Hey there!
Your loyal peta2 road crew is reporting to you once again from Taste of Chaos. We started this week rocking St. Louis and getting the word out of how the factory farming industry is the number one contributor to global warming. For instance, did you know that raising animals for food causes more pollution than all the trains, cars, ships, planes, trucks and SUV's combined? You should pop on over to our Meat's Not Green site to read up on more ways our planet is being effected by this business and how you can help to stop it. Pst—the best way is to go veg!

The second part of our week was spent at the University of Illinois as we helped them in their attempt to green their dining halls. A few of the students at the college are taking major steps in order to help not just the planet but animals as well. By adding more vegetarian and vegan meal items to their cafe menus, colleges could lessen their environmental footprint as they provide their student body with yummy veg food. It's a win win for all! Do better vegetarian options at your school sound like a dream? We can help make it reality!
After assisting the students at UI, we came back to the Taste of Chaos tour to show Fort Lauderdale how saving the planet involves saving animals as well. Despite on and off rain showers, saving animals wasn't an idea that had washed away from the hearts and minds of the crowd in Florida. So keep coming to the Taste of Chaos shows to save our environment and the animals that live in it. We're coming for you Georgia and Texas so get ready!

That's it for us at the Rockstar Taste of Chaos tour. Check the upcoming tour dates to see when we'll be in your town. Come out to say hi and stop by our table to sign our petition. We look forward to meeting you all!
Keep rockin'!
Joey
