Posted by: Yanel at February 10, 2009 7:33 PMwell, this made me realize with the comment on the gal with the vintage fur "if you wear it and make it look good you're promoting it" my dad gave me these really nice and warm fur boots. i try to tell myself they are fake fur and that they were a gift so it's ok to wear them, but it's definitely not.

I honestly have only seen one person in my lifetime who was wearing a real fur coat, or maybe I just wasn't paying attention. It is so disgusting to put the remains of a corpse on your body and call it fashion. Then to try to make it sound like it's okay by saying thing like, "well I'd like to think it just got run over or something" REALLY?!?! Regardless of how it died the animal died and you're wearing it's skin. It's morbid any way you look at it and those people are in such denial.
