I'm in the UK so I don't celebrate Thanksgiving. However at Christmas we have roast potatoes and roast sweet potatoes (both vegan of course!) and they taste yummy so I thought I'd share that with you!
i am guessing that all of you missed out on stuffing this time aroumd.
But, did you know that you could have stuffed a sugar pumpkin?
1. Buy a sugar pumpkin. The good tasting kind.
2. Treat as though it were a turkey. Wash well
3. Cut off head/top
4. Scoop out the guts/pulp and save for gravy/pumpkin pies
5. Stuff with yummy homemade stuffing
6. Put on a drip pan/cookie sheet and into a 325F oven
7. Wait a couple hours, or until (thuroughly washed) meat thermometer says that its done
8. Bon appetit!!
Well, we used stuffing from a mix at our pescetarian house but it was still fantastic!
cool turkeys

Vegan mashed potatos are much better than regualer. The soy brings out the flavor in the potatoes.
