wildlife rehabilitation center twice a week. I'll start walking/jogging places rather than driving so I can help the planet while I stay fit. I'm going to keep going strong and not start smoking again (I quit cold turkey 10 months ago). And finally, running around the house as a brand new young mommy. I need to stay healthy so I can live a long happy life and be there for my little boy! (And get rid of this awful baby belly)

09' the new year i plan to do things way more healthier :D

I already belong to a gym, but I can't drive yet so I'm only able to go when my mom can take me. However, i make a point to work out as much as i can, and with my vegetarian diet I'm so much healthier than I've ever been. I carefully plan out all my meals now to ensure that i get enough protein and stay healthy. These videos would help me so much to stay fit and lose the weight i want to lose.

There are a few ways I plan on getting in shape... I plan on running more often, three times a week hopefully. And I am going to play Wii Fit everyday, don't know if it will actually do anything but might as well give it a try :)

I plan to eat healthy, go running for at least half an hour a day and spend less time infront of the tv and the computer :) xxx

I'm going to do lots of things.

to get in shape i plan on going to my yoga classes at leaast once a week and run more often. im going to try very hard and be a healthier vegan, im already very healthy but the holidays made me slack off. i plan to eat less onion rings and gigantic veggie burgers :). im not going to try to lose weight but excersice more and eat better, i want to be fitter.

*~*~*~* BY WiNNiNG THESE DVDS!!!!! *~*~*~*~*~*

I'm going to do lots of things.

Wow, that DVD sounds fab!

So far for 2009 I've gone vegan and, as well as doing my usual yoga, I'm planning to play on my dance mat more - staying in shape and having fun at the same time!

To get in shape in '09, I plan to spend more time outside with my dad's horses, take the dogs on more walks, drink more water, do some form of yoga with my friend Hilly, and run around with my little cousins.

I plan on working off those "freshman fifteen" by going to the gym on a more regular basis and cut out those late night food breaks while studying.

I'm going from vegetarian to completely vegan!

In 2009, I hope to get in shape by takin my dog out more and playing with my cat.

I also plan on doing a bit more running and finding great new excersizes for me/my family to do.

I'm turning vegan after being vegetarian for a year and a half, and i plan to start exercising more. my main goal isnt to lose to much weight, i mean that would be a benefit, but to start eating healthier and exercising more just to keep fit will really improve my life.

I plan to get in shape by running more often and doing more to tone my body. I hope that I can get my body lean and toned so I can get the gig I always wanted. I will cut down on the junk food and sugar consumption. I plan to continue to eating my vegetarian food. I want to be as healthy as possible in 2009!

I plan on getting in shape from yoga and switching to a raw food diet

I am going to eat all of my five servings of fruit and vegetables a day and go to the gym 4 times a week instead of 3.

I'll try to eat healthier foods and get off my ass at least three times a week to exercise.

Yoga and jogging.

Getting in shape is definitely one of my resolutions for '09.
I'm a cheerleader so i'll be working out at school.
Mondays i go to tumbling class.
Tuesday-Friday's I'm going to go to the track and run a mile.
& I'd love to win awesome pair of DVDs :)(:

I am getting into shape in 09 by eating healthier and sticking to being a vegetarian which I have been for 2 years now.

Hey there. I plan on getting fit for '09 by walking my dog a few times a day, and playing with her outside, running around and getting a lot of exercise for the both of us! I have been a vegetarian for two years, and that is still going well for me, so with that continuing, I will be closer to reaching my goals sooner than I could imagine! I hope everyone else is able to do the same, and stick with their new years resolutions like I plan to, because it really is a good start to the new year! and hopefully a great finish. If I were to win the dvds, my goals will not only be reached, but I will be able to cross my limits and really get myself into shape, which I've wanted for so long.

This year is mine to get fit!
I plan to continue to be vegetarian and work my way to being vegan! I'm pretty excited, even though it's going to be a challenge. Also I'm working out every day. No excuses!
=]

For 2009 I plan to get fit by eating more greens and going for runs at the beach more often. With dedication I hope to be able to run three miles before getting tired, which would be a great feat for me!

in '09 i plan to take increase my hours of dance classes every week, and take running more seriously, by running around my neighborhood as a track, to name a few things. i also got an elliptical and will work out daily on that, and most importantly, ill maintain a healthier diet, while keeping it vegitarian as i do now.

This year, I hope to run 2 marathons, putting me at a total of 7! All being within the 8 years that I've been vegetarian. I also hope to limit my cheese intake and substitute it with various vegan products. Most importantly, I want to find alternatives for eating fish. I know the truths behind what really happens with the fish we eat and feel just as passionately about them as other animals. It should be a good year!

I've been vegetarian for almost five years, and just last week (after reading Skinny Bitch) I decided to make the jump to vegan. Not only am I saving my body, but I'm saving the animals, too. I'm proud of my choice, and staying vegan is my healthy plan for 2009 and ongoing until the day I die. Oh, I guess a little exercise wouldn't do any harm either? =)

I'm going to cut out dairy, try running (i'm a bit spaztic so this will be interesting), and i'm going to start doing yoga agian.

I will try to go vegan this year. I've been vegetarian for 15 years and I'm raising 4 sons the same. But I will try to go totally vegan!!!

I plan on exercising daily, walking my puppy everyday, and to cut out junk food from my diet. I will continue to eat no meat at all, and to try different fruits and vegetables. I will also join a few sports at school, and go outside and run around while playing games with my friends more. That way I'm getting healthier, while still enjoying the company of my friends. :)

I plan on trying to drop either eggs or cheese to go along with the meat i don't eat! And I want to walk my dog more, too.

I will continue to eat healthy with my Veggie diet. I will get back in shape by continuing walking my dog everyday and exercising 3xs a week minimum. I want to be a skinny bitch :)

This year I plan to change from a vegetarian diet to a vegan diet. I want to continue to save the animals and help lots of people choose the right choice. I also hope to excercise more and even try to get the whole family into it. I know for a fact that my family is somewhat unhealthy, so if we shape us to be healthier, we can be happier. Finally, I hope to encourage others to adopt a vegetarian/vegan diet. I already have encouraged 3 friends/relatives, so I hope to follow through to others.

--Elizabeth :)

My plan to get in shape in '09 is to take my dog on more walks, eat healthier vegan foods, start working out more, and travel around to spread the word of compassion for animals! =D

I have already become a "Skinny Bitch" by adopting a totally vegan diet, now I plan on extending the same wisdom into my exercise program, because all of the personal trainers I've ever met all tell me that I need MEAT for protein--so GROSS and I intend on proving them all WRONG! With these videos, perhaps I could reach my goals faster and become an even better example of a fit, healthy vegan for others around me!

09 is my year to change my life and my health!!! after battling an illness for the last 1.5 yrs..its my year to enhance my inner health to the outside and get rid of those tuck shop arms...thunder thighs and jelly belly!!!
Skinny bitch knows how to reach us chicks in a no BS way!!! i could only imagine how great the DVD's will be!!!
Best of all..i have been vegan for years so there is no change there!! but i will get my butt moving alot more!!! I will do ANYTHING

I WILL continue to Cut OUT ALL food with a FACE!...and Hop, Skip and Jump around town purchasing FACELess Sale finds so I can look Ab-Veg-Fabulous while jogging around my local area!!

I'm going to get fit by cutting down on snacky foods & by having lots of sex! :-)

for 2009, I plan to get into better shape and improve my carbon imprint on the planet. I will start biking to work( 3.5 miles each way), and I will do more pliates, to improve my mind, body and spirit. I want to be the best person that I can be.

To get in shape for 2009, besides staying vegetarian :), I plan to actually eat HEALTHY FOOD. Lol. Alot of people have the misconception that just because I am a vegetarian, it automatically means I eat super healthy. That's my main problem. I have been eating healthier since cutting meat out of my diet by default, but I still eat the gross, unhealthy, carb-packed foods as I was before! And from this point on I am only going to eat WHEN i'm actually hungry, and not just eat to eat. And it's gonna be super healthy. These DVD's would really help in the process of my tring to be more fit and shed the excess fat on my body.

Plus I owe my vegetarianism to Skinny Bitch. By reading that book, I realized that vegetarian is the way to go, so thank you so much Skinny Bitch. I don't think i'd be the same person I am today without you.

Hopefully, I'll be working off the pounds with those DVDs.
Regardless though, I'm going to work my butt off at the gym, continue to bellydance and do yoga, and take up a hip-hop dance class.
If I'm not thinner by the end of '09, then there's something wrong with me.

Well, I just started my vegetarian version of weight watchers. I have been the snackiest vegetarian alive and I MUST do something about it. I started the diet, so maybe the DVD's would be good too. They'd help me reach my goal weight of 125 pounds. =D

Walking the 2 miles to school and work every day. Putting more fruits and veggies in my diet. Breakfast every day. Yoga and Pilates every day!

To get in shape for 2009 I have cut all meat from my diet and am cutting all milk products as well. I will also be working out at the gym once a week and going for 30 mins walks once a day.

One of my resolutions was to train for the half-marathon this summer in Seattle (and maybe the Rock & Roll Seattle, too!) Right now, I can only run a mile! I also have resolved to never miss a day's worth of yoga and/or dancing. Exercise keeps me happy and fit. (Don't you just love those endorphins?!)

i plan to be more healthy in 2009 by drinking a ton of water, taking my vitamins, and joining a yoga class :)

i plan on reading the skinny bitch book about 8 more times and doing everything it tells me to do! oh and cardio kickboxing as well :)

Oh, I will totally use our treadmill more! I will also go on walks. I've been thinking about a martial art too. Tae kwon do?

i plan to do yoga everyday and stop eating late at night.

i plan on staying skinny but continuing my no meat diet and working out eating lots of veggies and hiking. YAY! for no meat!

-ride my bike instead of getting driven places
-run about every weekend (i'm a horrible runner..)
-strech (push ups, sit ups, etc) every morning
-eat healthy snacks instead of unhealthy (carrots instead of chips)

This seems like such a great book, I think I might get one actually. My health is very important to me. I started out vegan about a year and a half ago and that lasted for about 2 months. I was living at home then, and my family is big on "steak and potatoes". I had to go out and have my own separate food items. My parents didn't understand at all and would always be trying to get me to "snap out of it". They wouldn't let me tell them why and when they did it would go in one ear and out the other. I was happiest being vegan, but went to vegetarian for about a year. Now I'm vegan for good. I'm 18, I live on my own, and I love to cook. I'm very interested in getting new recipes to try out. I know i'm not eating the right foods right now, i'm lacking in the fruit department....I love hummus, and falaffels...I just need more variety in my diet. Thanks for putting this out there and getting people interested in this book!
Much love, Felicia

For 2009 I plan to continue with my vegan diet, actually I plan to continue it for the rest of my life. I also want to cut out all the junk food I eat and eventually try to eat a raw vegan diet.

As far as exercise, me and my friend are going to work out together and we're looking into taking yoga classes but that most likely will not be possible.

The most important thing I need to work on for getting healthier is committing to my plan and really putting my mind to it this time.

Winning these DVDs would be so great and would help me start getting back into shape, especially after all the yummy vegan treats I had over the holidays

I love Skinny Bitch! This year I plan on riding my bike more, going for jogs and if I win this then workout to the DVD! :D

I plan to run at least four days a week and to cut junk food from my diet.

To exercise, I plan on getting back into running. As for diet, I am already vegan, so I plan on eating one raw meal a day and cutting back on junk food.

i plan on cutting back on the doritoes and ice cream and start eating more healthy foods.as soon as the snow melts, im going to start going for walks and bike rides.

is this how we enter????

in the new year, i plan to restart my running program as well as continue to eat as healthy as posslible. i am planning to drive less and walk/bike more. it will help to keep me in shape as well as lessen my carbon footprint. i read skinny bitch and adored it, these dvds are an amazing idea!

drink more water.
eat less microwavable meals because even though they are vegetarian they can still have a lot of preservatives which are not good.
...so i have to cook more. :-/
do something active every day. even if it's something small.
watch less tv and limit my computer time, but going on peta2 is exempt from this.

I'm gonna ditch chocolate and then do my skinny bitch workout everyday when I win the dvd :)

I'm gonna try not to eat so much processed foods and more raw fruits and veggies! There is so much yummy vegan food now that it makes being vegan awesome but it is almost too easy to find vegan junk food now, lol!

That's awesome! I love the book Skinny Bitch!

To get into better shape and lose weight this year, (who doesn't make that resolution?) I am going to try to cut back on sweets (love oreos- sometimes I wish they weren't vegan so I wouldn't eat them!) and workout a few times a week.

Happy New Year!

Skinny Bitch is what made me become a vegetarian. I refer to those books every chance I get. And I read them last July! They changed my life and made me so much healthier. But I still have many changes to make. I want my diet to be mainly organic, and to exercise at my college's gym a few times a week. My new years resolution is also to cut sugary foods out of my diet completely for the entire month of January and hopefully continue it through out the year. The Skinny Bitch videos would help me out so much! I saw an ad for them recently and have wanted them ever since!

I plan on getting fit by eating healthier foods and starting a vegan diet. I am currently a vegeterian but have always wanted to try a vegan diet. I also plan on working out more by riding my bike, running, yoga, and pilaties

First off i plan to go vegan!
Secondly i plan to cut out any beauty products that may have harmful damaging ingredients to my body, including those that are tested or used on animals.
Third is im going to get in shape. For a healthier all around me. i want to get active so when some of my friends come around for a hike with our dogs on belle isle i wont be out of breath half way up the hill.

I'm going to be making the switch from just being a vegetarian to a vegan, playing with my doggy more often and will be taking up dance classes. Then I'll dance with my dog. haha

I plan on getting in shape by following Rory and Kim's two books (Skinny Bitch and Skinny Bitch in the Kitch) MORE strictly than i did last year, going to the gym and hopefully by winning these dvd's to work out to. =]

I plan to get in shape in '09 by a) following my skinny bitch book and using recipes in my skinny bitch in the kitchen book to get healthy
and b) cheerleading, doing crunches & pushups daily, and running more often
I'm excited!

Overall losing my extra 10 lbs from having a second baby in November. I'd like to eat more fruits and veggies convince my hubby to eat more fruits and veggies for extra accountability, gradually transition from lacto-ovo to vegan and I would like to try a raw diet at some point this year (possibly Lent???) I would really like the DVDs as it is too cold to take my little one outside for the long walk I would love to take and I need an alternative so that I can work out indoors without having to pay for a gym membership I can't afford.

Skinny Bitch has already made me get into shape!! I want these DVD's!! I want to win them and if I don't, where can I buy them?!!!
This book has changed my life as I am sure the DVD's will only change it more for the better.

Getting in shape is not physical but also mental. That is one thing that a lot of people are not understanding of. Being a vegan or a vegetarian is just what you eat, but also how you think, how you conduct your every day lives. Just by cutting meat out of your diet, which is an awesome thing to do, but to also change the way you think about animals, fur and what one does to not only harm them, but also to harm yourself and those around you, but also to keep an open mind and continue to learn everything you can and then reuse that knowledge anyway you can. That is at least the way I am enabling myself to keep in shape in 2009.

#1 way, obviously by NOT eating meat. That won't be an obstacle, though...seeing how I've been vegetarian for 7+ years.
#2 way, cutting out soft drinks and drinking more water.
#3, exercising more. I should really try to walk more places instead of driving.
#4, cooking more meals. It's gotten too easy to eat out. By eating out, I don't get as many nutrients as I need and instead, get more fatty foods. I want to cook more at home and start taking my lunch to work.
#5, sticking with it. That's the biggest obstacle. We can all say we're going to, but it doesn't work when we don't stick to it.

I don't believe in "diets". It's more of a lifestyle change than a diet. Otherwise, it doesn't work so well. And of course, the best way, by working out with Skinny Bitch! :oD

I plan to stay in shape for '09 by following these DVDs! I love the skinny bitch book, it's like my vegan bible.

OMG.....I havethe skinny bitch book....its amazing...i totally just got vegan a go go!!! itsan awesome book for travel. anyways....wow work-out videos...that's even better....i have my doggy that go's for walks...but for those yucky days i can stay inside....funny thing is...my dog runs on the tredmill...hahahaha

i plan on doing lots of situps and working out this year! im also going to stop eating so much junk food.

I promise to cut meat from my diet and respect my body by keeping it in the best shape possible!

in 2009 I plan on getting in shape by eating more raw foods and training for a half marathon!

I plan on getting in shape by starting to go on walks/jogs again. I got sick and quit them but I'd love to start again

I'm gonna keep up with my veggie diet that i started in May of '08...
and keep cooking healthy Skinny Bitch stuff at home :)
I just got the Skinny Bitch cookbook >:P
and uh...i guess i should exercise more O_o

i wanna be a skinny bitch. so bad. hahah.

i plan to work out harder than ever after being a lazy vegan this past yr cooking easy comfort food to get me through the end of uni. i have been vegan for 10yrs and i have always found it hard to maintain my weight with all the carbs so i have to work extra hard with exercise. the last few weeks ive been eating raw food and running with my dog everyday and i feel so much healthier happier and riding my bike everywhere during the day i do also like to chill out with a fitness dvd at night and the ones ive got are boring me to tears right now so i definately know what i am going to pick next:)

I plan on eating better, doing situps everyday, and using an eliptical. =D

I plan to get healthier by going to my colleges gym at least three to four times a week, stop eating french fries every single day just cause they are cheap, start eating more protein that i dont usually get, and cut out all the caffeine and calories. A.K.A. .. no coke.. if i had these videos it would really help me being im in the culinary arts industry and i must admit.. i eat alot. I have to try what i eat!

I plan to buy more "bio" products even they are expensive than others, they don't have pesticides. Since I became vegetarian I don't drink sodas, I don't use sugar or salt, I eat a little bit less than before because I'm never hungry so I'll try to eat healthier things. I'm going to do some yoga and exercices with my friends and I want to convince them to be vegetarian/vegan. Before, I did some exercices but I can't follow them everyday because I'm very lazy. Having this DVD would stimulate me and my friends.

My plans for shaping up in 2009 are the simple methods everyone uses to get healthy, but with a twist.

Walking- I plan to get my walking in by activavting, OF COURSE! By spending an hour 2-3 times per week pacing outside my local KFC's and college campus, I'm sure to burn a few calories! Add in some leafletting and I'll be awaring the community of our fight for animals, which benefits not only my body, but PETA and the animals, too!

Eating healthy- I was vegetarian for a year and then I went vegan 2 years ago. I've already got the whole animal-friendly diet thing down, but I'm pumping it up with my new Skinny Bitch and Skinny Bitch in the Kitch cookbook. I thought being vegan was healthy enough, but since getting this book as a Christmas present, I've learned my eating habits have to come a long way before being labeled as "healthy". I'm only half way through, but this book has already taught me alot not only about food, but about being vegan and MYSELF!

Reading- To me, being healthy isn't just about how I look or feel. It's also about having a strong mind, aswell. Also on my Christmas Wish List was Free the Animals, Beyond the Bars, In Defense of Animals, and Animal Revolution. By reading these books, I am better awaring myself of the animal right's struggle, and how I play a role. I cannot educate the world, without understanding it, myself. This set of literature will help me become a better activist with a world of knowledge to reference to, teach with, and even (at times) argue with.

These are my conventional "get healthy" methods, animal rights style! Even if I don't win the DVDs, my body will be on its way to being in top shape. And hey, I'm saving lives, too!

i plan to stay in shape this year by staying vegetarian, eating healthy, keep doing my karate and yoga, body pump at the gym, and playing with my cat :D

Skinny Bitch lmao it makes me laugh

In '09, I plan to continue my vegetarianess as its soooo healthy, and walk to college and back everyday instead of the bus!

i plan on getting into shape in 2009 by eating less and exercising more and get back into running and volley ball so the summer is more fun and to do it with the girls to replace the PE lessons we don't have anymore :(

I plan to join a gym instead of occassionally going and possibly swim more (if i can stand the giggly bits being on show). Maybe run more with my dogs as at the end of 08 was getting a bit lax. oppps.

I am starting running and trying to avoid vegan junk food, I also got a steamer and am eating lots of steamed vegetables!

I plan on joinging the local "ladies only" gym & making sure I stick with it. Healthier eating & a little less of the good stuff as well!!!!!

In the new year of 2009, I plan to educate myself on the importance of vegan nutrition by reading a ton of veganism books to help me better understand how amazing being a vegan is.

Also, I will plan to watch what I eat and excersize to not only lose that excess weight, but also to become a healthy and happy teenager :)

I hope to become a skinny bitch in 2009! Keep on keepin' on, Peta2!

Being vegetarian, I have to eat enough and get enough protein. I would like to tone and work on strength training.

implement more exercise, toning...thanks for the opp

working out at least 3 times a week & TRYING to watch portions!

I'm going to start working out, I hope.

I plan on getting in shape in 2009 by sticking with my vegan diet that I was inspired to begin when I read the Skinny Bitch book, as well as continuing my current running schedule. I get up every day at 4:45 to run 5 miles before heading to class. I'd like to also mix things up with some fitness DVDs, which is why I'd love to win the DVDs! When it's a blizzard outside, getting up and running isn't such a pleasant experience, so busting my butt in front of my TV would be a much more enjoyable time!

I am going to outline a weekly workout routine and stick to it!

Me and my girlfriend are going to walk/run more, and actually start using our Wii Fit.

We had date night on Friday and put together a diet and exercise plan. The weight has just crept up on us and we are both going to get in better shape. I will exercise in the early morning and my husband will be in charge of breakfast and getting the kids ready for school. He will exercise after work while I help the kids with homework and get dinner going. So i am off for my first workout!!

In '09, I plan on getting in shape by my new resolution to work out every day - the treadmill, yoga, pilates, Carmen Electra Fit to Strip (my fave !), walks around the neighborhood and campaigning for animal rights! (Hopefully these dvds too!) I also plan on continuing my diet of a lacto-ovo vegetarian, cutting out milk, cheese, and eggs plain and eating vegan at least one day a week, hopefully working up to a full vegan diet by the end of the year. I'm ready to be a Skinny Bitch!

I just joined weight watchers and got a wii fit. This plus walking the baby will get me to a good start...I hope.

In 2009 I plan on being more healthy, and more comfortable in my own skin.not focusing so much on the pounds. I am a vegetarian right now and I plan on becoming a vegan 100% (I actually started yesterday :)) and skinny bitch was actually the book that helped me become. vegetarian and now vegan. I would like to become more active which is hard because I'm a full time student and I also work 30 to 40 hours a week. That's why this DVD would help me so much.

I am 58 this coming year and I always try to exercise to keep in shape. I have a few DVD's to work out with but you need a change and this sounds like the ticket for me. Lots of fun I bet and that's what you need in a workout to keep you motivated.
Thanks for the chance!!

One of my New Year's resolutions is to spend more time with my five dogs, as well as to volunteer with a local rescue group as a foster home. Since this will mean more time running around outside, taking them hiking, etc., this should help with my fitness goals.

I already eat a vegan diet and do yoga, kickboxing and weight training 5 times a week :)

Start running

I plan on cutting out the junk food and taking my dog for more walks, I also plan on doing more stuff with my horses that requires me to do the work! lol maybe i will try letting them have a ride for once :| Im going to start filling my horses water tank with buckets instead of useing the hose. and I want to start using the free gym membership that I have with my college.

My plan for 09 is to make an excersize plan and actually STICK WIT IT! Im trying to eat better, and get out of the house and walk more!

Walk more and drink more water.

I need to shed those extra pounds before the spring, and this will definitely help me get back in shape!

To get in shape in 2009 I quit my job at a bakery, and got a new job at a gym. Now instead of eating all the time I will be working out.

Good luck to all who enter

um the name of the book is a bit out there, even a little offensive... but i am going to follow my goal of reaching and maintaining a healthy weight.

I plan to buy a bike to get groceries with so I have to go more, so there will be no excuse to buy anything but fresh!

I plan on ramping up my regular fitness routine. I'm going to add some classes and try to east less fat.

I plan on doing lots and lots of gymnastics!

I went vegan two days ago and I'm taking an aerobics class at school to help me get healthy and in good shape.

By eating vegan, of course and trying to do home walk videos.

I plan on doing a lot of cardio workouts and never giving up at roller derby practices. Keep pushing through! I also plan on eating a lot better a lot more often, not just when its convenient or whatnot.

I plan to drink more water and stay on a 5 day a week work out schedule.

I signed up for bootcamp at the local gym.

I use wii fit.

i plan to get healthy and in shape by doing yoga, strength training, balance exercises, and aerobics as many days a week as i possibly can. i also plan to eat healthy, too, and, of course, no meat!

i plan to get healthy and in shape by doing yoga, strength training, balance exercises, and aerobics as many days a week as i possibly can. i also plan to eat healthy, too, and, of course, no meat!

Eat better, exercise more. . what else is there? Thanks for the contest.

i want it :)

I need to MOVE a lot more !!!! Don't ride or drive when your destination is within walking distance........

I plan on going on more walks with my dog! Thanks for entering me.

I plan to increase my workout endurance by introducing weight training. I am a dedicated vegetarian but I plan to become 100% vegan in 2009!!!

Hellllllllllllllllo 2009!!! Time to tune up the bike and hit the streets! I definitely miss riding, and 2009 is the time to start again! I also just received a bike stand to turn my road bike into a stationary bike ... great for late night riding or rainy day weather! ... No excuses in 2009! ... The goal is to be able to ride the 150 mile MS Tour for Cure by October!

I plan on doing yoga at least 3-4 times per week for my own inner sanity and health, and to run alot this year!!!

I will be walking and watching what I eat. I really need to do this and this is the year to do it. Thanks for the chance.

I plan to work in my vegetable garden more this year and take my dog for walks more. They never seem to tire of that

pump it up

To get in better shape this year, I plan on sticking to my veganism and taking my dogs on more walks.
I'm also going to do garden work and plant some veggies. :]
And I'm going to try to change my attitude to a more positive one about my body.
Hopefully I'll even be able to start gymnastics again and work out more.
Have a good new year, peta!

I plan on exercising more and slowly start to eat better. Thanks.

I am starting yoga and got a bicycle for Christmas and will be riding quite a lot. THANKS !!! I could use th videos.

I am going to exercise with a lot of meat..(but not the four legged kind)!

Yeah, I need to be a more skinny bitch.

For '09, I plan to go fully vegan, workout to dance music, go raving (dancing burns so many calories!), and just eat proper portions. I bet doing all that can help with my future freshman 15 ;)

I am going to get fit by eating mostly vegatables and fruits and cutting all fat from my diet. I am also hoping to win this contest so that I can follow the healthy exercise routines!!

my dogs are going to take me on walks everyday. actually twice a day.

Cutting out junk food
walking home from school evetryday (it's 3 miles)
Sticking to my vegan diet
Being more active
:)

By excercising everyday!

I really need to get in shape this year! So I am going to do yoga and fitness DVDs at least 5 times a week, eat more leafy green Veggies, less white carbs, continue eating vegan and play with my dog more often!

I'm going to do lots of volunteer work at our local animal shelter and homeless shelter which requires lots and lots of walking. Plus I'm eating smarter and I'm taking up biking and skating....

eating helathier and continue walking for exercise

I plan on getting in shape and burning all those vegan sugar cookie is by eating more vegetables and whole grains. Of course I want to exercise, so those tapes would really help

i am right now working on my eating... i want to incorporate exercise... this would be great because we have cold weather outside and its hard to get out and exercise.

I plan on finally losing all the weight that I started to lose more than a year ago and then stopped, and go to the gym that I've been paying for a membership for every month and never go. Last but not least, I plan on keeping up with my vegetarian lifestyle to help me achieve my goal weight.
p.s. I love the Skinny Bitch book!

For '09, I plan to get ready for my trip to Hawaii by continuing my vegetarian diet and doing 75 sit-ups, 40 lunges, and running for twenty minutes everyday. This year I'm going to become the skinny bitch I always wanted to be.

i'm taking a fitness class in school and i'm going to start playing RUGBY!
also, cut out the dairy and replace it with fruits and vegs!

I see the Skinny Bitch book everytime I go to Barnes & Noble & I am always tempted to buy it.
Thanks for the contest!

The mantra for 09 is:
1. Eat right
2. EXERCISE
3. Sleep at least 6 hours a day
4. Drink enough water

Anything that will make me exercise more and eat less carbs...that's what I'll be trying! :) Thanks for the giveaway.

Gained a lot of weight last year after foot surgery. 2009 am going to get back into shape. Have already started moving more, walking more, biking more. Have a great set of workout DVD's and a hula hoop. And, I am going to discipline myself to stop work (i work from home) and get up and move. You have to burn more calories than you consume, and you cannot do that sitting behind a desk. So, up and move. I can do that

i plan on exercising more, cycling and running

I need this for teh most pressing reason out of all- to defend the world from giant bunnies. With my (soon to be) washboard abs and toned legs, those bunnies won't know what hit'em.

I am going to get fitter in 09 by continuing to be vegan & still able to enjoy the things I like! More cycling again too!! :D

My plan is to stop eating after a certain time of night, have one glass of water after each alcoholic drink and continue to exercise daily.

This sounds like a great way to get in shape. Thanks.

I plan on eating -healthier- vegan foods this year - I'm going to go organic sometime very very soon - and I'm going to go back to riding my bike every day. In April I'll have been a vegan for two years and in August I'll have been vegetarian for three =]]]

I play center in basketball which means I have to be ontop of my game (which I am trying hard of course) I NEED THESE DVDS TO HELP ME STAY IN SHAPE THIS WINTER!!! Until I can run in the summer, but I plan to stay vegan, run more places and learn to play tennis which should give me a workout! BUT I WANT THESE DVDAS. I NEED TO BE ABLE TO FIT INTO MY PROM DRESS THIS YEAR!! SO I NEED THESE WORKOUTS! I would be ever so grateful!

In '09, I plan to continue to live a cruelty-free lifestyle, spend more time with the animals in my life, and continue volunteering at the local shelter.

I plan on riding my bike alot more, to everywhere i go, and staying vegan.

I'll plan on eating better and doing workout videos!!! WOOOOO!!!

I plan on going to the gym at least 4 times a week. I also plan to make better food choices and small changes:0)

I'm going to go to sleep early, so I'll get my 7 or 8 hours, which will give me the energy to start a workout at the gym.I won't be awake to experience those late night cravings either!

Cut back on the sweets, and exercising more with my dogs, who are starting to get a little chunky too, ha ha.

I need this, as I'm diabetic and could use all of the help I can get.

I plan on getting in shape by walking my dog more and cutting down portions.

I am already a fit vegan.

i am going to start a series exercise routine.

I plan to ride my bike to work instead of driving.

eating healthy

I'm going to get in shape this year by cutting back on my dairy intake and working harder than ever in my dance class!

I am going to work out every day and eat salads for dinner as often as possible! And use my juicer more times each day.

Iplan to get off my but and exercise

I'm going to dump my jerk boyfriend...after all, he's the reason I over-eat

i am so excited for this to be available! here's hoping i get them!

I plan to stop being lazy!

Im so excited for the new year to begin and heres what im doing get in shape!

1. Eat more veggies and fruits

2. Im going VEGAN!! (also exciting!) even though ive been veggie for awhile now.

3.More exercise! Gotta hit the gym a lot more

4. Try new activities

5. Get my friends involved

6. Get this DVD for at-home workouts!

Eating veggies makes you look HOT!

No meat. No dairy. No problem. I'm going to hit the ground runnin' with my half-marathon training schedule and new veggie recipes!

My plan for 2009 is to not only exercise, but to excercise alot more.
I plan on finding and learning how to make awesome vegetarian recipes to help my body prepare for the boot camp that it is about to go through...
I would love the Skinny Bitch workout DVDs cause i cannot afford to be able to get a gym membership, and it would be wonderful to do it within the comfort of my own home.
Finally, I believe that I need to start to think alot more positively about myself and focus on the things that actually matter, like getting into college this year, and becoming truely healthy. Inside and out!

By winning these workout dvds!!!

My plan for 09 is to love myself in every moment, thought and action. And how can I do this? Well, the first step is to only put loving things into my body. I've already made it a dream to adopt a vegan lifestyle in 2009. After 10 years of being a vegetarian I can no longer stand by and blindly ignore the cruel measures that are taken towards animals everyday.

I believe that this will bring about numerous transformations in myself and my world. I plan to enhance this experience through moving my body most days of the week and to sweat as much as possible. By this time next year I plan to be one healthy, loving skinny bitch!

I plan to start running again

I'm going to hit the gym thrice a week for at least 20 minutes each time

Plan on bumping up the exercise a bit... :)

wii fit, jogging by the beach....

I plan to attend the gym regularly and try to get as much outdoor excersize as I can. First and foremost I plan to stick to my decision to change my diet into a healthy vegan lifestyle. I read the book Skinny Bitch and own the Skinny Bitch in the Kitch cookbook. both are awesome!

I don't really have any plans for getting in to shape this year because it seems everytime I try, I fail. So cutting meat from my diet will be enough for this year (I hope). Although, I have heard quite a bit of positive feedback from the Skinny Bitch series of books.

HELP ME lose lbs.

My mom is giving me her old treadmill and exercise bike. I'm picking them up this week. I plan on working out at least 5 days a week. I joined Weight Watchers in July and have lost 15 lbs so I think my diet is under control.

I plan on exercising at least 4-5 times a week, cut out all pop, cut out as much fat as I can, and try and adopt a vegetarian diet.

I intend on a lot of yoga. And trying to climb a rope! I want to be able to perform in circus arts by this time next year!

i plan to get in shape by cutting out the sweets in my diet. no candy/cake/cookies/ice-cream/sugared drinks, etc. no junk food either;chips.

i'll eat small portions of food..slowly i'll pick out what i should eat. work out at least 15 min. a day...i'll also FAST. that helped me in september.

Neat-o giveaway, sting ray.

Eat more veggies and move more. :)

The new me in 09' will happen (I hope). Im will continue my veggan-ness for the animals. I will find time to take walks with my dog daily because we both need the execirse. Cut out all the junk food and drink green tea. I plan to lose weight until i feel like a 'skinny bitch' Haha, no matter what it should take. Me and my friend plan on joining kick boxing so as long as that takes action there should be the new me. But this workout vid would really help, just knowing that i have something to help me with my un healthiness and weight. And i also go to total pet on my free time and run around with the dogs and cats its very fun. i love you guys here on peta haha u started me with the growth of loving animals so dont stop whatever you do =] xx

I plan on eating a lot healthier, and making more meals as opposed to just eating snack food all the time. Also I plan on exercising every morning before school.

I've given up on doing anything outside the house with the new baby, so I'm planning to do videos at home.

sounds like some good dvd's

In hopes to be in better shape this year, I bought myself a huge work out machine that includes everything I'd ever need except cardio. I'm intending on continuing my vegetarian eating habits, my yoga three times a week and I'd like to start running.

I've read the Skinny Bitch books and they are very inspiring, I'd love to get a copy :)

I plan to exercise every morning before going to work.

Above all else, I plan on snacking less. I eat pretty healthfully at meals, but snacks are my weakness.

I am going to walk, walk, walk!

I am going to continue with the regimen that I started just prior to christmas: i will run at least three times a week (I already dance 8 hours a day, and do gymnastics on the weekends) and I want to ab work 5 times a week minimum. My goal is to have a stronger core, to improve my posture.

I plan to eat better and get more exercise in.

my wife is working hard this would be a great extra help

Rather than jumping into all new changes and getting overwhelmed, I plan to make two changes each week so they become part of my lifestyle. One change will be to eliminate one 'bad' food and add one good. The other change is to add more exercise. No reason not to add something while I'm watching TV.

I HAVE to start walking at least 3 days a week!

Working out definitely more and cutting sugar back.

i want to win

By eating enough and being healthy! I'm a vegetarian who's just coming out of eating disorder therapy. I'm looking to neither lose nor gain weight. I do this by keeping and staying strong for the rest of the year and being healthy. I'm likely going to join a badminton team. I'm looking on getting toned (not skinny) in the spring to be hot for the summer. Little workouts at home- as well as weekly tap dance classes- will really help a lot. And there's other things I plan to do as well, such as getting to know my neighborhood better by walking and biking more. That also helps cut emissions and helps the environment.

This is one healthy girl that runs on soy milk!

The year of good health-2009.

I plan on running 4-5 times a week if not more.

start walking

I plan to start exercising again.

walking more

I'd like to get healthier by not stressing so much about the small things, and not forcing myself to work out- but finding ways that are fun, and also great for my body. :)

I plan on trying more vegetables and eating less fat.

i'm swimming

by winning these dvds! :)

i would absolutely LOVE to have these! im reading the book right now and i love it so much

I NEED to get in shape this year! Its been 2 years since I've worked out because of injuries sustained through out high school and a terrible car accident in the summer of 07. After loosing my 38-29-39 figure there's nothing I want more then to get it back! I am taking on the Discovery body challenge with a month of free access to Bally's, there I plan to swim, run, and lift my body back into its former glory of 5ft wonderness!
I may be little and still in recovery but when it comes to kicking @$$ I pack one mean punch, specially when its my own!
And now that I've adapted to the Veg lifestyle I know that the pounds will melt right off me. I've been eating healthier in the last 2 years then ever before. I know I can do it, and this is going to be the last time I make the resolution to get back into shape.
From this year on its going to be staying in shape.

I'm taking a stability ball class and I'm planning on spending MWF mornings running 5 miles. And, as always, my herbivorous diet which helps me keep my curves sexy but in check.

Walking ,walking, walking and watching what i eat.

I'm going to walk more :)

I plan on getting fit by eating healthier and moving to a vegan diet rather then a vegetarian diet. I also plan on jogging. If i won the skinny bitch workout DVD's i would also use them.
I am have been trying to convince some of my friends that being vegetarian/ vegan is the healthier way of life and i think that these would help me prove to them that it is healthier and wiser to choose and animal friendly lifesstyle.

In '09 i am going to eat healthier [no meat] and excercise ALOT more. (:

I already eat healthy...so I need to control what I drink (way less energy drinks and soda)! and also need to keep up my daily at home work-out. this year I will be fit! =)

I plan on utilizing my college tuition and spending mucho time at my incredible gym and of course sipping on some vegan smoothies with enriched protein/muscle powders. I also plan on traveling even more which is allowing me to get out of my house more and becoming even more involved in animal rights and try to reach out by going to as many demonstrations as possible. And of course continuing to eat as healthy as possible and remain vegan.

I'm planning to do more hiking, including at least two national parks in '09, and keep eating lots of healthy vegan food.

I love the title but any way to get fit for free is a great idea!!!

I'm going to finally get back into working out with weights and get some muscle tone. Who says vegetarians are skinny and weak, even the girls?

I need to stop eating so much junk. After the kids and the older I get the weight just does not ceom off...

I plan on continuing to walk every day, working out at home when it's too cold or raining. And also keeping track of what I eat in a food journal.

I think this year I'm not gonna go on a mental diet and stuff cos I only put on weight doing so!

I'm just gonna chill out, not obsess about my body and eat when I'm hungry, making the right choices (nine times out of ten :P) and continue my vegetarian diet which I have done for 4 years now!

I'll fit in some exercise a few times a week but not let it rule my life. There is so much more to this whole 'perfect body' obsession; it's called life! I think of all the time I've wasted freaking out about how horrible I think I look and I see all the wasted opportunities to go out and have some fun.

Bring on the '09! :)

by cutting out crisps, yeh right! will def try tho, lol x

My dog and I will be getting ready to run a 5K this fall.

I plan to get back on an exercise program.

I have 50 pounds to lose this year and this would help me out so much!!!! I am over 200 lbs and the skinny bitch book is what made me go vegan!

I plan to jog at least a mile a day, i'm joining a sprot (lacrosse for girls) and to run up and down my stairs haha. Also, vegetarianism is good for your body, dialy lifestyle, and body, so i decided for new years to become a vegetarian. :D

i plan on taking my dogs for walks everyday. I will also stick to a vegan diet, and cut out the junk food. ill take walks on the gorgeous hiking trails around my house, and enjoy the scenery.

First off I plan to continue eating vegetarian and also eat more protein shakes and get more iron in me as well. I want to be overall more healthy and drop the weight I gained my first semester in college. I also plan on braving the stairs rather than take the elevator since my new dorm is located on the seventh floor and I should be able to do that no problem! ^_^ I also plan on taking my bike to volunteer ( I volunteer at a low cost vet clinic) and making even more use of it than I did last semester. I also want to take the fitness classes offered to me at my school since I wont be taking my dance classes anymore
:( and also I want to run 2 miles at least 5 days a week! I know this is a lot! But I love setting goals for myself and I would love to win the DVDs so that I can better myself even more!!! ^_^

My plan this year, other then my vegan diet is to belly dance for 30 minuets every night, walk every where I can, Play Wii fit for some Yoga and aerobics when I can and just eat lots of greens and healthy things. I will also try new ways of exersicing, and if I can not get something this way I will try to find it in the store and get it that way.

I would even let someone call me that, if it worked, I plan to exercise and walk to shed some unwanted pounds, thanks for the giveaway

I could really use this to get into shape after I have my baby.

running a marathon in may!

In the New year we are having a "Biggest Loser" contest in our office, however its called "The Fit For Summer Challenge". Not only is it a competition, but we are meeting every Thursday to discuss what we have done, what works for us and what doesn't. so we have a support group. For myself, I work 2 jobs and usually have to work 16 hour days. Im going to make sure I fit some sort of workout in during my day, walk my dog more and make sure that I eat breakfast and watch what I eat during the day. As someone on the go all the time, I have to make sure that this year, I make time for me and to be able to concentrate on my overall health.

2008 was a rough year - I had some bad things happen and as I result I ended up eating my feelings and gained so much weight I can barely look at myself.

Happily, I have started working through the bad stuff and now that my head is getting healthier, I have much more ambition to eat properly and get back into all the activities I used to do like kickboxing etc so I can get back into all the clothes that are sitting there gathering dust in my closet right now. It wont be easy, but I know I can do it :)

I plan on getting in shape in '09 by eating healthier and working out more. And cutting out junk food.

I'm going to re-read Skinny Bitch (Best book ever, might I add) and keep my weightlifting routine going year round. I'm also going to try to fit whole wheats into my diet when I make pasta & bake.

I'm vegan, and I'm skinny, but I'm certainly not in shape! This year I'm going to actually pick up the weights and get on the elliptical to get my lungs, heart, and muscles fit.

PLEASEEEEE!!!! CHOOSE ME :D

Workout DVDs will help me keep one of my 2009 New Year's resolutions--to lose more weight and get more fit. Thank you, and yes, the name is funny, but if the DVD's help then they are worth it.

Lots of working out, lots of restricting, and lottts of chilly walks with my ipod and dog. Haha, best year ever!

I plan to get healthy and in shape this year by following a strict vegetarian diet with lots of vegetables fruits and whole grains. I'll try to be the best vegan I can be, (but it can be a bit hard with a mom thats a bit nuts!) I also want to stop inhaling Splenda and replace it with stevia, and go low on the processed sugars and simple carbs. I'm also going to take advantage of my grocery store's scarce health foods section (haha)

I also plan to run everyday, and take charge of the fitness classes at my gym.

Yes, I bought the Skinny Bitch book a few weeks ago and I LOVE it.

I plan on replacing my fatty junk foods with leafy greens and my no good soda with water. I plan on keeping up my routine of snowboarding everday and then when I get home doing my crunches, squats, kicks, etc. Instead of skipping meals and eating more in between meals, I plan on eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner and watching the portions I intake. I can't wait to see if this all pays off. hopefully Ill become a skinny bitch ;)

i'm gonna eat better and exercise more!

I plan on going from vegetarian to raw vegan.

Thanks for the contest!

I plan on eating more healthy, drinking more water, working out every day even if i'm tired but at least a 5 minute workout for those days...lol.

i plan to use the wii fit to get in shape

Dude, I am going to try my best to be completely VEG-loving! The assholes I live with are so anti-vegan, yuck. I try really hard to keep up my healthy, cruelty-free habits, and this year I'm going to keep it up! And maybe try cooking some more tasty meals with some kooky vegan recipes I've found!

Just trying to eat healthier and hope that helps me to lose some weight.

I am already a vegetarian an red skinny bitch before NYE. I was always planning on becoming a vegan and so I took the resolution to start now. I haven't touched dairy (including chocolate and ice cream...)or eggs or anything featuring animal contents. I also started hitting the gym again daily. I also want to volunteer for something meaningful but haven't found a good cause yet in my area. But still looking.

By dancing and drinking some special tea.

Let's live life to the best of our abilities! Let stress be coped with easier, let better foods be consumed, lets help the environment be cleaner and let all moments be seized! Live!

I love to eat healthy and workout for my own well-being.

I will get in shape by working out, walking dogs, eating healthier. i wanna become healthy again :/

I jog a lot, And love to exercise. But in this time of year it's not safe to job, because of the ice. And when it's too nasty outside to jog, I could use this DVD to keep in shape until I can jog! Not to mention if any of my friends ask me where I got this DVD, I can proudly tell them PETA gave it to me!

Eating lots more fruit and veg, and continuing not to eat meat. For workouts I am going to clean my house top to bottom (just got down on hands and knees and scrubbed kitchen floor, feel more tired than after gym!).

I eat whole foods and work out!

This year, I've already started jogging to school, and I've been walking home from school for several months now. I'm going to be swimming three times a week as well, and I have a workout program for myself at home involving cruches, push ups, and time ont he excersize bike.
As well, I'm cutting out the junk food.
It's really important for me to get fit now rather than later, because of my PCOS, a disease that my mom and I have that puts you on pre-diabetic terms. I'm hoping to get into shape now so that I won't end up like my mom, and this seems like it could really help me out.
Thanks!!

I'm going to take up yoga and kick boxing to stay in shape this year. Staying vegetarian and progressing towards vegan is also in the game plan.

Working out and eating better

Cutting out the junk food in my life
I've been a vegetarian,
but now I need to be a healthy one.
I also plan to exercise more,
and these workout videos would help...a lot

I live in a 3 story apartment building so I plan on taking 50 rounds on the up and down the stairs a day and maybe a little pilates for my upper body.

Eating healthier and chasing my 16 month old around. LOL

I'm going to be using my gym membership more, running, and toning. And as far as my diet, more vegetables, eat organic, count calories, and at least 2 liters of water! Off to the gym now, in fact ;)

2009's a big year for me,
and im planning on doing everything and anything i can to get into better shape,
im cutting down on what i eat and making sure i know what's in it.
+ im going to go to gym alot more, && walk my dog's more and for longer,
plus, i've been trying to find a decent work out dvd for a while now..
im also reading dieting books && im going to start walking instead of taking car's, that way it's better for me and the enviroment, pretty crafty tbh.

I'm going to do lots of things, the most fun one will be run up and down my stairs until they break.

I plan to eat the correct meals a day, drink lots of water, running in my neighborhood, running up and down my stairs and there those like twirly kinds so that hard,i have a fitness ball so i think ill actually use it for my lower stomach, eat more fruit, start liking nuts, cause there good for you and all that.Im also starting to eat "Total" cereal.

I want to get healthy in 2009 so i'll try to train at least once a week and stick to a vegetarian diet with lessdairy products and much more homemade and organic products!!

I am trying to eat healthy and walk

I plan on re-reading the Skinny Bitch books and kicking sugar and caffeine for good. I will be moving more and eating less. What I do eat will be clean food!

first of all, let me state that having skinny bitch workout videos is awesome! something anyone would love.

anyways, one of my new years resolutions this year is to eat healthier. yes, i am vegetarian, but as my mother clearly stated, not a very good one. i plan to keep to my salads, celery with peanut butter and more, all the stuff thats good for a veggie like me. besides that i have my soccer team i play for that i LOVE. not only do i get to have fun with friends, but i'm burning some pesky calories in the process. like a couple have already stated, i plan to keep up with my wii fit during the very cold nights here and of course keep my little puppy happy by bringing her for runs and walks.

all in all, i hope this year is good. work out videos would make it even better, but its still good either way.

if i win this dvd i will get a workout plan to match my skinny bitch diet =]

For the new year I plan to get a tight and toned body by attending palates classes three times a week at my gym. gotta get in shape for summer!

I plan to work out five days a week by running and continuing my healthy vegetarian diet in order to make my muscles toned for summer.

I plan on getting into shape in 2009 by getting back to the gym.

My vegan life style, belly dancing every day, working, going to try and get into exercising all I can, No junk, drinking green drink in the morning, water ( a couple bottles at least) a little tea now and then. Organic Vegan diet. Sometimes raw. Keeping all the animal by products off my skin so it does not poison me that way. I think I am going to cut back on the carbs a little, like the breads and pastas, try new foods. And develop my vegan baking a little more (This is what I plan on doing for my future, a vegan/raw bakery, as Organic as I can go) for a little treat now and then. And Meditation to keep me relaxed.

Im eating very healthy and working out at least 6 days a week

My 2009 new year goal was to go vegetarian! So far so good. In the few days that I've followed the vegetarian diet I'm feeling much more energized and all around healthy! Sure my mom kinda flipped when I first told her but my parents have been extremely supportive. I've begun to walk everyday and do exercises at home. I'll continue to do just that and see what happens!
=)

I'm going to try to cut back on processed foods until I am "weaned"! Thanks!

Hitting the gym more, taking my dogs for a walk more. I really want to invest in one of those sled pushers where your dogs basically control how fast you walk them, it attaches at your waist. I also plan to get into more veggies and start cutting back on dairy and egg products so becoming vegan won't be that hard.

I am eating better and going for long walks to appreciate nature.

This win would help me keep my New Year's Resolution! Thanks!

Once I have my little one I plan taking lots of walks and going swimming to get back in shape.

I plan on eating less and excercising more!

Going to the jym 3 times a week instead of 1-2.

I plan to get in shape in 2009 by walking and doing Callenetics. Thanks for the giveaway!

I am getting in shape by changing my eating habits, working out 5 days a week and walking 30 minutes a day every day.

By working out with the Skinny Bitch Workout DVD's that you're giving away! :p

My game plan is to eat less and exercise more. My healthy snack is now one cup of fresh berries a day; no more, no less. Great to snack on a few throughout the day without worrying about gaining weight.

I Plan to get into shape this year by running daily or every second day around my high schools running track (2 or 3 laps), Eating healthier and cutting down on junk foods that I eat, learning to cook more dishes from the Vegan cookbooks I own and trying new things with all the delicious foods. I could do all that and instead of getting a ride somewhere, walk if close or walk to the bus stop and take the bus wherever I go, never take the elevator, always the stars, play more tennis and of course I'd workout to the Skinny Bitch DVD's that are being given away, If i were chosen.

my plans to a thinner me::
-[most important]eating healthier
-exercising more
-little or no junk food
-more water

I've always been on the heavier side, so with them i'd of course work out. I'm aready carring around a big reusable water bottle everywhere and picking peanut butter sandwhiches over greasy yucky pizza. Along with a work out from a trusted skinny bitch, and a lovely skinny bitch diet suggestion...well...guess what i just might become in a few months???

This year I am going to do more than one thing to get in shape. Right now I am on the swim team and when swim is done I am going to start going to the way and swim and exercise there. Because of the amount of school work that I have I won't be able to go everyday so on the days I can't go I am going to walk around my block twice which equals a mile. I am going to drink only one soda each week. During lent I am going to give up all candy and soda. I am going to start eating healthier and start eating breakfast.

hii!! please chose me!! to stay healthy this year i will continue to not eat meat!!! xP
also try to get in shape... if you chose me then i can use this to show my friends that being a vegetarian makes you healthy and thin(not saying that it guarantees that)!! ive been suffering with weightproblems my whole life and it has to stop....
please xD

My whole family needs to lose weight & exercise more plus cutting out extra sugar & salt for health! Thanks!

Riding the new exercise bike that my 12 year old got from Santa for Christmas! Truly, she did ask for it, but I had a secret reason for getting it so I could use it too!

My plans for getting in shape in '09 are to keep up my recently started vegan lifestyle, work out alot more and stay away from the junk food.
=] wish me luck!

Eight hours of sleep every day

Through the hours of studying, drafting and creating garments for school my goal is to get in the gym at least 3 times a week.

I'm in the process of converting my 4 kids and hopefully other family and friends, too which not only means good things for our animal friends but support for me!

last year i thought the wii was enough - i started something i call power cleaning - warning - only ok if you live alone - i jog around the house and do things like squats while washing dishes - good music in the background is a necessity! i haven't had a good workout video since jane fonda's new workout - this may fit the bill - good luck to everyone!!!

Walking pushing a stroller, strength excercises whenever I can on counters and couches (for arms and chest and back), and yoga whenever I can squeeze it in.

I'm adopting a vegan lifestyle! After I read Skinny Bitch I realized that we all need to consider what we put our bodies through!! Although it is still pretty new to me, I feel so much better without all that crap in my body...and I'm saving animals from the cruelty of slaughterhouses. It's a win-win!!

Since here in Chile is already summer, I've prepared making some exercises that Cosmopolitan Chile put on their magazine (which, by the way, has promissed to not use more fur on it, for a letter I send them :D ), also using good vegan moisturizings, running after my little brother, daaaaaaancing! yuju! and bathing in the sea!

I have fibromyalgia, and for the past two years have let it win! I use to do aerobics and tae bo every day, and work up to 20 hours a day in the past. In the past two years I have sat around and only doing what I could when I could. This year I have committed to giving up caffine, next I will quit drinking soda.
