UK global warming climate change green
Sarah in the UK wanted to give you a heads up on a march that takes place this weekend in London.

On Saturday 6th December people will be marching in almost 100 countries on 5 continents urging the government to take action on climate change. 10,000 environmentalists are expected to join the National Climate March here in London.
We all know that the best thing to do, not only for our health, but for our planet, is to go vegetarian.
According to the United Nations, livestock farming is one of the major causes of global warming. In addition it is also responsible for the destruction of rainforests, polluting rivers and wasting water. Raising animals for food generates more greenhouse-gas emissions than all the cars, planes, ships, lorries and trains in the world combined!
Don't forget to sign the petition to get meat properly labelled with a warning that states it is the number one cause of global warming.
I'm definitely going along to this march and will be there proudly handing out some Meat's Not Green leaflets.
Here are the details if you're able to come along:
When: Saturday 6th December
Where: Grosvenor Square (Bond Street/Marble Arch tube)
Time: 12pm
Whilst most of you won't be able to attend, make sure you email peta2 at peta2@peta2.com to get yourself some leaflets to spread the word.
Go Green!
