That's a hilariously awesome idea, I just cut off 13 inches for a different cause (making wigs for children with cancer, but with no profit to the organisation because they do animal research I wanted to help the kids without hurting the animals) last month though so I don't really have any hair to spare :(
I just got my hair cut a few weeks ago...but I sent it to Wigs for Kids (another worthy cause, ne?). Do you think it would work if I cleaned out my cat's brush and sent that as a belated b-day gift instead? It'd be like "Use what's not being used." or something... or would that just be compleatly irrevalent... Kitty's hair is animal hair weather he's useing it or not, right? But it would be a good use for all the Kitty(hair)stuck to my pillow.... Hmmm, it's an idea.
I have to say that this is great. Sometimes being nice JUST DOESN'T WORK. It may take a little more stuff like this for the Trollsen twins to finall "like, get it"

sounds weird at first, but then again, wearing someone's skin is just insane. and they ARE wearing hair, so really I'm only doing them a favor ^.^

That IS sort of a coincidence that their birthday is on friday the 13th!
I'm really planning on cutting my hair shorter so I hope they like the red highlights in my hair :D
