If I had a vegan cupcake for every time someone said they'd stopped eating animals, wearing fur or going to the circus because of a video they'd seen that shocked them, well, I'd be a very happy person. Even though it can be hard to watch, videos like Meet Your Meat, Chew On This, or our undercover investigations into Ringling Bros., suppliers for McDonald's, and others, are really what make people realize that what happens to animals is wrong—and that they can make a difference.
School has started for most of you, and while you're probably dreading spending time in those buses, hallways and classrooms, peta2 has found a new way for you to spend that time really educating your classmates.
Click on the images below to download our videos specially encoded for your iPods (if they play videos!), or iPhones. Once they're downloaded to your computer, just drag or import them into iTunes like you normally would a song.

Videos are great resources, but the PETA podcast is an AMAZING one. That's what got a couple of my friends to go vegetarian.

Posted by: michelle at September 3, 2009 9:28 AMMcCruelty was the saddest thing i have ever watched. It surprises me to find out that McDonalds who are known for helping less fortunate families throughout the world would allow such cruelty to animals. Shame on them. Thanks for the information.
Posted by: at September 3, 2009 1:33 PMGRRR!! Damn my crappy, non video playing ipod!!!!!!!!
Posted by: Melissa at September 3, 2009 5:11 PMmy ipod nano doesn't play videos!!!!! sad face. i'll just put your "animal testing breaks hearts," "meat's not green," and the other photos you have to let people know about what your trying to do and what you need help with to make this a more cruelty free world on my ipod.
Posted by: Milly at September 3, 2009 5:47 PMOooh, I'll definitely do this when I'm on another computer, I'm scared I'd be too curious to watch them, but if it helps get the word across then so be it.
Posted by: Melanie at September 3, 2009 9:06 PMI just saw the video about the chinese fur industry and i cant help but cry. Trent Reznor is my boyfriends favourite person and I think this is going to really get to him/ tear him up inside because we love cats more than anything and they definatly dont deserve that :(
Posted by: Jasmyn at September 4, 2009 8:40 PMEverytime i ask...
People say.
NO! I don't want to! It's too sad!
And then i ask why they do those things if it so utterly depresses them?
How do they think I feel when I watch the videos?
i have the sticker that says animal testing breaks hearts on my agenda at school i got the sticker from warped tour and my friend has 1 2 cuz shes a vegitarian!

Posted by: Jeannie Anderson at October 31, 2009 6:17 PMThe videos are free, for whoever asked. My parents don't know that I want to turn vegetarian. I've stopped eating meat when I it's my decision.
