We were handed a great opportunity to get some really amazing vegan food, and boy did we seize the day on this one...
On our way to start the Comeback Kid tour to help the environment and animals with the "Meat's Not Green" petition, we first stopped at Sunflower Vegetarian Café in Vienna, VA, where we got down on lo mein, General Tso's, and "fried chicken."

After many grueling hours in the van we found ourselves in the twin cities where there are sooooo many veg choices, but we had to hit up my favorite—Hardtimes Café. Homemade peanut butter cups, vegan rancheros, Seitan Sandos, and biscuits and gravy. I know it's been a while but this was a collage worthy event.
WARNING: the following picture contains deliciousness overload; please try not to drool on your computer.

We also ran into a little trouble in Fargo, ND. We may or may not have locked the keys in the van. Oops!

Eventually we made it to Seattle with oh-so-many veg choices, so we hit up a few:
- Pizza Pi (one of two totally vegan pizzerias in the US)
- Wayward Café

Try not to be jealous—helping animals and eating great vegan food can be your life too! Check out the jobs and internships at peta2.
I'll get back to you from Canada.
Jam out.
