Vegan Hug A Vegetarian Holiday
Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, and compassionate people of all ages,
Here are 5 steps you should take immediately.
1- Give yourself a hug. (Don't worry it’s not weird, plus no one is looking)
2- Send your friends an e-hug
3- Print off some exclusive Hug A Vegetarian Day signs
4- Take a photo of yourself and friends and family having fun with the signs (there are speech bubbles and thought bubbles, too).
5- Use the form here to send us your photos!

Hugging may not be an Olympic sport, but we sure do want you to give it a competitive try and do your best to hug as many vegetarians and vegans as superhumanly possible. Word?

To coincide with the day, I've written a blog post on the changing culture of vegetarianism in society - for better or worse!
