It's cool. There's no shame in being an environmentalist these days. In fact, this past weekend was the largest student environmentalist conference in history, called Power Shift! Of course, as Mother Earth will tell you, it doesn't make a lick of sense to be a meat-eater and claim to care about the planet, since the meat industry is the #1 cause of global warming.
That's why peta2 was there! To remind people that by eating meat, they might as well be driving a big yellow Hummer around town 3 times a day. And nobody likes Hummers.

Of course, what kind of party would it be if our "I Am Not a Nugget" chick wasn't there?

So all in all, it was a great time. Thousands of people learned why they should go veg, and I'm sure at least a couple planets were saved. Al Gore would be so proud.

Awesome! Bah. I was I were there. I recently went to a conference concerning the environment, and it turned out to be a cheap way of advertising a college, and a few different energy ideas. Not really an environmental conference. And even worse, they took us to a stupid little lab in the college where they inject toxins into fish and dissect them. Ew! I was almost in tears, and my close friends gave me sad looks.
Woo at peta2!
