Oh, Canada—how I love you. Aside from the fact that you've given me some great friends, you have some absolutely amazing Street Teamers, too.
Here are just a few other reasons why peta2 hearts Canada:
- MTV Canada had peta2's very own Dan Shannon on MTV Live
- Silverstein, Pam Anderson, and Ryan Gosling, amongst other amazing animal-loving celebs, all hail from Canada
- We rocked a demonstration with well over 100 Street Teamers in Toronto after peta2's Take Action conference
- And of course, the company that coordinates the purchase of chickens for all KFCs in Canada agreed to a historic new animal welfare plan, and we ended our boycott in Canada

As a Canadian, I'm having a great Canada day! =) I really think that PETA should have a Canadian site or something though; I've seen and heard of PETA Germany and PETA Asia-Pacific; so why isn't there a PETA Canada, PETA?
