Our Visit To The Farm May 24, 2007

Earlier this week, Lindsay and I went to an awesome place called Poplar Spring Animal Sanctuary in the Washington, DC area. The thought of anyone eating the corpse of a slaughtered animal is truly sickening. And when I was looking at some of these chickens and cows I couldn't help but wonder why any person in the world would want to eat their eggs or drink their milk, either. I can't think of the right words to express how wonderful it was to see chickens, pigs, and cows actually living their lives instead of decomposing on someone's plate. How friggin' cute is that, huh?
So again, (and maybe this photo below will help make it as clear as can be) please never, ever eat our animal friends!
