The craziest thing is I watched this at work and had a few curious coworkers come check it out. Many stayed away but the ones who did were very shocked to see what they did. Didnt change their minds, though. I almost cried. Maybe theyll think of it next time they eat a steak.

I think vegans have an easier time watching this because we don't support this disgusting meat industry. Everyone says it's made up and dosn't hurt them, but if they only know that they were eating things that died agonizing deaths. I hate society and how I can't stop it right away. How did people become so heartless? I dont see how workers in these factories can throw a living thing into a grinder alive and watch it die as it gets turned over and over by a huge blade. In china, little children pick from caged dogs and cats which they want to eat. They think that the more pain in their death the more adrenaline gets into the muscles and the better it tastes. Then skinning raccoons alive ripping and pulling it off and throwing the naked animal into a bin as its bloody and panting ready to die. Someone help me understand why this world is so fucked up, heartless, and greedy.

And how many people out there think this stuff doesn't happen? I hate that people act like animal cruelty doesn't exist but obviously it does. geeze, that's disgusting.

the first video i saw was the "Free Me" video...and it turned me.....i couldnt help but cry...and if anyone watches this....and doesnt have the faintest urge to cry....then there obviously just isnt an ounce of heart left in them..... this video is horrid.....

I think I just might cry. What is wrong with the world today? Why must these sick people in the cruel and nasty industries such as this one believe that god put these animals just to have their lives be taken away? When will this ever end? The twelfe of never? This is beyond too pitiful. I feel to sorry for these animals to have to go through this constant injust and discrimination.Please for those who care, say a prayer when convienent to save those in pain.

Holy crap. I saw that on the livejournal blog, and I almost threw up. My finace (who unfortunately is a carnivore, but we're working on that) was eating dinner (BEEF! GO FIGURE!) happened to look over and saw the video too, and asked me to play it again (because he didn't knwo what it was)

Lets say, at the end, he swore off beef forever.

that video proved to me how unbelieveably wrong some of the shit that happens in our world is.
all the uneasy feelings ive had about eating meat since i was 13 are confirmed now. Im going to make all the efort i can to eliminate all meat from my diet.

after seeing every other video about why we shouldn't eat meat, i would cry. i'd try to say no to my judgmental family when they'd cook meat. but after seeing this video a while ago, this one finally stuck. i always knew they were horrible; but this is just too much for words. now, since i've seen it, i haven't even touched meat, and i can't stand to look at it or smell it burning. it makes me sick how people could do this kind of thing to something still living!

That is so discusting I can't even stand it. I just bursted out into tears. People are sick.

that is the sickest thing i have ever seen, i couldnt even watch the whole thing. i think my heart came pretty close to stopping when it started up. god that is so horrible.

I did cry. A lot. My mother wants to know why. I've tried to show her some similar videos, but she refuses to watch, saying they're made up or worst case ever found. Hard to show a former farm girl what happens in the factory farmed sector. Maybe I can get her to watch this some day and see the horrors that happen all too often for many of Earth's living beings. Maybe then she will finally understand why I'm vegetarian.

I saw a video like this a while ago on FarmSanctuary.org This organization turned me on the spot to a vegan. As a result my health has dramatically improved. No more stomach indigestion, much better memory, and I finally lost that 10 pounds I gained after highschool 30 years ago. Eating meat and animal products (are the cookies you eat made with animal fat?) READ ALL INGREDIENTS LISTED) is just as bad as smoking. A slow steady health decline that leads to many diseases and eventually, premature death. If you haven't gone vegan, do it now. You will be glad you did and your true friends and your family will understand if you stick to your convictions.

Holy goodness. Did anyone else notice the part where the cow's head was cut off? This is so sick. What the heck is wrong with people these days?

Apsolutly revolting bada nuff doing the poor cow alive .,. wat a poor way to go ...,. itleast its neck broke so it didt feel the mashing :(
