The first-ever peta2 Take Action conference - or as we've been referring to it in-office, "TACON" - was downright spectacular. On Saturday, about 100 people, including 7 of us from the peta2 office, got together at the University of Central Florida for workshops on how to fight for animal rights (and have fun while you're doing it), as well as a huge protest against a local KFC, and some delicious food from the Garden Cafe. For those of you who weren't able to make it, here are some pictures. If you were lucky enough to be able to be there, be sure to send me your pictures so I can post them on Flickr! So ... where do you think our next TACON should be? My vote is for Toronto. I just really want to go to Canada!
