Show Nestea that you won't stand for its CruelTea!
Here's what to do:
- Go into your kitchen and grab a teabag and a piece of paper.
- On the piece of paper, write, "NESTEA: I'll be drinking this tea instead of your CruelTEA until your animal tests stop!"
- Put your letter and the teabag into an envelope.
- Mail the envelope to Nestlé (the makers of Nestea) at Nestlé USA, Inc., 800 N. Brand Blvd., Glendale, CA 91203.

So I'm hesitant on putting a sticker on here to seal. The sticker that says animal testing breaks hearts. I'm hesitant on it because they might not even open it if they see that. What does everyone think I should do?
Try not to put anything on the outside envelope that will make them avoid opening it…The message inside is more important than the sticker
Those rats are so cute! We used to have rats in my yard in the compost. We didn't mind if they stayed there. They all got eaten eventually by the neighborhood hawks, Rachel and Tobias. They also ate all the stray cats (Which there were many of)
. But I still like them. Okay, that was off topic. But I'll do that with these weird Asian teas my mom buys!

Creative! Sadly, I don't have teabags. I prefer loose teas from asian stores and Teavana. I'll try to pick up some at Wally World today :3 Fill their offices with cruelty-free teabags!
I would just put the loose tea in a baggie or something like that. I too like loose teas

I was thinking about the same thing! I have a bunch of tea from teavana, and it's absolutely my favorite but I guess I'll just use some of my packaged chamomile tea instead.
I wouldn't send them the steam of my tea. I will write to them though and tell them that not only will I not drink their tea, I will make a concerted effort to avoid any of their products forthwith.

Tea has been around since the beginning of civilization, tried and true. Since when do we have to test it? Must be some huge profits in the testing business. What a sham.

Is there somewhere we can check other brands of tea to make sure they aren't doing the same thing? I drink Red Rose black tea (which doesn't come with a wasteful inside bag) but if they're doing animal testing, then I want to find a brand of black tea that doesn't. Thanks!

I love rats! I used to have 2 they where adorable and so sweet!
My sons had rats who would have been otherwise fed to snakes and they were the absolutely cleanest animals I have ever seen. After they were handled by us they always took a bath. Ours were very intelligent and friendly…even to our dog. They ran free in our finished basement and each weekend I changed their mazes that I made from white plumbing pipe fixtures. We made little houses out of kleenex boxes and empty toilet paper rolls. I made a little hammock for them that they filled with nesting materials and every morning they ran up the basement steps when they heard us getting ready for school. They wanted to share the boy's breakfast og Hawaiian Toast. Those were good memories and I miss the little guys who brought such joy and humor to our lives.
A lot of people wouldn't even imagine that this happened…my brother asked me 'What would be the point of doing that?" but i think that some do as my city in England Leeds has banned Nestle from some institutions for some of the cruel and unfair things it does. I think that shops and supermarkets should be made aware of all the horror that goes on in this and the iams testing and if enough people complain MAYBE they will have an interest in stopping it.
I will send them some cruelty stickers along with my letter and my tea. (: I will also use one of my Peta adress labels as well.

I did all that you asked + 5. I also wrote,in big letters,on the fronts of the envelopes"Shame on Nestel for conducting tests which poison,electrically shock,surgically mutilate,& decapitate animals" . On the backs of the envelopes I wrote "SHAME ON YOU NESTEL",and, "If you want to continue these tests then do them on YOUR family". I also wrote"BOYCOTT NESTEL". You can get really colorful and creative with this,remember that a lot of postal workers handle this mail. I used my PETA return address labels and stickers because I am proud to be speaking up for the animals. We all need to go at least a bit farther with these protests. Oh,an inside of each envelpoe I enclosed this statement"I am going to post this info on face book and anywhere else I can,every day until you stop the abuse". These companies and universites are nuts if they think we are just going to sit by and act as if this is ok.
Over the years I have become a master of PETA stickers on a daily bases especially when I trave ,which is quite often. It actually makes me excited to be in an airport…such an opportunity to spread the word. Tomorrow on my yoga mat I will say a special thank you and blessing to all of you out there who are compassionate about our little friends. Namaste
