Ingrid deserves the best brithday ever because she has started a wonderful, fantastic organisation which has worked to help so many animals, it's unbelievable. If it weren't for her, I wouldn't be vegetarian, and I would still be naive about the terrible things that happen to animals. She has opened the worlds eyes to the torture that happens to animals all over the world, and has helped to show people how easy it is to stop these terrible things. She deserves a medal for everything she's done - she's a fantastic person. If anybody on this earth deserves the best birthday ever, it's her.
Ingrid Newkirk deserves the BEST birthday ever! She has been fighting for animals for a long time and hasn't given up. She is the President of the BEST animal rights group in the world. Thanks to her, many people learned the facts about factory farms, fur farms, circuses, and vivisection. She has spread the message that
ANIMALS ARE NOT OURS TO EAT, WEAR, USE FOR ENTERTAINMENT, OR EXPERIMENT ON!!!
Unfortunately I have never had the honor of meeting Ingrid Newkirk, but I always feel like she is there helping me make cruelty free decisions, especially when times get tough. She has dedicated her entire being to prove that animals deserve to live along side humans and not underneath them. The sacrifices that she has made throughout the years has gotten people to finally take that second look and think that maybe animals should be treated with respect. After all, humans are members of the Animal Kingdom too!
I have met people that think I am crazy for supporting PETA and I tell them that they are crazy for not supporting it. "PETA is too harsh." they say. Well the TRUTH IS HARSH! Just telling people that treating animals like objects is wrong won't do as much as showing them. Their hamburgers and chicken nuggets don't seem so good when they are being tortured and that’s what Ingrid is trying to let people know.
Ingrid has given me and so many other people hope, that if we fight hard enough we can make a change. I know that even if no one was behind her and it was only her, she would still be up there fighting alone. She has given humans knowledge and a chance to fight for those who can't speak. It has cost her so much just for that and she is still giving to humans, animals, and the world.
That is why Ingrid Newkirk should have the best birthday ever! She deserves it more than anyone I can think of.

I think Ingrid deserves the very best birthday because I honestly think there wouldn't be much of an animal rights movement without her. She's the person that has ignited it all. She brought the very first animal cruelty case to the supreme court, she had the highest success in convicting abusers when she was a law officer, she's gotten the very top designers to stop selling fur, she's gotten sone of the largest cosmetic companies in the world to stop their tests on animals, and her group has gotten McDonald's Wendy's and Burger King to make groundbreaking changes in the way their suppliers treat the animals killed for their restaurants. She works so hard and takes in such a small salary. Not only do I think Ingrid deserves a wondrful birthday but I think some day people will find her worthy enough for a nobel peace prize. Thank you Ingrid, you give us inspiration to keep this fight going.

I believe she deserves a good birthday because if it were not for her, people like me would not have made the kind decision to remove things such as dairy and meats from our diet and saving the lives of thousands and possibly millions of animals. i think she is the best because she is always thinking of lives that need saving-that ordinary people overlook. She stands up for the lives of these animals who have'nt the vioces to stand up for themselves (and if they did probably no one would listen). This makes her a hero. But no ordinary one! She is a hero to not only to us, the people who follow in her footsteps, but to the animals who are more than grateful for her.

When a person doesn't stand up for what she believes in, the morality of everyone suffers. I think it's great that Ingrid is so passionate in her pursuit as an activist for animals right.
What a historical win that she was able to convince many big companies like Revlon to stop animal testings. So cruel and not necessary.
Ingrid, the champion for the animals, definitely deserves the biggest and baddest birthday bash!
I'll be honest with you, I am not vegan but have always have the desire to be. I would love to be able to watch this dvd and maybe finally convince myself its not only the healthier but the spiritual way to go.
