Hairy-Kate and Trashley: Meet the Trollsen Twins December 11, 2007
Posted by Marta | Permalink | Comments ( 14 ) | TrackBackI am unbelievably excited to announce peta2's brand-new campaign. You remember cute little Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen from Full House, right? Well, maybe you've noticed that they're all grown-up now and have somehow morphed into fur hags. It's truly sickening, considering that millions of animals are skinned alive, have their necks broken, or are even anally or vaginally electrocuted for someone's misguided attempt to look 'fashionable.'
Anyway, we're tired of seeing Hairy-Kate and Trashley show up at events sporting some once-living animals' skins, and we bet you are, too—so let them know that you won't buy any of their products until they agree to go fur-free!
Now for the fun stuff:
Check out what Futureman had to say to the Full House crew in "Full House of Horrors". Who knew how much those sweet little girls would change?
I cannot get enough of this game. It's seriously amazing. Dress up the Trollsen Twins yourself. Check out how I dressed up Hairy-Kate. Fugly, anyone?
We even have Web banners and exclusive merch! What more could you ask for?
Wanna know what the Trollsen Twins are doing? Then you better add them on MySpace. I even put them in my top friends!
So now, I have to ask—are you as excited as I am about this campaign?!
♥ Marta

I loved the video you guys made with futureman. It was hilarious, and really cool how it was edited.
Posted by: Brittani at December 11, 2007 8:43 PMListen, I support your battle to save animals,
but trashing people is not the way to do,
all you do is lose respect.
I'm not a fan of the olsen twins but to
publicly bash them is ridiculous.
Who is running PETA?
A ten year old.
If you want people to listen and help,
then act more mature about it.
I used to like Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, but after all, I didn`t know that they don`t care about tormenting animals in a terrible way! Yes, they might have been Fashion victims, but I don`t think that anybody should be interested in
people who dress up with fur.
It`s not desirable to emulate guys like mk & ash.
Funny, how sweet little girls can change.
Whenever a person or persons puts their own wants above the life of another sentient being we then have not only the right, but the moral obligation to say STOP! Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen seem like nice people, perhaps they are not aware of the cruelty that is behind their clothing choices.
Posted by: Michael Willemsen at December 12, 2007 2:38 PMLOL This is great ! When will the fur hags ever learn?!
PETA is mature unlike the twins that like animal abuse! Now that's not mature !
Posted by: Kelly at December 12, 2007 3:10 PMI'm sorry.
I hate the fact that i LOVE animals but can't do anything for them this time.
don't get me wrong, i fully supported the boycott on JLO a few years ago, but i love Mary-kate too much to bash her.
sorry guys.
Posted by: Paul at December 12, 2007 10:05 PMThat's disgusting, even people who eat meat, what majority of people would actually eat the animals that were killed to make their fashion statements? I agree animal fur is pretty, but you can wear fake fur, and you're complimenting the animal instead of murdering it! Blah! People are insane.
Posted by: Dell at December 13, 2007 12:27 PMWho would of thought that the cute litle twins would turn up to not care about animals!I'm very shocked that Danny forgot to teach them to be kind to animals!Of all things that you thought them why did you fail to teach them animal rights!? Why Danny!!!!!????
I must say I love the game! And the Video is good also!!!Keep up the awesome work!!=]
I truly am disgusted in them, wearing real fur is not only wrong and cruel, but its also disgusting, like who wants to carry around a dead body all day... im disgusted in them
Posted by: Dylan at December 19, 2007 12:03 PMhi im actually quite surprised at the girls
i think its disgusting people wear fur
i actually do the same type of work as peta does and every week im out there doing my thing
keep up the good work guys
=]
this is stupid! i may not be a vegitarian but that is so cruel!
humph
p.s how can i add them on myspace?
When I saw this particular part of peta, I didn't really get it. I was like "Why is peta hatin' on the twins?". Then I clicked on the "Full House of Horrors", I cracked up when I saw it, and very disappointed at the same time. I know the animals might be bad, in a destroying stuff kind of way, but they are still lives you know. I know this to them is couture, but they could always get Faux Fur. See Abercrombie and Fitch is way more famous with their clothing, they use fake fur. I think that A&F is way more famous than their clothing line. Maybe, If they go to where they get the fur and see the cruelty that is done to them, they will actually know what they do to the animals to get their fur. The video makes me sick. It makes me care more about my buddy, leslie. Leslie is my doggie and I consider her as part of my family, OUR family. I might not be a vegetarian but, damn. I mean I can always be a FRUITARIAN! If I watch Peta videos everyday, I will start to become more vegetarian-ish. This site made me think about the world more. I'm willing to help any-effin-time. May the blessings of God be with you.
Posted by: jerome at July 23, 2008 4:15 AMJesus christ you guys are a bunch of idiots. I am going to but 2 leather coats and shoot something just for you. You treat people like annimals and annimals like people. I might just shoot a bird for fun and immagine it's you, hippies!

wow, I had no idea that they were into some dead animal crap! I used to watch their shows all the time and I used to liked them, now after what I just saw, man I have to say they disgust me. I don't understand why certain celebs like Hairy-Kate and Trashley don't see or even care how cruel it is to wear real fur. I'm their age, I may not be famous, glamourous, rich and all, but at least I know not to be that pathetic. And even if I was all these three things, STILL, I would never purchase anything with a dead skin, I would much rather conform with celebs like Alicia Silverstone, the pure animal activist.
