Hunting Is So Odd October 13, 2009

Posted by Pulin Modi | Permalink | Comments ( 10 ) | TrackBack

I think we can all agree that hunting is a pretty strange activity. I don't know if I'll ever be able to understand how anyone can consider killing an animal to be part of an enjoyable experience with the natural world. It's just sick.

And on top of that, it's so dangerous for people too!

Don't believe me ...

So that's why I just think hunting is so odd. Why in the world would someone risk his or her life to sit in the woods and kill animals? Note that that brief list of articles is just from this month! Violence is all connected in this world. The sooner we all realize this and speak up for the voiceless, the better off we will all be!

Shoot photos, not animals!

Wow!! i really agree with this, but in contrast if we didnt hunt the animals would overpopulate and get run over, get into towns and cities, and cause animal violence because the forests would also be overpopulated with animals.

I actually never understood hunting. Even as a young child! The people who got shot, I believe it's karma for them! If people gets to have fun with this activity, why do animals have to get hurt? It's sick how people can do all of these disgusting things to animals and get away with it! (not animal cruelty though. even though some do get away but gets caught like years later) don't you agree?

I disagree with peoples reason for hunting..people these days do it for enjoyment..that I can not understand.
If people only consumed what they themselves killed...fine....you kill it, you eat it..that is the only way to it..but these people do not do it for survival..they do it for the hell of it...that's not ok and I won't stand for it. People killing because they like to..no way..

I am native american, but I am somewhat vegetarian. I still eat wild meat and still go hunting because it is part of my culture. But the thing I hate is when people kill animals for their fur, and fur ONLY! Or even just for fun. Disgusting!
