Free Stuff Friday: Halloween Makeup! October 3, 2008
Posted by Lara Sanders at October 3, 2008 7:57 AM | Permalink | Comments ( 243 ) | TrackBackHappy October everyone! I love this time of year because it means that one of my favorite holidays, Halloween, is almost upon us! I love dressing up and doing intense Halloween make-up. Check out my zombie costume from last year:

This year I think I am going to do something different, though I don't know exactly what (see below to help me decide!). I do know that I will be hitting up Fantasy Makers Halloween makeup from Markwins (the cruelty-free mavens who also make Wet n Wild, Black Radiance and Tropez cosmetics lines). The Fantasy Makers line has everything! I want to incorporate these eyelashes into my costume somehow...

To help you have the best costume ever, the compassionate folks at Markwins are giving you the chance to win a prize pack of some of their most hauntingly beautiful products. Two lucky winners will get a prize pack containing Deadly Rose nail color, R.I.P. glowing nail color, Silver Pixie loose confetti, Witches Charm lashes, a Red Devil Kit, Wicked Talons, and Wild & Wicked Tattoos!
Comment below with what I should be for Halloween this year for a chance to win!
This contest ends October 10, 2008 and the winner will be chosen and notified the same day.

Excited for Halloween? October 30, 2007
Posted by Pulin Modi at October 30, 2007 10:55 AM | Permalink | Comments ( 3 ) | TrackBackThe people in our office are getting way too excited about Halloween, and frankly it's scaring me. What are you going to be for Halloween?
Exhibit A:
Go Veg jack-o'-lantern.
Exhibit B:
Notice the PETA logo and ghost in this jack-o'-lantern.
Exhibit C:
Lara dressed like a pumpkin or squash or whatever.
Exhibit D:
Is this sad or clever? I can't decide. My friend Jack didn't have a costume, but made a sign that says 'O'Lantern.' Put Jack + O'Lantern together and what do you get? That's right. Jack-O'Lantern!
Exhibit E:
This is actually how Marta dresses every day for work.
Oh and by the way, Paul from Silverstein wanted to say hello real quickly from the I Am Not A Nugget tour.
