Have You Told Burton to Stop Selling Fur Yet? June 19, 2007

We need your help to convince Burton Snowboards to stop selling fur! The company used fur on its MKII jacket and has refused to meet with PETA to discuss adopting a fur-free policy despite PETA's repeated requests for a meeting over the past several months. The fur industry kills millions of animals each year—including rabbits, minks, and foxes—in horribly cruel ways.
Seriously, who would want to wear dead animals' fur to snowboard? Fur is completely ridiculous, and there's absolutely no reason for a snowboard company to sell it.
Let Burton know that you won't support them until they stop supporting an industry that vaginally and anally electrocutes animals for their fur. Please click here to send Burton a message if you haven't already.
Oh, and in case you still haven't seen what happens to animals on fur farms, click on the image below to check it out for yourself.

Thanks!

I watched the video I couldnt believe that people could be so evil. I didnt know what burtons snowboards was but now I do and I am going to make sure that none of my friends or family buys from them if they are still selling real fur. Thankyou for showing peopl what they are really doing even though it made me sick watching those poor animals being humiliated and tortured.

i dont think meat is murder
but theres gotta be a better way to get the fur instead of beating the animals
This video has shown to me what clothes i buy are from. I wear burton items all the time and now to see what it is from and how the company works with real fur it is insanely sick.... other then that why cant they just kill the animal instead of just making it suffer that is what gets to me the most out of this. i hope that these Fackers will be stopped soon. I mean yes james is right meat is not murder but you shouldnt let it suffer to get it there should be a better way then what they have done
Posted by: Josh at July 2, 2007 8:16 PMThis is very inhumane!! I being an animal lover never thought once how they skinned animals. I thought they were already dead for one. not abused and tortured, but now I know. I wont ever buy fur unless it is fake. This has to stop NOW!!
