We've all heard occasional, dumb comments from people who haven't yet realized the importance of being kind to animals. While we can all agree that the dogs and cats in our homes feel pain, joy, and even get scared, there are still some people who just don't make the connection to other animals they eat! In fact, just like you and I, all animals do feel fear when faced with terrifying situations. After a lifetime of suffering, does anyone really think that animals are unaware of what awaits them at the slaughterhouse?
Well, if anyone you know has any doubts about the fear which animals feel, please take a few minutes to watch this video all the way through. It's not very graphic, honestly, it's just very powerful.
They may not be in our homes, but cows, chickens, pigs, and other animals deserve our consideration. Please don't pay for their lives to be taken and their corpses turned into "food." There are plenty of other things to eat.

I feel disgusted when I smell meat, see meat, and imagine eating it. That happened to me once in my nightmare, I ate beef. =[ Luckily, I know it will never happen again in real life.

I cant work out how people do those jobs, heartless b********. Everytime I watch one of these videos I just wish I could of been there to try and stop their suffering.
P.S To the above poster, the video isnt too bad I just think its upsetting for me. But if you dont want to see anything too graphic stop it around 2.56.

Dude people in some countries eat cats and dogs and some countries like keeping pigs as pets.
Your absolutely right. This misconception that some animals are good for eating and other are only good for keepign as pets is stupid.
