I think they need to fire him and give him life in prison. Whats wrong with him? How would he like it if someone came up to him if he was crippled and shocked him to make him stand? He is disgusting.

It's unacceptable that he's still the manager. He should be immediately dismissed and be put on trial for animal abuse.
